Country Charm is a great place to work! We are going through so many positive changes for our Residents and our Staff. Having been an employee in this world for many years, I can say that this is the BEST place I have worked!!!! Our Residents are loving all that we are doing to make Country Charm an awesome place to live and work! The care the Residents receive is top notch. The care that our Employees receive is top notch. Review for Country Charm - by Andy Hyde This is my only experience in Senior Assisted Living Community. So you could say I don't have a lot to compare it too. I do have common sense that tells me that most if not all categories are above average rated. The food is also above average. Very good warm with a nice variety most of the time. The food isn't perfect yet we shouldn't expect perfection. Yet we have a deep desire down in our hearts yearning for heaven, and that's why we're all wanting to the point of expecting perfection (Heaven). It's not Heaven yet. For believers in Jesus this earth is as close to hell as you'll ever get! For nonbelievers this earth is as close to heaven as you'll ever get! Believe in Jesus! Trust & Repent!

My sister lives here. Need to have better security of the entrances. Doors should be locked at all times, including the Laundry door. Need additional staff to "man" the entrances. We walked in last night at 7:30 pm, the main entrance door was unlocked, and no one was at the front desk. Walked in the unlocked door Friday morning 11/24/23. The residents lives should be better protected.

From the front desk to all of the staff day and night, one receives a warm welcome and always a few minutes of their time as they check in. All of the staff know the residents by name and treat them like family. The facilities are clean and maintained. Each unit gives the residents independence, yet offer community just right outside one’s door. Knowing your loved one will be well cared for is worth so much.

Amazing place to live. Its a community of amazing residents and staff. Country charm is perfect with its own gazebo and pond to look at with the outdoor patio for eating and beautiful dining room experience.The apartments are large and spacious. Do not miss out on living in this fabulous community.

Excellent staff convenient to all shopping. Jo.Co. Access comes right by every hour. Just 5 stars !! Three great meals a day just a VERY nice place. Im goin there myself. I dont need any help right now but ya gotta look down the road. Me after 12 orthopedic surgeries theres gonna come a time when I need some help. If I could Id give it 6 stars

The only thing that *really* matters is that my mom *loves* the place. She loves the food, the staff, the other residents, and the facility But my siblings and I have also come to truly appreciate the staff. They were extremely helpful with getting us the info we needed to help us all make our decision, provided my sister and mom with a fantastic guided tour, and helped mom get moved in and setup with as little fuss and muss as possible. And since then, the staff has been nothing but helpful in trying to accommodate all of our needs and requests. Truly top-notch.
