I have never smelled this before when at the Blake when visiting my mother years ago or friends, but I smelled urine so bad in the hallways so bad yesterday and I have bad sense of smell. All the new furniture looked great. No one was at rest entering or leaving. When I got to friends apartment, one of the employees was sitting in the chairs on her phone . She may have been on a break. There were dirty gloves on the sidewalk. Do better Blake. Sorry

The Township Blake has by far the best reputation in the Jackson metro area. I work in the healthcare industry, and I continue to hear more and more favorable comments about the great communication from nurses and strong satisfaction from my patients who have parents who have lived or continue to live there. This is a beautiful place and setting. We have made application for my mother in law to be a resident but there are no openings at the moment-we hope there will be soon. We have met two wonderful leaders there, Chad Polk and Katy Mack Davis. Both are courteous and professional and make me want to move in myself!! Katy Mack has given us tours and she has been so helpful and kind about this process which is new to our family. I hope my mother in law will be a resident of this warm and beautiful place soon. Chad and Katy Mack are wonderful representatives of The Blake.

The Blake is a place filled with many experiences, and opportunities to open up and be yourself. The staff is wonderful, passionate when making sure each residents needs are being attended to, and especially making sure everyone enjoys every day they spend here.!!! I enjoy seeing the wonderful faces of each resident that lives here, we do everything we can to keep they’re warm smiles, with activities, simple walks together, sit and chatting, or simply joking and pulling pranks on each other. I look at it as if it’s my second home !!

The Blake is the place to be! They always have fun activities for everyone to enjoy. My personal fav is Gorgeous Grandma Day! All the ladies dressed up in their best attire and really rocked out with their girls just wanna have fun outfits. Everyone has a smiling face and I love how involved the staff is too. I can’t say enough good things about The Blake and the care my grandmother received there in her final years. I was going to put my loved one in the Blake at Township. I ended up putting at a location near my house. I was told that if I wanted them to hold this opening, I would need to write them a check for $1,000.00 of which $900.00 is refundable to hold the spot. I wrote the check on September 29, 2079. I called them back on September 30, 2019 and told them that I would not be taking the place and would like for them to please send me a refund check for the $900.00. I have talked to Mike Pollard that handles the finances for almost 2 months trying to get my money back. I have been given every excuse and promise in the book about why I haven't received my refund. I talked to Mike Pollard yesterday at 4;30 concerning this and was going to check and call me right back. Never heard from yesterday and as of 12;25 central time have still heard nothing. I want to say that be real sure when you give them the $1000.00 deposit because if your loved one does not go there, they will lie to you and keep your money. I will hire an attorney to force the issue if I have to. Don't consider this place!! They are horrible and a bunch of liars.
