The Manager Josh was excellent but his staff at the front desk was very unfriendly! Never offered me to go have a seat and wait on the manager or anything. It was the receptionist and a nurse and or MA standing there who were very unfriendly!

I recently visited the facility. I now qualify to leave rehabilitation and need assisted living. I was very impressed with this community. Everyone, both staff and some residents are very warm and welcoming. The facility is just beautiful, especially the small chapel, which I was grateful to see as my faith is very important to me. The rooms are just lovely, and the size is generous. Joshua, who showed me around was very helpful and professional, answering questions I didn't even know I had. I am eager to hear that my path to go live at this facilty is clear!

We placed my developmentally disabled sister 8 years ago into Country Charm Greenwood, IN. The current director, Angie, was solely instrumental in guiding us how to apply for a Medicaid waiver for my sister as we had no understanding of how it worked. When Angie left the facility we were devastated and when we learned of her coming back as the Director it was such a relief. Angie has so much compassion for the center and more importantly the residents. Angie goes above and beyond to make sure our needs for my sister are met and always has helpful advice and guidance for us. We pray Angie never leaves the facility. The rest of the staff have all been helpful and kind as well. Country Charm Greenwood was the best decision we made for my sister as she transitioned from one AL facility to Country Charm.

The apartments are spacious and newly renovated.

My father in law was here for about a year and a half. It was perfect for him. The whole staff was so good. They took great care of him and always made us feel welcome. He had an electric cart and loved riding around the path and enjoying the sunshine and sitting by the pond.

Visited here recently. Country Charm is a pleasant and welcoming place. The staff are inattentive and respectful and the food is surprisingly good, above average. I loved seeing so many of the resident’s dogs! My favorite part.

I visit my great uncle here and am often visiting unannounced. The staff are incredible each time. The facility is always clean. After I moved into my new home, I asked if he wanted to move in with me and he declined because he likes it here so much. There are always activities both in-house and out in the community and he looks forward to socializing with the other residents every day. We toured multiple other facilities before deciding on Country Charm and our family has been so pleased with his choice. I have recommended Country Charm to others in the community looking for an assisted living facility and will continue to do so.

Review for Country Charm - by Andy Hyde Updated review after three years of living at Country Charm: Subject: Concerns Regarding Medication Administration at Country Charm "I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding medication administration at Country Charm senior assisted living. * State Law Compliance: Country Charm is allegedly hindering my access to prescribed medications due to an apparent misinterpretation or non-compliance with state laws governing medication administration. This is causing significant disruption to my medical treatment. * Doctor's Orders Ignored: The facility is not consistently following my doctor's orders for medication administration. Specifically, they are leaving my medications in my room for me to self-administer, despite my frequent absences from my apartment. This practice poses a significant risk to my health and safety. These issues have caused me considerable anxiety and frustration. I urge Country Charm to immediately review and rectify these serious concerns to ensure my medication needs are met satisfied. I believe the medication prescribed to me. My doctors is supposed to be good for me and should be easily to get and take but due to twisted thoughts about the state law they are making it hard for me to get my medication. I wish there was more common sense here at Country Charm. This is my only experience in Senior Assisted Living Community. So you could say I don’t have a lot to compare it too. I do have common sense that tells me that most if not all categories are above average rated. The food is also above average. Very good warm with a nice variety most of the time. The food isn’t perfect yet we shouldn’t expect perfection. Yet we have a deep desire down in our hearts yearning for heaven, and that’s why we’re all wanting to the point of expecting perfection (Heaven). It’s not Heaven yet. For believers in Jesus this earth is as close to hell as you’ll ever get! For nonbelievers this earth is as close to heaven as you’ll ever get! Believe in Jesus! Trust & Repent!

Had a nice visit with my sister today Peggy Ferguson at Country Charm assisted living, in Greenwood Indiana. They had the residents invite a couple family members for a Thanksgiving Dinner with all the trimmings , it was very good. It also was nice to meets some of the employees and residents.

My sister lives here. Need to have better security of the entrances. Doors should be locked at all times, including the Laundry door. Need additional staff to “man” the entrances. We walked in last night at 7:30 pm, the main entrance door was unlocked, and no one was at the front desk. Walked in the unlocked door Friday morning 11/24/23. The residents lives should be better protected.

My mother-in-law has lived at Country Charm for 6 years. We are so grateful for the care she receives here. Her needs have increased over the years and the staff here has kept right up with her needs. They are compassionate carers and we feel blessed to they are in her life.

The only thing that *really* matters is that my mom *loves* the place. She loves the food, the staff, the other residents, and the facility But my siblings and I have also come to truly appreciate the staff. They were extremely helpful with getting us the info we needed to help us all make our decision, provided my sister and mom with a fantastic guided tour, and helped mom get moved in and setup with as little fuss and muss as possible. And since then, the staff has been nothing but helpful in trying to accommodate all of our needs and requests. Truly top-notch.

From the front desk to all of the staff day and night, one receives a warm welcome and always a few minutes of their time as they check in. All of the staff know the residents by name and treat them like family. The facilities are clean and maintained. Each unit gives the residents independence, yet offer community just right outside one’s door. Knowing your loved one will be well cared for is worth so much.

Excellent staff convenient to all shopping. Jo.Co. Access comes right by every hour. Just 5 stars !! Three great meals a day just a VERY nice place. I’m goin there myself. I don’t need any help right now but ya gotta look down the road. Me after 12 orthopedic surgeries there’s gonna come a time when I need some help. If I could I’d give it 6 stars
