Legacy house is an exceptional. We had transferred my grandmas care from a center in Southern Utah. Upon entering I could immediately tell that legacy was a much better choice for my grandma. The administration and care givers were so qualified and friendly. My grandma is so happy here. We made the right choice by bringing her here. My in-laws have been in the (Cottage) memory care for the last 2 years and I applaude the staff for their patience and caring for them both. Most days mom can't be reached by phone because she out doing activities. All of the staff, rather they are working front desk, administration, nursing, kitchen, activities director, resident care or janitorial they are all absolutely so kind and helpful. On a beautiful fall September afternoon our mom passed away in her apartment at Legacy House. Her death marked the end of a 14 year long relationship that our family has had with Legacy House. Dad was there for four years and mom for 10. I can't say enough about the care and concern that was afforded both of them. Over the years we witnessed administrative changes, said goodbye to beloved staff, welcomed new, weathered a pandemic, rate increases and everything else that goes along with care for the elderly, and Legacy House never missed a step. We cannot express enough gratitude to everyone with whom we have worked over the years, recognizing fully the challenges in meeting the needs of a beloved aging population. Legacy House y'all are the best!! Five stars, two thumbs up!

When we were no longer able to care for my mother she moved to Legacy House. The staff at Legacy were kind and encouraged her to participate in the activities, stopping by to remind her what was happening that day. They even sent pictures of the fun she was having during the activities. They always had a smile and greeted her every time they passed in the hall. During her final weeks the care she received was outstanding. Our family was very happy with the staff and care our mom received at Legacy House.

We feel very thankful that our Dad is able to be at Legacy House of Logan. Over the years we have heard many positive stories and comments from friends, neighbors, and coworkers that have had their family members taken care of at Legacy House. So it was an easy decision to have our Dad move in, and we are so glad he did. He has been there for the past four months and All of the staff are always so friendly and attentive to his needs. All of the staff do their best to provide a warm, caring atmosphere and involve the residents in the many activities that are offered. We regularly receive pictures from Angel (one of the Activities Directors) of our Dad showing him participating in activities. We also have received text messages and phone calls from many of the staff when concerns for our Dad come up. It is great to know they are keeping a close eye on him. My Aunt and Uncle lived at the Legacy House of Logan for many years. They always enjoyed being there and often commented to me how wonderful the staff was to them. A few years back my Uncle passed away and my Aunt remained at their apartment. Of course she was very upset with my Uncle's passing but again the staff comforted her during a difficult time. My Aunt is now in a memory care unit at the Legacy House and I am amazed how the staff keeps amazing me! I am on a text feed from one of the care takers Angel, who by the way truly is an angel! My Aunt's sons and some of the extended family receive daily texts with photos and videos of my Aunt participating in various activities. Mind you during Covid and times of lock down this has been extremely important to all of us! I can't imagine a better situation for my Aunt and would highly recommend the Legacy House of Logan! We moved our mother into the Legacy house in Logan 8 months ago. The first couple of weeks were a transition for our mother. And then it happened, she became vibrant and full of life! The management and staff are respectful and loving, with professional experience. Being in a community living environment has made our mother thrive. Legacy sees to it that the residents are offered activities throughout the day, so their minds stay sharp and their bodies strong. Our mother has always been on the shy side but somehow through all the fun activities she has come out of her shell. She steps out to make sure newcomers feel welcomed and a part of the Legacy family. Most days we cannot reach our mother because she is never in her room! She is out actively participating in all the many events Legacy has to offer and volunteers to help set up activities. She regularly express how happy she is. She even stated a couple of months ago she had the best birthday ever!! Thank you Legacy house for taking such good care of our mother physically, emotionally, and spiritually. A special shout out to Angel/Social Director. Angel regularly sends us pictures of mom participating. It helps us know she is well, happy, and active.

I would like to say how amazing Legacy House is. Ive spent a lot of time there volunteering and helping the residents there. The residents are always so happy and seem like they are having fun. The staff engage the residents in fun, exciting activities on a daily basis. They do so many fun activities including parties, bingo, shopping trips, scenic drives around the valley and manicures. All the staff are very friendly and nice. They go out of their way to introduce themselves and make sure that everyone is taken care of. The building is well kept and maintained. We moved our mother into Legacy House during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of our worries was that she would feel isolated and lonely because of the social distancing practices that were required, but the staff worked creatively to find activities for the residents even during the periods of strict lock-down. Mom went into the facility thinking that she wouldnt like it, but because of the comfortable atmosphere, warm and engaging staff, numerous activities and excellent meals, she is very happy to be a resident there. My mother moved from her home in Logan to Legacy House a couple of months ago, due to a debilitating fall. Although she was in a condition where assisted living became a necessity, my siblings and I were very concerned about making a move like this in the middle of the COVID pandemic. The conscientious staff at Legacy House put us at ease that they were doing all that was possible to keep Legacy House free of the virus. Since making the move, we have been very impressed with the measures they have taken in this respect, even though it has required short periods of quarantine to ensure the safety of the residents. We are very happy with the facility, the food, the activities, etc..., but its the staff that gives us the most peace of mind that our mother is being well taken care of. The greatest proof comes in conversations with my mother. She was hesitant at first to make such a life transition, but quickly became comfortable and we can tell that she is happy there. Thats what matters the most. I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Legacy House.

The decision to move our mother to Assisted Living a few months ago was such a difficult and emotional one for us as a family. From the time we reached out to Legacy House of Logan for initial information until the present, we have had nothing but amazing interactions with the administation and staff. We have every confidence in them and the care and concern they have for mom. The facility is clean and beautiful and from what I have heard from mom, the food is delicious. Mom seems to really enjoy it there and absolutely loves the interactions and the activities. I have especially enjoyed the interaction with Angel, the activities director. She has made the transition go so smoothly for mom and our family by texting us photos of Mom during the activities. Also, the time she spent with Mom during the nursing evaluation for the Long Term Care claim was going above and beyond what I would have thought the duties of activities director would be. She is delightful! I highly recommed Legacy House of Logan for anyone needing an Assisted Living facility. The care and compassion received there is absolutely wonderful!

My sweet mother has lived at Legacy in Logan for almost a year now. She was a little bit skeptical about the move. But she has grown to love the staff there. At first, Mom didnt want to participate in activities, but the sweet activities director, Angel, kept visiting Mom and encouraging her to attend. Now she enjoys the interactions! When Covid-19 became a barrier for family being able to visit, we gave Mom the option to move into one of our homes. She politely declined, saying she preferred the care at Legacy. Before she moved into Legacy, Mom had enquired about another facility that was under construction in Smithfield, UT. Recently, they finally opened their doors and solicited us to move Mom to their facility. We asked Mom and she said no, I have friends here. We are all grateful to Legacys staff for their awesome care of our precious mother!

After visiting several other care facilities for our mothers care, our family decided on Legacy House for a number of reasons. Shes been there just shy of 2 years and weve been happy with that decision. On her arrival, the staff spent time helping her and our family get acclimated to this new living arrangement by spending time settling her into the routine. The communication has been great - not only to our familys primary contact but to the balance of the family which are hundreds of miles away - through text messages, photos and phone calls. With the daily activities we feel like shes engaging in some social interactions when she wants to the consistent contact from Angel, we feel like shes cared for when we cannot be with her. Legacy House is the right decision for our family.

I worked for Legacy for several months before moving out of state. I worked as a Recreation Assistant and it was one of the most enjoyable jobs Ive ever had! The staff cares so deeply about the residents and they work constantly to improve the quality of life of the residents. Activities included: bingo, crafts, music performances, lunch outings, trivia games, and much more! Although the pandemic caused Legacy to make many modifications for their activities to keep the residents safe, the residents always had something each day to bring a smile to their face. I never take the time to write reviews, but in this case I must. My mother has been a resident at Legacy House of Logan for about 3 years. It became necessary for her to be somewhere with memory care services. She LOVES it there and it is more than just a place to live. It is home to her and she prefers it to anywhere else. I feel she is always clean and happy. She loves anything musical and they make sure she is front and center anytime anyone come to perform or any physical activity is going on. They take her on walks and on bus rides to see the leaves or just to get out. They have the BEST activity director who loves my mom! She even sends me pics occasionally so I can see what she is up to. I would recommend Legacy House of Logan to anyone.

I'm an entertainer that performs at Legacy House in Logan, Utah among other places both assisted living and other settings. The residents at Legacy House are always smiling and have activities going when I'm there to perform, visit and volunteer. The food is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. After my performances while visiting with the residents they are cute and say things like "thanks for coming to my house" and "come sing in my home again soon". It's a different feeling than other places I perform at and it's refreshing to see this wonderful generation loved and cared for in a more personal manner.

I highly recommended legacy house assisted living. All of the staff I’ve encountered have been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and give great care to the residents and families. They make everyone feel at home and cared for. The building is clean and well maintained. The management is very professional and approachable. The feeling you get at legacy house is incomparable to the other facilities in the valley.

Legacy House has awesome, caring staff. You can tell that their Residents are happy and treated like family. You are always greeted by a smiling face and they are quick to answer calls and help you in any way. The food is delicious and the dining service is nice. Legacy really excels in their care, especially in the Activities Dept. Angel is outstanding and deeply cares about the well being of each person living there. She is creative, knowledgeable and has helped develop an environment that enriches and enhances quality of life. The nursing staff is attentive, patient and loving in their giving of care. Legacy House is a beautiful place to live and located in the heart of Logan making it accessible to medical, shopping and restaurants. I applaud their efforts in creating such a loving and home like place for people who deserve and need it most.

Legacy House is a beautiful and caring place. They go to great lengths to take care of the residents and love every one of them as if they are family. They are provided with entertainment and activities everyday which is absolutely wonderful! They are served 3 meals a day with highly nutritious food. I have had friends’ family who have stayed here and I am a local musician who entertains there on a regular basis. I see how the folks are treated, and being a senior citizen lover, this makes a great impression on me. Legacy House is by far the best assisted living in Cache Valley!

I placed my mother here when she was no longer able to care for herself. I loved that I could always find some one to help me and they were always so friendly. They took a huge burden off of our family at a time when we really needed it. They always treated her with great dignity which was so important to my family. I would highly recommend Legacy to any one who is looking.
