I had to change out a bed frame in my mil room today as she is returning tomorrow after a three week absence due to her being in rehab after a fall. We were welcome with open arms and everyone is anticipating her return to the facility. Great facility and great employees. Thank you!!

I can't say enough about the Memory Care facility at White Cliffs Senior Living in Kingman, AZ. We made the difficult decision to move my 94 year old mother to their facility from CA. While her own adjustment has had its ups and downs, to be expected, the caregivers and MedTechs have been amazing. Every one of them. Caring, compassionate, helpful and so patient, all of them gifted to be sure. They even moved their piano closer to my mom's room! She still plays and the residents enjoy it too. That speaks volumes about them. From sales to the executive director right down to housekeeping, they have been right there for my mom and my family. We are so thankful.

Extremely wonderful staff. This has been a great transition moving my mother here. Every staff member goes above and beyond with love and kindness to every resident. Food is excellent and family's are always welcomed at all times. White cliffs is like being in heaven on earth. I helped some friends move into White Cliffs last year. They met friendly and knowledgeable staff, who were anxious to help them adjust after living in their previous home for 40 years. It was difficult to downsize, but the custodial staff helped tremendously in discarding boxes and items my friends realized they no longer needed. A very friendly and caring place to live.

I went to white cliffs to visit one of my dearest friends and she absolutely loves living here she has nothing but good things to say. All the employees were very attentive , caring made sure that I was well taken care of as a guest visiting my friend. I did a tour recently, and from the moment we walked in until we left we were treated life family. This facility is filled with caring and friendly staff. Kudos to the administrator for running such a beautiful community. I spoke with a few of the residents and they said this is my home away from home. If you are looking for a safe and loving place that is packed full of activities for a loved one I would highly recommend White Cliffs in Kingman!

The Manager could be a real mean and cruel B!+@# and treats some elderly residents like they are immature people. My wife witnessed her mother being yelled at and put down because she was taking her scooter into the lunch room. There could have been a better way to handle it, but she did not think before she blew up on my mother in-law. The rest of the staff is great and do a wonderful job. We are grateful that there is a place for those who need it.

I had an emergency situation with my dad. It included a Silver Alert, emergency guardianship, and a restraining order due to spousal abuse. I contacted White Cliffs and we immediately were welcomed in to take a tour and discuss my dad's case. Everyone was immensely empathetic to his situation. The entire staff went out of their way to ensure we could secure a room and begin the integration into his new home. My father has Parkinson's and requires around the clock supervision. I cannot begin to properly describe just how wonderful the entire staff has continued to be. My siblings and I have been so surprised at how fast and well he has integrated into White Cliffs. Within only a couple weeks, he has made several friends, and this is the happiest we have seen him in years. Thank you to the entire White Cliffs staff!!! Everyone of you have been a critical part of caring for my dad. If you are looking at Senior Living Centers, look no further. White Cliffs is the best place for your loved one to live independently, while still having a loving caring staff on hand for all their needs.

I give this facility five stars! Every time I'm there the staff is so pleasant and the guests seem so happy with the care. Tammy is one of the employees that really stands out to me. She has such a huge passion for giving back. She is so loving to all the residents. I have never not seen a big smile on her face when walking into White Cliffs. I'm not sure what the other reviews are all about but White Cliffs is an absolutely beautiful community and the staff is simply incredible. We've had a great experience for our mother and I would recommend to anyone looking for retirement living, assisted living for themselves or memory care for a loved one or a friend. It is very Very sad that this facility "claims" to be all about the residence, but I know for a fact that is NOT the case! They are All about the money!! My Daddy has been in memory care ( and I use the word care Loosely) for a year in a half and this place has allowed him to go completely down hill!! Never has he got the PT he was supposed to! This place has only very recently gotten a nurse on the memory side, and doesn't have an infectious disease person in the building! When we were allowed to go into the facility I was there Every day, and caught the dayshift in Many lies in regards to my Daddy's care! Now that he has to be moved to another facility, I waited at his bedroom window for 1 hour to have him brought there to only find out the Becky doesn't allow it! You have got to be about the $ not the residence!! Shame on you Becky, and a Big discussed for CJ the day medtech who told me on the ph that she would bring him! Then 45 mins later when I caught her coming back in from smoking she gave me a oh I forgot look, and a one minute with her mouth and finger! She didn't even have the decency to tell me!! She is the main one that needs to go just to start. She has never been a honest staff member, nor a decent so called caregiver. I am worried for my Daddy on how and what (if anything) he was told about him moving!!

Too many citations - Failed Care Our family should have searched White Cliff's care record of 21 citations at Arizona Department of Health Services before placing our loved one in their memory care unit. ADHS has a searchable database of all care facilities in Arizona and any citations. White Cliff's FAILED at caring for our loved one with, unexplained injuries, extended days between showers, feces on bedspread without remedy, missing personal items, and mismanaged medications. When we expressed concern with Day staff they blamed it on their Night staff, even revealing to us that their Night staff had been recently reprimanded. We reached out to their Executive Director who never returned our calls and their corporate business office, Milestone Retirement LLC., where our calls and concerns were ignored. We filed a care complaint with the Arizona Department of Health Services but it seems after 21 citations White Cliff's isn't interested in cleaning up their brand new retirement business.
