My family and I can never say enough good things about this facility, the administrator and the staff. Our dad moved in Dec 2024; it was a horrible time for our family and our dad. They showed us love and compassion as we navigated the pits of dementia as we also grieved the father we once had to the person he now was. We are so thankful to have found Jackie and her staff. Would recommend 1000% to anyone that needs placement.

I went to visit my brother Alan and and sister in law Carol kutzler who live here and the people who worked there were very pleasant and showed they really cared about the people that they work with.I was a out of state visitor.

Alexandria manor in bath has a great family feel to it they give the absolute best they can for each and every resident I've watched as some residents were being very difficult with staff and the situation was handled with care compassion and empathy for the residents...... my grandfather resides there and I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for everything the staff does there

I had to place my grandmother here about 3 years ago. I couldn't be happier with the care she received while being there. The staff were amazing with her and I. They stayed in contact throughout Covid (visits weren't allowed) and would even go as far as video chatting me so we could see each other. The staff also managed to keep the facility completely Covid free, which is incredible. My grandmother passed almost a month ago, the care and patience they showed her was amazing. I want to thank everyone there that helped me and my grandmother get through the end of her days. Jackie, Erin and Alyssa were there for us every step of the way. Thank you girls for everything you have done for us ’

The staff at Alexandria Manor in Bath, PA are all very caring and personable. They take the extra step to ensure that the residents are doing good and help our family in anyway that they can. They are always very nice and respectful when visiting. The director, Jackie, is absolutely wonderful. She has been such a blessing, really an angel in disguise. I admire her work ethic, her knowledge, and the way she can take charge in any situation and run the building.
