The level of care my mom receives is great. They treat her like family and even call her grandma which helps to get her to take her meds, shower or participate in activities.

Every single time I am there everyone is smiling. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff truly care about everyone who walks through the doors. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for assisted living and /or memory support. I promise you that you will find community and connection with everyone there.

Bickford provides a cozy and safe atmosphere with caring staff and plenty of opportunities for the residents! We especially love the strawberry garden in the courtyard during the summer, and the comfortable and shaded front patio that is perfect for visiting with loved ones!

Bickford has many fun activities for their residents. They had a free will donation lemonade/cupcake sale to raise money for Alzheimer's. The residents were able to be outside and interact with people coming by to purchase things. They have BINGO, music, crafts and field trips. So many activities that appeal to the residents!

Difficult to get in to visit. Everytime we call we're told it's too busy. Other family in another facility can have visits in the room without restrictions now. Its ridiculous.

They do an incredible job with everything. The food is good, the activities director has something going all of the time, and as our family members' health has failed, they have helped me get more care for them, so she can stay in her room, and still be a part of the activities of the day. They are very prompt in their communications.
