Everything is great here at Morado when they are decorating for holidays and organizing events for seniors and their families but when something serious happens behind the scenes no one is listening. No one is taking accountability to have some compassion and care to apologize for any inconvenience.

This is such an amazing place to live, the staff is so nice and helpful to the residents and family. They do something for the residents all the time, outings movies. They decorated for each holiday for the residents Cindy, Bobbi, Kelly and all the other staff are amazing.

Came in to visit a family friend to see if this would be a great place for my relative. Walked around. Seems nice, but there is a strange amount of crosses. A little bit culty, but seems like a good area close to the highway and plenty of things to do. Staff seems nice!

Morada has truly been a blessing for my family. From the moment my grandfather moved in, I felt such a sense of peace knowing he was in a safe, loving, and well-cared-for environment. The entire staff is incredible, and the director, Cindy, goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the residents. It genuinely feels like one big family here. Everyone from the team to the residents is so kind and supportive. I loved the community so much that I even decided to become a volunteer, and it’s been such a rewarding experience. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my grandfather can thrive and where I never have to worry about him being alone or neglected.

I had to make the decision in October 2024 to look for a place for my dad to live. I was worried about the whole decision. Once I met with Cindy, I was positive we found the right place for him. He loves being at Morada and for the first time in my life, I am seeing my dad come out of his shell and join in with the activities and talking to people more. We love the entire staff. They are all wonderful and do everything possible to make sure you feel like you are where you belong. Cindy is always open to any suggestion and always thinking of new things to bring in. I could not ask for a better place for dad.

Kellie and her staff of med techs have continued to serve my mother well. She is proactive and listens with skill to help. Bernice does s wonderful job in activity production, and I enjoy meals with my mom there. The past two years I have especially valued the Thanksgiving at the home on the Th prior to Thanksgiving. Kindness permeates the facility.

Morada Assisted Living in Grand Prairie, TX is hands down the best assisted living community in the Dallas, Fort Worth area. The director, Cindy Guzman, is outstanding. She has her staff trained for customer care and they all show the utmost respect to the senior residents and their families. My mother has lived there for three years. I’ve seen directors, nurse assistants, nursing directors, activity directors, chefs and other staff come and go. The current staff, under Cindy’s leadership, is the best yet. I’m extremely satisfied with my mother’s care and can honestly say that I don’t worry about her when I’m not there. I know they all have her back and are keeping an eye on her. The facility is clean, nicely decorated, homey welcoming. The residents have many daily activities to participate in and their holiday events are top notch. We just had Thanksgiving dinner tonight. Cindy had an outstanding meal for the residents and their families. She spared no expense! I’ll attach pictures. Please contact Cindy Guzman at Morada Grand Prairie with any questions about placing your mother, father or any other senior family member there. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I visited every assisted living community from Dallas to Fort Worth including Irving, Mansfield and Arlington, when I was making a decision where to put my mother. This was the best decision I made. I just went and visited my grandma at this facility, and I came across this lovely young lady named Bailey. She was super helpful and caring. I wish more people were like Bailey! Knowing my grandma is surrounded by such loving and caring people puts me at ease!

I was looking for a place where my dad could just be himself and be happy. Well I went to the facility and made a decision that day. I took my dad to move in and he told me living like this, is luxury. I loved that for him . He is 74 years young and the amount of things that keep seniors busy through out the week makes it so special. I highly recommend this place.

The Morada Grand Prairie Assisted Living Community is more than anyone can ask for or hope for when seeking additional care for a loved one who is in need. From the moment that you enter the front atrium, you feel the embrace of the community's welcoming warmth, and the genuine contentment of the residents. Jan is so sweet and works to understand the needs of families and all involved in the personal care of loved ones; she is so attentive during touring. I am very observant of people and would like to nominate one of our staff for Employee of the Month. Alejandra Urrutia is a Care Manager. She is the best! Even though I do not require major health assistance, I have observed Aly in action. She always has a smile, is very kind and helpful, and can always be counted on by Residents and Staff.

Throughout the trials and vicissitudes of the pandemic, combined with extreme weather disturbances and other unforeseen challenges, the administration and staff at Morada have done a stellar job of providing a warm, loving, and healthful environment. Having gone far beyond the call of duty in dedication and excellence, Morada deserves high honors. Our family is thankful my mother can live at Morada and enjoy daily activities there.

We moved my Mother from San Antonio about a year ago to Morada. Since she arrived she has been embraced by the staff and community and has been treated very well. She enjoys her meals and interaction with the staff and has become close to many of them. She is safe, comfortable and close enough to me so I can visit her frequently. I have nothing but good things to say about Morada in Grand Prairie.

My grandmother has been at Morada Grand Prairie since October 2021 and loves it. The staff are personable and caring. They are wonderful at communicating with me. There are a ton of activities and crafts for the residents. The food is great. The staff really goes the extra mile to make my grandmother comfortable and feel at home. I am so very thankful that she is in their care. The move to senior care was one of the hardest decisions I had to make for my grandmother as her caregiver but I am so happy I chose Morada. She has flourished since she has been there. I recommend this facility highly!

I decided to give it some time after moving my father out as it did not end well, but wanted to be fair and wait before giving a review. I moved my father to the facility in Jan 2020. It was his first facility as he previously lived alone, but his memory had declined badly. He passed all their tests and the meeting with the staff. It went OK at first, with a few bumps because he kept trying to smoke inside. As his memory declined further as months went by, the staff was not able to control his wandering and inappropriate behavior. Instead of trying to really help, then would call me like I was his principal. Eventually, I got a call from the director that I needed to move him out by the end of the week. That was highly inappropriate and not necessary. Fortunately he backed off and I believe realized his error, and was more reasonable. I did understand he needed a more memory care facility and he was moved and they did assist. After reflection, I think they did give some effort, but I don't think they really wanted to do anything extra nor did I feel their caring level was very high. I will give credit to a couple of the employees that helped take care of him that I do believe tried and are really nice. Therefore my rating for this facility is average. My father has been in a different place now for a year and he's much better off, as am I.

Our son's have been performing here for the past several years! The staff are great and the residents always appear happy. I have dropped of items and observed staff to be very professional and caring towards the residents.

My mom has been there for a couple of weeks and the whole staff has been great. The food is always a fine dining experience. The wait staff is great too. They read the menu to my mother who has low vision. I like the fact that they have doctors that visit there. I would recommend this facility for anyone. I have put the care of my mom in their hands. I trust them.
