We moved my Uncle to this amazing community almost 3 years ago, and he has never been happier. The staff is so helpful, caring and professional. We can't say enough good things about Sunrise of Rocklin! They are compassionate and caring of all of their residents. We moved our parents into Reminiscence last year. Within a couple of months, it became clear they could not live together peacefully. The management team helped us come up with a solution during this difficult time. Our dad moved to a residential care home and our mom remained at Sunrise. The staff navigated the transition beautifully and helped our mom adjust to the new 'norm'. Now mom has moved to the residential care home, back with her husband, as their dementia has progressed. I cried the day we moved mom out. I have come to know many, many of the staff over the past year. They truly have a calling to caring for seniors. They provide so much care and enrichment to all residents. I'm truly going to miss everyone at Sunrise of Rocklin.

Bridgeway36 Inc. was invited to Sunrise of Rocklin as part of a Juneteenth activity, this Intellectual group of residents was quite engaging. After a review of my book the Activity Director Ariel B. Gave me a tour of the facility. Dignity is High on his list and it shows right down to the china used for meals and festive activities including Daily Happy Hour! I had no idea Assisted Living was more than a Nursing home it was like a cruise ship environment. I have recommended it to friends.

After many years with my Mother in Law there, it is now my mother's turn. We could not have been happier with how my mother in law did there and my mom should be just as happy. She is in what was a Sunrise, now Ivy Park in Monterey, but we have seen problems with staffing and facilities issues that we never saw at Sunrise of Rocklin. It is a newer facility and smaller that may be a part of the difference. We look forward to having our mom there and three hours closer to us.

As a real estate agent, whose niche is working with seniors and helping them downsize from start to finish, I am very particular about what assisted-living communities I refer my families to. Sunrise of Rocklin is at the top of my list! The residents are very inclusive with new community family members; So much so that one sweet lady that I met had only been there one month and had made many friends and loved attending the social hour. Ariel, the activities director with a bubbly personality, keeps everybody busy with fun, social activities. You can tell that the staff at Sunrise of Rocklin truly care about their community and will go the extra mile to make residents feel welcomed and content during their stay. Just ask for Alicia, the marketing Director, and she will be happy to give you a tour of the beautifully designed spacious rooms!

My mom has moved to Sunrise and is in the memory care section of the facility because of her medical conditions and her care has been nothing short of FANTASTIC. The facility is very clean and inviting, and is well maintained, the food is excellent and the care is superb! Every single staff member I have encountered has been caring, highly competent and responsive. The staff keeps the residents engaged with activities and a lot of interaction. I honestly cannot think of a single negative aspect to Sunrise based on my interactions and observations so far. I hope they can keep up with their outstanding care!

This senior community is the best I have ever seen! The staff is well trained and even though it's hard work, they manage to keep up. The Care Managers and upper management know the residents personally and have a relationship with each one. The mansion is well-kept with a beautiful garden and walkway in the back. There are activities every day for residents to attend along with movies, live performances, and fun events! If you care about your elderly family members and want them to continue to have excellent health along with loads of fun, then this is the place to go!

My husband, Brandon, moved into Sunrise Reminiscence 5 months ago and we have both felt so comfortable there. They have embraced both of us, one a resident, one a family member, while we take this journey. His comfort is a priority, the ambiance is homey, the food is healthy and delicious, the caregivers smile and have fun with the residents in addition to taking care of them, and the resident’s rooms and common rooms are kept clean. My Mom has been a resident of Sunrise for about four years. She is in Memory Care and the Kindness, Compassion and Caring the Staff has shown has been a wonderful blessing. From the first time we walked through the door to view the facilities we felt like family. From the front desk to the individual caregivers the entire staff shows a level of knowledge about my Mom that proves they truly care. Mom has also greatly benefited from the special activities that are provided on a regular basis. Even when she has been bed bound, she looks forward to frequent visits from the staff. She always lets me know that she really likes her home and that everyone is so nice. I can’t tell you what a comfort that is for our family!! I certainly recommend Sunrise to any person looking for a loving home for their Loved One.

I recently toured Sunrise of Rocklin and left suitably impressed. My father will be graduating from skilled nursing later this year. His likely need for continuing professional care makes an assisted living community a smart choice. Although I need to investigate other options, I feel Sunrise sets a very high bar. From the comfortable and efficient apartments to the attractive and spacious common rooms, Sunrise Rocklin is obviously focused on both the importance of a dignified personal residence and the benefit of community. The administrative staff is friendly and well informed. Residents seem happy and engaged. There is a well-developed activity calendar in plain sight. My visit was not planned in advance, so I was happy to see that scheduled activities were ongoing. The dining room is lovely with tables set in full linens and a restaurant style menu viewable as you enter. A parlor styled room offers several shelves full of reading material with an adjacent salon. In another room, residents were dancing to big band era music. I didn't note any wallflowers. The day after my visit, the community director contacted me to make sure that any questions I had were answered. We had a fairly lengthy conversation about my father and his particular situation. The director spent quite a bit of time detailing the qualifications of the care team. I felt reassured that the inspiring observations I made while I was touring the community were representative of the overall experience. Although Sunrise should be recognized as a superior living environment, service and care are clearly the hallmarks. I would be happy and confident having my father reside at Sunrise Rocklin. I think he would be happy too.

I cannot speak enough about how the staff at Sunrise are kind, thoughtful, and thorough. While I have not met everyone, I have no doubt that all of the staff is wonderful, both care staff and nursing staff. They truly care about the residents, and it shows. My parents are so comfortable here, they enjoy all the different activities alone with the staff. Staff really cares about each and every person in there.. Jenny is the representative that worked with us in the beginning, she bent over backwards to help my parents and I feel more comfortable about this process. Can't say enough good thing about her.. There nursing staff has helped them so much with there diabetic needs and other medicine. They are my eyes and ears . Can't say enough about the everyday staff, they do more then I could ever do kudos too them. They all stay in close touch with me since I'm out of state. Would highly recommend this place. I recently moved both of my parents into Sunrise of Rocklin. The staff is so caring! They communicate well with both my parents and myself. My mom has had some health set backs and the staff really showed her special attention to help her stay safe. The food is excellent with good choices for picky eaters. The rooms are spacious and well cared far. The activities are fun and get my father really moving. He loves to play balloon volleyball and bingo, but the staff talks him into trying all types of games.

Cyndi is an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. She has a heart of gold, is always dressed professionally and responds very quickly, accurately and politely to any needs my families have. She works around my families schedules, is very attentive and always puts their needs first. She is one of those people that leaves everything a better place after she has worked there.
