We have used several agencies for my Mom and Serenity Care and Compassion is by far the best. The caregivers are kind and attentive. They are truly concerned about Mom's well-being. We have a rotation of 2 caregivers instead of many different ones. When Serenity sends a new caregiver, they send the previous caregiver with them the first time to orient them to Mom's house and her needs.
