I personally have visited the Lake Ridge Village as a guest and found the facility to be very clean and substantial for the tenants needs. The day I was there. They had karaoke., and ladies were doing puzzles. Everyone seemed pleasant and happy.. It was also nice to see there was some stores to shop at across the street for convenience. My dad lived here for 3 years or so. The new manager, Tammy has made amazing and significant improvements. Every time I went there, everyone was friendly. Tammy even helped coordinate a team to get my dad medical help. My ONLY complaint is how much the cost went up on 7/1/26. My dad had a studio (no kitchen) just a very small room, a bathroom, and a little wall opening for a mini fridge. My family called it the broom closet. And they had the audacity to raise the rent to $2200+. I don’t even know how. Otherwise, my dad would still be there and it was good enough.

Hello, I made a rather quick move from Buffalo, NY to Florida and when I did, Lakeridge Village was a Godsend for me to move into. I was warmly greeted an welcomed with a sense of kindness and care that still is prominent to this day. The food is very good and Lakeridge Village offers many services and activities for for the residents to enjoy. I had met many wonderful residentss who ultimately became good friends. I would highly recommend Lakeridge Village to my family and friends and anyone else who crosses my path who is looking to live at a place like Lakeridge Village. I am very thankful and appreciative to call Lakeridge Village my home. Kudos to Lakeridge Village!!!

My sister has been living at Lake Ridge for almost 2 years. She enjoys living there as well as participating in the activities they offer, especially bingo. She also enjoys the meals they serve. My 96-year-old parents have now lived at Lake Ridge for eight months, and enjoy living there. Although an adjustment for them after living in a house, the apartment is roomy and comfortable, and housekeeping services are provided. The meals are usually good. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the director (Tammy) is professional and knowledgeable about resources, and a very warm and approachable person. She takes an interest in the residents and their needs. She has directed us to resources for my mom that have made her more comfortable and provide exceptional care. The residents care for each other and look out for each other.

My Mom had been living at Lake Ridge going on 6 years. We have seen several name changes and different managers over the years and while the building is older it is a nice place. Some of the reviews I have seen are several years old and there have been more recent positive changes. The current GM (Tammy) has made a lot of great changes. The staff are excellent. Shgloria and Corinna have been there a while and are always helpful. While Lake Ridge is considered Independent Living the staff has helped with whatever needs Mom has had. The food is great, they offer activities, the hair stylist is open again and the bus will take you where you need to go. While not part of Lake Ridge, there are some medical service that come in to the residents room. Foot doctor and dermatologist. All in all I give a very positive review!

My Aunt has been a resident for over 2 years. She loves the staff, the activities, the transportation bus, the food and her very roomy and comfortable apartment. The new manager has made a lot of improvements. Much appreciated by my Aunt. Staff always has the care and safety of the residents as their first priority. We tour with my mom and the facility is great, the staff is amazing so many activities, The food was so delicious and full of flavor, which is a super plus for us because my mom loves to eat but is also a picky eater. The facility is very confortable and lots of parking, we can't wait to have my mom move in and we can visit.

My brother-in-law needed a facility that could provide assistance with meals and routine cleaning, as well as a comfortable social setting to interact with others. We were lucky enough to find him a spot at Lake Ridge Village in Eustis, Florida. Robert Lloyd, the manager, was extremely helpful and welcoming. We had lunch with some residents and toured the facilities. This is an older complex, but in generally good repair. The staff appears caring and considerate. The rental rate is inclusive of meals, weekly cleaning services, utilities, and basic cable. The facility provides shuttle service to local shops, doctor appointments and special events. In addition, each resident is provided an emergency call pendant to insure rapid response in any situation requiring urgent attention. All-in-all, the value for the money seems quite remarkable.

I'm very happy with the care my grandma has received here. Everyone here is very friendly, inviting and real. Watching our loved ones getting older is hard and this place makes it so much better. I love the activities they provide, the meals are tasty and the manager, William goes above and beyond every single day!

I've been a resident here for 10 months. There have been improvements with the new manager, but as usual it all takes time, and Corporate approval. The staff is friendly and competent, the meals are very good. However, everything needs to be updated and upgraded, The residents are warm and friendly, plenty to do. So far life for Dad is great in his new home. He has a 1/1 with a kitchenette. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the price is surprisingly reasonable. Assisted living is very expensive! The best part is Dad can maintain his sence of independence and I have the comfort in knowing there is a dependable support system when I I'm not with Dad.

My Brother is handicapped and has lived at Holiday Lake Ridge for 5 years and I only have praise for the facility and staff. Recently he tested positive for COVID-19. Because of the quick and proactive measures by staff, especially Patricia Campbell, he received medical attention and his symptoms were mild. It is a tremendous relief knowing that he is in a facility that truly cares about their residents.

So much to choose from here. There are tons of selections to choose from. Everything from the dollar tree to Target to Payless to Ross to Michael's. They offer plenty of parking and a clean parking lot as well.

I found this place because I have friends that moved in here many years ago. They love the place. We stopped by to do a quick entertainment spot for them a couple of years ago and Lake Ridge has hired us to keep coming back to provide entertainment there. Our friends and the other residents seem very content there and it feels like their home and the staff seems to be caring and kind towards them. Seems like a great place for the elderly to live. 🙂
