Pelican Pointe made the challenging decision to move my dad and step-mom from their home to assisted living a much easier one. Not only because of the clean and cheery facility, but also because of the friendly and competent staff. Two more bonuses are that the food is delicious and I can sleep at night knowing my loved ones are safe and being cared for. Thank you Amber and the entire staff of Pelican Pointe.

Amber at pelican pointe and the staff that I had contact with were so caring and amber was the only person in klamath falls that actually cared about the person and not just her job and actually tried to meet my uncle's needs sadly they couldn't but she went above and beyond to help and do what she could also the lady that did the assessment on my uncle was very funny and caring and was on his level and helped him when the hospital left a IV in his arm she took care of that for him and didn't ask no questions the place was clean and wonderful and would be a great place for your family to stay for care and cleanliness

I have a friend who is a resident at this facility and she absolutely LOVES it. She couldnt be happier! She says the staff is helpful and kind to her and are always there for her whenever she needs them. She really enjoys all of the activities they offer at this facility (social hour, tea time, bible study, etc.) and is kept busy every day of the week! Its really nice to hear about how much she enjoys living here and how much fun she has 🙂

Took my kiddos to trick or treat with the elders this Halloween! The staff was so cute and dressed up festively! The elders were so happy giving out candy to all the kiddos!!! Good job staff giving the elders so much joy! It was Much appreciated! See you guys next year!!

I'm so happy they are able to bring events back here. Me and my family went to the Easter egg hunt and man did my kids love it! They did such a good job putting it all together. How wonderful that the assisted living can have fun family experiences here. Thank you Amber for all your hard work. Pelican Pointe is lucky to have such a hard worker. I would trust you with my loved ones 100% Update: Went to the Halloween festivities this year and had a blast with my family. I love seeing everyone so happy to see the littles and passing out candy. Went to pelican pointe for some trick or treating and my kids they had so much fun. It's nice to see the people that live there giving out candy and interacting with the kids you can tell they really enjoyed it.

Our collective experience with Amber and the staff at Pelican Pointe has been nothing short of exemplary. We started with a cold call for information and were treated with utmost respect and caring as we were looking for assisted living in Klamath Falls for our 85 year old mom. It was our misfortune that our mom was not able to move to Pelican Pointe for medical reasons but through the entire process Amber kept us informed and in the loop. In the long run, mom needed more care than they could administer and again Amber helped us understand that process and supported us with more information to make mom's move to a memory facility that was suitable less daunting. I highly recommend the Pelican Pointe for the caring, compassion, knowledge, respect and well being we received as potential clients.

I would like to say thank you to Amber and the staff at pelican point, my mom transitioned from our local hospital into pelican point and my family and I could not be happier with our decision. She has been there a little over 3 months and they are so accommodating and understanding to her needs. My mom has been so happy and has met a lot of nice residents there as well. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of meeting has been a delight. I truly know my mother is being takin care of and I appreciate that.

I have patients at Pelican Point. I have been well received by the staff and the residents. If I have a concern I am always able to talk to Scott,the R.N. Pelican Point is a very fun place. The residents are kind to one another and new residents are welcomed. All of the staff are caring and helpful to me in my work! The facility is nice and the grounds are well maintained. I tell people and the residents that live there what a nice place Pelican Point is. The residents usually agree with me.

Thank you to Amber and all the staff for the tour of your excellent facility. My Mom was very impressed with the quality of life she could enjoy with her husband and pets. The activities offered and peaceful surroundings really made an impression. Several residents introduced themselves and we could see how content they are. The lunch may have been over but the smell of the dining area made me hungry. Having worked as a caregiver I am very aware of the effort that goes into providing an environment that brings so much life and light. While they are not ready to give up the life they have built your facility has been Mom approved. Thank you again.

I am so happy that we were able to move my dad into this amazing facility. My dad feels like he is at home in his room which he says is more like a studio apartment. The staff really care about the residents and the family members that come to visit. I'm always greeted by name and feel welcome. I eat with my dad about once a week in the dining hall and the food and service is great. When we had to move my dad into assisted living, he had a lot of fear about being put into a nursing home. We came for a tour and as we were shown around the faculty all his fears were put to rest. Thank you again to the Dorie and Amber for all the help with the process of getting my dad into Pelican point and for running a great facility.

I entered Pelican Pointe nine months ago with the plan of staying on a temporary basis. Upon meeting the Family here I knew within the first week that it would be a long term relationship and accepted a permanent position. I couldn't be happier and truly love and appreciate our Team and the love, compassion and high level of care they provide for our wonderful residents. I also cannot convey enough how impressed and inspired I am by Frontier Management and the support they provide. Couldn't be happier with Pelican Pointe. I live in California and they keep me up to date on my mother's condition when I'm not there, even send pictures, and handle her dementia with patience and sensitivity.

I just moved here 2-3 weeks ago; this place is great! Has great rooms and activities. The rooms are clean and easy to move around in. The building and its yards are beautiful, and the workers here are really friendly and know what to do. The only thing is the cooking; the flavors are great with good spicing. However, the orders are constantly messed up, not by the ordering staff. The refrigerator for patients should be continually stocked with diabetic foods and desserts; I would like to get a sugare-free ice cream later at night, but can't because it is locked away.

This organization is simply amazing!! I love the fact they bring the seniors out to Solid Ground every Friday to groom and love on the horses at our center. This brings such joy and fun to the seniors and is a bright spot in their week. Thank you so much for all you do!

My experience has been amazing. Working with the Staff, I have found only caring hearts for the residents. Many of these staff members have had a loved one who has been in an assisted living facility or in Memory Care. Pelican Pointe offers programs that are meant to enhance a Residents life through the continuance of independence and a family environment. Pelican Pointe is exactly the kind of place I will want to be in when it is time for me to accept my limitations to self care and my ability to maintain a home.

My Mother lived on the Assisted Living side for two years and then was in Memory Care for about 10 weeks before she passed. I couldn't have asked for more loving, gracious, professional, compassionate care for Mama especially the last few days of her life when I was there with her. Words cannot express my gratitude to the entire staff for their care. I only gave 4 stars because if you have laundry done "outside" the facility for someone who is living there, it takes a LONG time for the aids to "get the picture" that it's done differently LOL...but I love them all none the less. 🙂
