Wasn't as needful as most of the other patients as im not that old, was just there due to foot surgery and the need for iv antibiotic treatments. Nevertheless the staff was very kind and attentive. Would def return if the need arose.

My mom was transferred to Town and Country Manor at the end of April 2021 and will unfortunately be unable to return home. I want to say that the customer service experience we received from day one has been exceptional! Everyone that I have had contact with and that have cared for my mom have been MORE than helpful about anything and everything. We all know that visitation during the times of COVID are quite challenging. However, the Activities Department staff who manage the visitation appointments are phenomenal! My interactions with Ashley, Tiara, Daniella and Gaby have been perfect in every way. They all have been quick to communicate, professional, kind, understanding, courteous and extremely helpful. I am very grateful for the assistance they provide us all on a daily basis. The nurses and nursing assistants are so kind and caring. The nurses have been very quick to communicate quickly of any changes and are very thorough with the information they provide. When I have needed assistance from them for one thing or another, they have been very quick to respond and work out what needs to be done. Each time I have needed to call and left message for the nurse to call me, they have called back much more quickly then I even expected they would. I wish I could remember all the names of the nurses and the nursing assistants to recognize them individually. Every time I am visiting my mom, she tells me that everyone there is very nice to her, which as her daughter, makes my heart happy since I am unable to be there all of the time. I am truly grateful my mom is with such kind, caring, professional and efficient people. Our experience with each and every person we have had contact with has and continues to be exceptional. We could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Town and Country Manor (Skilled Nursing Facility).

Lovely home, lovely kind residents. Our parents are there and love it in independent living. Small dogs allowed and are much loved by residents. Clean and pleasant. Won a US News Award for retirement homes. Workers there are kind and friendly. In Pleasant newer neighborhood. High quality place.

One of the best retirement homes in orange county. It was founded by the Alliance church organization to serve the retired pastoral staff especially those who served overseas. It's a blessing to the commnity as well.

We have been living here for over 2 years. My parents lived here for 16 years. They were in Independent Living for 8 years, then in Assisted Living for 4 years and finally spent their ladt4 years in Skilled Nursing. We experienced the amenities and services in all three levels at all hours and could see the care and services that each resident receives. The Manor also has a very friendly community feel with many activities and outings for the residents to enjoy. We are so very pleased with our decision to move here. We are among the youngest couple here and have enjoyed the love and fellowship we continue to experience on a daily basis. I came here not knowing one person. On the day I moved in several people were so friendly welcoming me to my new home. On neighbor helped me get acquainted with the routine each day. People were eager to invite me to eat with them. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I felt very cared for. Town and Country Manor was a breath of fresh air after visiting so many other places and a perfect answer for my needs.

My wife's Grandparents were patients here one of them just passed away and the other still lives there as far as I get to all it was a very nice place and the staff is all very nice when I got lost walking through it trying to find my way the chapel was very nice and so was the banquet room that we had our reception in

Had lunch in a private lunchroom and wonderful, delicious Thanksgiving dinner visiting a very sick patient in the rehab unit. It was a delightful experience. Food was excellent as was the ambiance! Everyone had an excellent time.

My mother recently decided to do a 60 day trial. It took a full year for her to make that decision and 2 days in to her "trial" she doesn't want to go back home!! The entire staff, and I truly mean everyone, have gone above and beyond to make the transition pleasant and easy. Middlewoods is a safe, clean and caring facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

From top to bottom, the caring and competent staff at Middlewoods takes exceptional care of residents, offering varied activities, nursing care, entertainment, good food, and cultural excursions. Middlewoods provides an outstanding family/community home atmosphere for the seniors who live there, and fine support for children who now can have peace of mind knowing folks are safe and thriving, to the fullest extent possible. The love extended to residents and families is a vibe you feel as you walk in the door - in contrast to many for-profit assisted living "businesses." This was definitely the right choice for my folks!

Independence Village of Aurora is an incredible place to work for. I feel like a valuable team member and that my opinion truly matters. I am challenged daily and always pushed a little harder to grow not only as an employee, but as a person in general. Residents become close friends, and soon you feel a sense of a family like feeling here at the community. I couldn't be happier here at Independence Village of Aurora.

My husband has Alzheimers and he has been at Havenwood for seven months, I come in at 8am and leave at 6pm seven days a week. I have observed the care givers and staff and can only say that they do a top notch job. I am comfortable at night knowing that he will be well cared for. The kitchen staff fix special meals for peoples particular needs, and request. The environment is pleasant and well kept. I highly recommend Havenwood!

I was a patient at Town & Country Manor in the fall of 2014 for ten days. The Staff was most helpful; the food was good. There were plenty of choices for each meal. What I really went there for was because I had hip replacement, and my husband was not able to care for me at home. We live in a Condo with a flight of stairs and I had to re-learn how to climb them. The Rehab Dept was exceptionally good. Every day they worked with me I improved in my ability to walk again, learn how to 'climb stairs', etc. I would recommend Town & Country Manor to my friends. I like the Christian atmosphere and emphasis in all of the parts of Town & Country as a total facility. Thank you!

Our Dad has been there for about a year and a half. He is well cared for which was a huge relief to us. He still has many of his local friends come to visit, but it is clear that he has his "Middlewoods" friends as well and overall is truly happy and content.

My Nana lives in Assisted Living and loves it! She is well cared for and is happy. The grounds are beautiful and I love that I can visit her as often as I want!
