My experience at Belmont Village is from a visitor, in that I perform as an entertainer to assisted living and mem I ry care people. I have always fiund the people tobbe fruendly, residents content, surroundings clean, and staff helpful. One questionable asoect if tgese reviews us Belmont Village response to one star complaints. There is us usually a pat answer that thanks the writer for their positive(?) feedback, as if no one really reads the complaints.

We all make sure our Residents gets the best of everything they want.Secondly I want to say a big thank you to Belmont Village for giving me the Opportunity to grow academically... They always grant my request for adjustment of schedules and I am grateful because I wouldnt have been able to do it without them. My mother has been at the Belmont just over 4 years. She started in independent living and now with her dementia she needs more assistance. THEY ALL KNOW HER NAME! When I walk her through the halls every angel that sees her greets her by name and a warm smile. These angels are blessed with servant hearts and it is so comforting knowing my mother is in a place where the employees seem proud and happy to work. Each one. THAT is the gift of this place. And....the food is great. It is also nice when I just show up and I hear the fabulous sound of old show tunes in the Great Room. An outside hired singer is there and all the residents are there singing and dancing along. The Belmont is an active, clean and very optimistic environment. I have told my children, When its time, take me to The Belmont!

My grandmother lived here for a few years. The staff is remarkable. The dining hall always had decent food with very good service. Her additional help made her stay seamless so I subtracted a star because that was another expense that Belmont did not provide. I understand that Belmont should not be blamed for falling short of things that they do not offer but Im still subtracting a star.

Mom moved to Belmont Village last October when we all realized she could not live alone anymore. After researching and visiting over a dozen facilities in the Dallas area, we knew Belmont was the best option. It looks and feels more like a luxury apartment building than an assisted living facility, with all the high-end services and amenities expected by Turtle Creek residents. Mom has a beautiful apartment with lots of windows and light. She enjoys the weekly exercise programs, especially Boot Camp, and meets twice a week with an on-site physical therapist as well. Of course, she still complains that shes gained weight since coming to Belmont, because the food is so good! Overall we are all very pleased with Belmont Village and highly recommend it (or its sister facilities) to our friends who are looking at assisted living facilities for themselves or their loved ones.

We have been very happy with the facilities and level of care shown at Belmont Village. Our Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers about 4 years prior to the move from their farm. We tried daily in-home care however, it was not the correct course of action for either of our parents. It had become a safety issue as well as medical issue. We were worried Mother would wander out of the house and become lost in the cornfield located 200 feet from their house or Daddy would injure himself on farm equipment. We were going to the ER 1-2 times per month with dehydration or Urinary Tract Infections. There were days Mother did not want to get out of bed and Daddy was leaving her inside the house alone. It was a tough first few months, as we moved our parents against their will. Although it was a very difficult transition, It was the best decision we have ever made. Since their residence at BV, there have been no ER visits and we can sleep at night knowing that our parents are safe. They are both up and out of their apartment for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many activities, it is difficult to know what they are doing each day. Daddy loves the indoor pool and swims every single day. Mother loves the live music every Thursday as well as yoga and thai-chi. Her health and mood drastically improved about 3 months after they moved into their apartment. We have not had one incident of dehydration or UTI due to the attentive staff. They make sure everyone gets sufficient fluids at all times. It has been one year and nine months and our parents have adjusted wonderfully. They have made several friends and are truly living a much better quality of life than we could have ever provided on the farm. They enjoy the incredible food and activities every day. We visit often and also enjoy the food! Daddy recently told us he was living his second childhood. The staff is extremely accommodating to every want or need of their residents. We are convinced, that had we not moved our parents to Belmont Village, Mother would be bed ridden by now and that Daddy would have been severely hurt climbing on farm equipment. I work with Onsite Dental and Belmont is our favorite facility to work with! They are very organized, helpful and super nice! The patients are exceptional and several have mentioned the food there is wonderful! The patients are well taken care of and the facility is very clean.

I am so happy to have found this community. I was so scared it would be a hard transition for Mom but has has found a true home. She has made so many good friends, enjoys all of the activities and the whole family comes there for dinner because it's so good. All levels of staff work hard to make it a nice community and I believe they truly care about my Mom and everyone that lives there. It really does feel like a family.

I live here. Variety of residents who are very active and happy. All places have deficiencies - even home, as I remember. Management is kind and caring. Overall, a good, convenient, loving place for me.
