Stay away from this place if you love your family members. My mom Marda George was there for five years and when she was in her last weeks when she couldn’t talk you do anything for herself someone there took her 20k wedding ring off her finger. [name removed] the director of Arbor View did not care on bit about my mom. I filed a police report and nothing. No phone call no oh we are so sorry nothing. Not to mention she fell off the toilet and hurt her back and they didn’t even take her to the hospital. She was in so much pain and all they did was give her pain meds. Stay away from this crooked nursing home.

The staff is wonderful, they help us with our dad. They make every effort to make him comfortable, from meals to making sure he get his drinks in the evening. Most of the meals are homemade, just like being at home. My dad is legally blind and needs extra care. Let him know when and why they may be running a little late. It is a wonderful place . Giving a special thanks to Michelle, Anne, Dave, Maria and most important to Katy who keeps him well feed. Thanks to all the other great staff and volunteers at this facility for everything that you do.

Our mother is very happy here. Meals are great, lots of activities for her, staff are courteous, friendly, and do a great job. Rooms are quaint and has a good view for her to see kids playing, and birds on the feeder. Recommend you take a look!

Arbor View is a warm inviting community. They have experienced staff that truly care about their Residents. Their staff have greater average longevity, than you will find in most Assisted Living communities. This is due to them feeling appreciated from their leadership. Michelle and the rest of the directors truly care about the Residents and employees. I highly recommend bringing your loved one to this amazing community.

My Mother was with both Assisted Living and Memory Care. She just passed away. I am grateful for everything Arbor View has done for her. I dont know what people want for their loved ones. I do know my Mother had a lot of love and support from a beautiful staff. They were her family too. Down to earth Always there for that extra attention Always there to hold her hand Always there to handle her sun downing and shopping....if you pay attention to that, you will understand I didnt go thru having a family member with dementia or Alzheimers before my mother. Its very hard. Its heartbreaking. Its overwhelming. The thing that really bothered me most was not seeing people come to visit these beautiful people aka family I saw my mom every other day. I visit my loved one very often here and every time I visit the staff is nice and helpful. The other residents there seemed to be friendly as well and glad to see people. The also provide activities like having an open bar once a month and once in a while they have outings to go to the store or various places. Im pretty sure they have a calendar of some kind to keep everyone up to date on what is happening on certain days. One suggestion I would have if they could use better ingredients in the food they prepare. The food they provide isnt that great, but other than that everything seems fine.

Use 34150 Fulton for GPS address. Is a CBRF facility. Care is personalized. The Director gave me a tour. 40 rooms, have singles and suites. Suites are $250/month more. Suite is similar to the apt minus the kitchen; is living room, separate bedroom and full bathroom. Suites are on the corners and have nicer outside views...single rooms' windows face each other, so basically no view. Single rooms are nice sized room and separate full bathroom. Can have bird feeders. Needs own furniture and linens/towels. 4 main common living rooms, 2 common dining areas. Homemade food; staff states very good. Large breakfast and lunch, lighter dinner (soup/sand). Hallways are very nice, nice paint and carpeting. 3 staff/20 residents, 2/20, 1/20 plus a float. Patients wear emergency necklaces. Staff have adopted a number of pts each to provide extra TLC (angels program. 3 levels of [removed] We would probably require level 2-3. Rates $3700 - $4200/mo. Have a salon; stylist comes once/week. RN on site every day, available via call 24/7. They are adamant about having all residents take part in activities, movies, etc. Had very perfumy smell when entering building, otherwise very clean overall. Will do hospice and bed checks.
