Today I did a tour at Windermere Park me and my son they said I would be staying on the sixth floor. The room is very small refrigerator is very small. They wanted a $2000 community fee and they said it will cost me $1800 a month. Those are separate fees. I don’t think this would be accommodating, especially the room too small everything in this room on the sixth floor is too small.

Melissa nurse was a very wonderful and kind nurse that took care of me well I appreciate and loved her and the others on the 5 floor and nurse aid aide that was like a daughter to me and took care of me very well and very sweet young lady and some of the others too

Grace at Windemere Park is amazing to work with and families are lucky to have her attention to detail, kindness and support! A tour of her community with her is worth the time for sure! She is passionate and her empathy for her residents is endless!

The administrators, Lisa and Grace are amazing! They helped me navigate through a difficult decision and went above and beyond answering questions and putting me in touch with the right people. Even though my sister was not a good fit due to limitations of financial availability and her over all health needs, they continued to share helpful, caring and knowledgeable information. I loved Windemeres facility and opinions. I would highly recommend!

We went to visit my Aunt this past weekend unannounced and the experience was disgusting. It took almost 25 minutes just to get to her room as there’s no reception on the weekends and no one came downstairs to open the door for us . She and her roommate were left laying in their own waste for hours. She was not fed lunch that day. We repeatedly asked for assistance as we wanted to get her dressed and we were told the aid was on break and someone would help us in a few minutes. We waited over two hours no one came. I’m not sure if this was just a week and problem, but our Saturday visit was horrifying and I will be reporting what I experienced to the state. This may not be the best facility in the world. Many visits I worry for my Aunt but today my faith in humanity was restored. If Theresa is there you can rest assure your loved one is going to be ok. She was absolutely such a pleasant kind person, and went above and beyond to take care of my aunt. I hope she knows how much we appreciate her and how much she deserves a raise. Thank you for all that you do Theresa we see you and your heart full of kindness.

Dropped off a patient returning for rehab today. As I have not been to this facility before I simply followed the signs for rehab. I pulled into am entrance and before I can take my patient out of the truck, a rude lady came storming out exclaiming "You're in the wrong place! I GUESS I'll let you in since you're here!" She then opened the door and pushed a button on the elevator and stated "Security has a hard time" when that's all the assistance we were given.. We got up to our floor and found his room ourselves. It didn't seem to be a real issue. We spoke to the aids on the this floor and they were friendly, they knew about and apologized for the lady's attitude on the first floor. The room our patient had seemed well kept and a wheelchair was provided for them. Just not a good first impression, any EMS workers beware taking your patient to the wrong door apparently.

This is a incredibly horrid place to go. Imagine staying there and you cannot get off the floor there are two elevators on each end of the building, north and south and you can't get out without a special key. All your staying will be based on what these paid off positions and nurses say that your condition is. This is a total rip/theft operation. Do not go there. I warn you

I’m here to write an honest review of our experience. My mom was here for hospice. The management here was never on the same page. We had paperwork that was presented when she was admitted. And somehow never got put in her file. The rules changed and my brother was called a liar. As he held said paperwork (copies) in hand, he was still called a liar. Getting to the bottom of anything took over a month. Management needs to do better! As far as care. It was hit or miss. Never the same aides because of them using an agency. As far as the nurses. I have nothing but respect, love and gratitude for Karen. She was so kind, prayed with my mom, and just genuinely cared. The only person there that helped us get things done. Not just with my Mom, but with other residents there. Just a wonderful, kind woman! Crystal was also amazing. I will miss her compassion and warm hugs. I know because of covid, that every where is short staffed. The care was not what I expected. When I had addressed issues, things were turned around on me. Like it was my fault. Certain nurses were nasty and excuses were made for them. Over all if I had a choice. I don’t think I’d choose Windermere.

My brother is currently a patient at this rehab facility. He has raved about the kind and helpful staff, the excellent therapy and the amazing food. This is coming from a person who is very hard to please. The positive environment has encouraged him to work hard in therapy so he can return home safely. The dietary staff goes out of their was to bring him something else if he doesn’t like what is being served. I can not say enough good thing about this rehab facility.

What a great staff from the CNAs, Nurses, Physical Therapist to the Housekeepers and the rest! I was there for 3 weeks, but it seemed like a couple of days. The activities staff kept me busy doing things through the day. The food was good, the room was very nice and I was well taken care of. My recovery went smoother than expected and I just can't say enough great things about Windemere!

My dad spent two years at Windemere Park. He received excellent attention and care. He was a resident/patient on the fifth floor (memory care unit) during his entire stay. The fifth floor caregivers were caring, thoughtful and respectful, as were all the staff. I would recommend Windemere to anyone seeking a memory care facility.

I had a couple issues that needed attention and the Director of Nursing was quick to give me a call. She was passionate about resolving the issues. I left the call feeling that she is committed to make some changes to provide a high level of care.

The facility is clean and very spacious but I noticed that the patients get very little attention. There's was plenty of staff around but very little interaction with the patients. Not something you want to see when the people there are so needy. It saddened me greatly.
