I fell in my room at 12:30 at night. I knew I had broken my hip. After I pushed my pendant, 2 aids were at my door within 4 minutes, assessed the accident, contacted the nurse on call. Notified the rescue squad. Had it not been for their prompt arrival and reaction, I may have remained on the floor without help. I don't know their names but am forever grateful they helped so quickly.

Moved a loved one a few weeks ago into Forge Hill and we couldn't be happier. Bethany B. from the beginning was so very helpful, answering all questions with patience and expertise. Even communicating with us on her day off! She guided us through every step so graciously and never made us feel like we were bothering her even though I know we were haha. Jason treated us with respect and dignity while answering all legal questions and allaying every fear that we might have about this transition. The staff was welcoming during the move and have been exceptional in their care. Shout out to Christina Regina and Anne and Donna. Move-in was seamless and any issues were immediately dealt with. Food is delicious and accessible all day. What could have been a very difficult time was made relatively easy and actually pleasurable. Many activities to choose from and enjoy! Personal time is also respected. Consider Forge Hill for your loved ones. You will not be disappointed

I only have good things to say about Benchmark at Forge Hill. My mom moved there after having complicated health issues that made it suddenly impossible for her to live alone. She got very sick very quickly so she was unable to mentally prepare herself for the move. It was hard on our entire family. But Forge Hill did a great job getting her settled and they also did a great job preparing our entire family on what we can expect and how we can support my mom through the process. My mother had very complex medical issues and the staff was very competent in her care. They could handle anything throw at them but when there was an issue that was out of their typical scope of practice, they did not hesitate to reach out and request outside assistance. It doesn’t matter what department you come into contact with, it is obvious that this place cares about the residents who live there. From nursing staff, office staff, dining staff to maintenance department, we never came into contact with anyone who didn’t display the utmost care and professionalism. Sadly my mom has passed away and we felt the love and were blessed to have Forge Hill mourned her and celebrated her life right along side of us. Of course I knew that I would miss my mom but I hadn’t expected to miss Forge Hill and everyone we met while she lived there. They all made a lasting impression and we couldn’t have done any of it without them.

I moved my parents into Forge Hill 14 months ago. Unfortunately my father passed away a few months later. Forge Hill was definitely the right decision as the staff has been caring and considerate to the needs of my Mother now. Everyone from the dining staff to the nurses and especially the TCD go above and beyond to make the residents feel special and safe.

Not only is it beautifully maintained and spotless, but it also has a warm, friendly atmosphere where everyone genuinely cares for one another”it really feels like family. Forge hill is exactly what our community in Franklin needs It’s an AlF that can truly allow their residents age in place and stay despite needing assist of two or Hoyer lift or residents who need crushed meds. The entire team is welcoming and very willing to stop and take time to answer questions and help you understand the culture of the facility. The executive director made sure to come and spend time to explain the different levels of care they provide. It’s a really nice environment that can offer a place for someone to feel at home!

The staff at Forge Hill (specifically the Harbor Memory care unit) is exceptional. After meeting the nurses, caretakers, and other staff in direct contact with residents I was never worried about my husband while he was there. The activities are engaging. The food is good from what I can tell. Truly a wonderful place to live out your final days. I will never forget the compassion with which the staff cared for my husband. Thank you so much Forge Hill! I’ll miss you!

Bethany was super helpful answering all my questions and took the time to help my mom overcome her fears and get past her resistance of getting more help. Mom's fall and subsequent hospital stay with dementia diagnosis was the deciding factor for Mom & Dad to sell their house and move to Benchmark Senior Living at Forge Hill. Since their move, their physical and mental health has improved. Dad in particular enjoys the variety of entertainment and interactive activities scheduled daily. My nana moved here about 6 months, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The staff is amazing and trustworthy and we have peace of mind that she is safe and cared for. The staff spends so much time to get to know each of the residents and build activities around their interests. Jason and the management team are amazing and take all of our concerns seriously and work tirelessly to rectify any issues that come up. The facility is extremely clean and cared for and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to trust the forge hill team to care for her.

5 stars. No comparison! My mil was at another assisted living prior to forge hill. Once we got her to forge hill.. It was amazing! She absolutely loved it there. Every time I called her she told me of her day with activities! Always told me all was well, Never ant issues. She loved the entire staff and her friends there. Glad we chose to move her to forge hill for her last 5 years. The entire staff is fantastic and God Bless them all. What a great community. I only wished we had brought her there sooner. She absolutely loved where she was and made great friends. If your parent isn't here yet,what are you waiting for?.. Great people. Cannot reccomend it enough! May we all have the end of our days be made so special.

Our mother spent the final year of her life at this facility. We were initially impressed with the care that she received but unfortunate incidents began to happen which changed our opinion. First was the stealing of money from our mother's purse. We found this very surprising as she would never let it out of her sight. At first we thought she might have misplaced the cash but then realized that theft may have been involved. We then planted a hundred dollar bill in her wallet and within a week it was gone without my mother knowing. At this point she was beginning to go through dementia, I believe one of her care workers took advantage of her. Another major issue was the wrongful accounting that I discovered. Over time i realized that the numbers did not add up. After confronting the administration and presenting numbers our mother's account was credited approx. 3000 dollars. My overall impression with the organization in Franklin was not very good in the end. I believe the warm welcoming feeling in the beginning was basically a sales pitch. It is a very expensive facility, I realize that a large, clean and multi-programmed facility has to be these days. I was just very disappointed in the end by the theft and mismanagement of our Mother's finances and the lack of communication by management and staff.

The staff is phenomenal - from housekeeping to kitchen staff to nursing to the front desk and the business office. You just can't find nicer people. They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows. They are also extremely gracious to the families. I cannot say enough about Forge Hill in Franklin.

My mother spent the last year of her life at Benchmark in the Harbor program and for that we are eternally grateful. Right at the outset in her first days last January, she was made welcome and comfortable with the transition from living with her husband of 68 years to living in a whole new community at the age of 90. Throughout her journey, Benchmark staff made all the necessary adjustments seamlessly and provided guidance to my father and me with all the steps along the way. Benchmark was with us at the end, offering support and comfort, making it abundantly clear how much they genuinely cared about my mother and how her life there had left its mark. Truly a remarkable place with which I will likely remain connected. Thank you!
