My husband, sister and myself enjoyed a very nice day yesterday at Brookedale visiting my sister Linda. We had not RSVP about staying for the Thanksgiving meal but the staff were very kind and accommodating to us and encouraged us to stay and even gave us each a pie to take home. The meal was delicious and the saxophone player was awesome. Thank you so much for being a place where one can feel good about leaving their family member.

I want to publicly thank Becky K, admissions coordinator, for the outstanding job she did in helping us find the appropriate Assisted Living for my loved one. She demonstrated "outside the box" thinking and problem solving. She also showed creativity in addressing the uniqueness of our situation. Her attention to detail and speed of follow up impressed me. My daughter and I felt like we made a new caring friend in the process.

From the moment we contacted Jason and Ilene, through making our selection decision, moving Dad in (during the peak of COVID-19 quarantine no less) to today, everyone we have interacted with AND trust to care for our Dad, have exceeded our expectations. My Mother is a resident at Beavercreek. The staff is truly compassionate and kind. They are never without a smile, a hug, a comforting word. I receive consistent updates and they value my input. The Management team is outstanding, visible and available when needed. I sleep peacefully knowing my Mother is loved and cared for at all times. Thank you Brookdale Beavercreek for all you do. My mother only lived there 3 months before we lost her. The staff was so wonderful. I did not see or speak to anyone who wasn't kind and so caring towards her. She would tell me often how much she loved everyone there. Brookdale thank you so much for loving my mother. You are truly blessed.

I am forever grateful for the staff at Brookdale Beavercreek. They are compassionate, dedicated and friendly. My mother was welcomed and as her level of care needs increased she was cared for skillfully and lovingly by everyone. I felt cared about as well by the staff when I visited.
