Brookdale La Crosse is a wonderful community with caring and compassionate staff who truly want the best for the residents. The new management team has brought great energy, stronger communication, and many positive improvements. You can tell they genuinely care about both the residents and employees. I would highly recommend Brookdale La Crosse to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive senior-living community!

Brookdale is a fantastic assisted living facility to place your loved one with! They have many different options to fit you or your loved ones care level, from below independent all the way to higher memory care needs. They were especially helpful when my grandfathers spouse needed memory care and assisted her when hospice was needed and until the time of her passing. Mary is key staff member who also makes new residents and families feel at home, as she is usually that first person they meet during the admission process. She is awesome! Overall Brookdale does wonders and can be the perfect place for your assisted living needs!!!

I really love this place all the residents love me ,I even asked if I can get a room here when I get old lol rooms are very nice ,staff are bussing there butt to make sure the clients are properly cared for and treated with the upmost respect and love.

My father has been there for the past two years and he loves it. The staff take great care of him and are always helpful and friendly whenever Dad needs anything.

Not a good place for your loved ones.they care more about your money than proper care. Reported to the director and nothing was done. Left in her depends from 7:00 PM until 7:00 am. Shoes were put on wrong feet. Fell and couldnt get help, she had to find the strength to drag herself to her door and call for help. No one was around, we dont know how long she loo said there.
