I take my mom there for restbit. This is her 6th time staying there in the total of 2 years. Roxy has been my go-to every time. She definitely needs a raise You have questions, she has answers! If she doesn't have them she'll find them. I trust her and the others sorry I can't remember they're names lol the staff is helpful and caring and that's what's important Thank you ladies and gentlemen

I can't say enough positive things about Lone Star Ranch Nursing & Rehab! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable. The DON Jessica is involved and shows so much compassion towards the residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities and programs they offer are engaging and enjoyable. I am so happy I found lone star ranch rehabilitation center. I could not ask for better help for my dad during his rough patch. The staff was amazing. This is the best facility in town. They always have smiling face and ready to help me when I need. I had my first time experience with a nursing home putting my dad for rehab and they made the transition so smooth. Every issues I had I would bring it up to Anna Lisa and she would make sure I was heard and solution was fixed. It’s not easy decision to make putting your family in a nursing home but I will say the staff will listen and help with what you need. The admin is fast to fix any issues I have either big or small. If we need rehab again that will be our first choice.

I did a tour of the facility when my uncle needed rehab. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really took their time to show me around. Anna Lisa and Victoria were so helpful and patience with all my questions. Facility was nice, clean, and completely took away all my bad images of a nursing home. 10 for 10 recommend to my friends and family.

Absolutely exceptional. From marketing director to house keeping all in between treated my grandfather with the upmost respect. And truly took care of him like their own grandfather. He said he loved everyone he came in contact with. Analisa did a virtual tour on FaceTime which was truly helpful. Then one of the days during his sundown he was really upset and I called up there and while still on the phone with him within seconds of getting off the phone with them two women were in the room making sure he was okay and then proceeded to show him how to FaceTime us. One of the women even stood there and held up the phone for him while we talked to him. Truly a wonderful place if you need a place to take yourself or loved one lone star ranch is THE ONLY PLACE YOU SHOULD CONSIDER. Thank you everyone

My neighbor of 30+ years was admitted into the facility secure unit. I was very impressed when I went to visit her. The facility was clean, staff was smiling, and the resident's looked very happy. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment provided a great home-like feel that makes you comfortable admitting your loved one. I highly recommend Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center to anyone who i looking for a safe and caring facility for their loved ones. The facility is great and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond for them and their families, especially Annalisa Munoz! We know our grandmother is in the best care and with the best people when we are not able to be there. Knowing she is happy is the most comforting feeling we can have and we are so grateful to the faculty for all that they do!

I have never cooked before and for the time that I have been here with Lone Star Ranch, I have learned so much. I haven't been treated ugly with my co-workers in the kitchen and the few people that I walk pass down the halls are nice. I am blessed to have the opportunity to be apart of Lone Star Ranch.

Great place to put your family member. My father was there two weeks ago for rehab. The therapy team was great! We wouldn't have been able to take him home without there dedicated service. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The administrator greeted us at the door and walked us to his room. It's refreshing to have such a good experience at a nursing home.
