My dad moved into Ansley Park in 5 months ago. He has a one bedroom apartment. He really loves the place. He says the staff is wonderful. He says the food is wonderful. He never misses a meal. Nikki is a wonderful med tech. She takes great care of him. Asia is also wonderful. He really likes the staff.

If you have a loved one that has earned their way to being completely pampered and looked after at an arms length (or closer, if necessary), this is the place they need to be. The team of folks working here is what makes the difference. They truly care for and respect each and every resident and they take the time to get to know them and their living habits so if there is a change, they notice. The active social calendar has something for everyone and the renovations that were done are very inviting, soothing and current. Ignore reviews done prior to 2021. There is a completely different vibe there now and one that leaves me longing to move in as soon as I am eligible!

This place is awesome! The facilities are top notch but it's the staff that makes it shine. The administration staff, nursing and other support folks were the best. I can't say enough about the whole experience while my mom was there.

Ansley Park has offered my mom the independence of her own apartment with the security that gives me peace of mind. They offer many activities that keeps her busy and she has made many new friends. The staff are amazing! This month she celebrates 1 year! Thank you Ansley Park for loving my mom

My dad moved in a few months ago. When we visit he is always telling us how great this place is. The staff is very helpful and will work with you if you have concerns. When first visited Ansley Parke Tiffany was very helpful in explaining what they offer for care. Nikki take wonderful care of my dad and Asia does also. He always tells us how great the food is and loves the staff.

My Mom has been at Ansley Parke for a year now and the Management and Staff are very knowledgeable, warm and caring. They take the time to get to know their residents as well as the families. They are very accommodating to their needs and their doors are always open!!! The Activities Director is Fabulous and there is always something to keep the residents active and entertained. I definitely would recommend Ansley Parke if your loved one needs Assisted Living.

Ansley Parke was purchased from the previous owners 4/28/2021. Since then the new company has done an extensive renovation- We provide affordable assisted living with quality care. I personally believe every person seeking assisted living in Lakeland, Florida should tour Ansley Parke and speak to the current residents!

Residents enjoy themselves at activities and outings. There’s even a group of ladies that meet to play cards from the community that join a resident there. Meal time is enjoyed as well in a sunny dining room with good food. The new owners have done extensive remodeling also.

Ive been thinking of writing this review for 6 months, and decided I needed to leave it. I give this facility 3 stars for only two reasons: first, the staff was kind to my dad even though he was not very kind to them at times. Secondly, in the end the Administrator did the right thing when she didnt have to. To be transparent, we only saw dad occasionally and communicated with him mostly by email. So I was not there in the day-to-day happenings. While my dad was at Brookdale, he seemed to enjoy living there. He did complain about occasional dumb things, and he stayed like a hermit in his room.... but he enjoyed the freedom of living independent while still having the assistance he needed with his laundry, meals, etc. My sister even gave a positive social media review. He died unexpectedly in February. The daunting task of cleaning out his apartment was overwhelming. It was then we realized that dad was not receiving the quality of care he was paying for. His dirty laundry bag in the shower indicated he was not showering and routinely soiling himself, and I would have hoped the staff would have noticed because those were specific reasons why he was living there. His room was filthy, and appeared it hadnt been cleaned in months (they are supposed to come in daily and clean weekly). But worst of all, his entire apartment was completely infested with German roaches. Now, I know my dad wasnt the neatest guy, but he wouldnt tolerate roaches living in his computer. So we believe he couldnt see them to complain. He had glaucoma, poor vision and his furniture was a black finish. But again, if the staff had come into his room daily-weekly to clean, they wouldve had to have seen them. We spent the greater part of 3 weeks working to empty the apartment. We even had the pest control guy we spotted in the hall doing his usual rounds come into the room and spray. He showed us a log of complaints indicating the administration was well aware of the german roaches in the building. At every attempt to clean, we were chased out by the roaches. We were forced to discard almost every possession dad had, including family mementos, as there were roach carcasses, eggs and live bugs crawling everywhere. We could not in good faith liquidate his belongings to fund his estate expenses seeing as these bugs travel and would infest their new owners homes. But yet we couldnt even dispose of the furnishings, either, as they were literally crawling with bugs. The furniture, I might add, was brand new when he moved in just one year prior. We discarded over $1000 worth of furniture and electronics. Money his estate desperately needed. At the end of my patience and out of time, I went to the Brookdale administration about the problem emptying the apartment. To the Administrators credit, she seemed surprised and appalled by the infestation and did allow us to walk away from his apartment with the infested furnishings still in it, and not charge me for it. But. It should never have been that way in the first place.

My mother has been at Brookedale @ Oakbridge for over 5 years now . It was the best decision I could have made for her.... and me. Her health was declining and although a difficult decision , I knew it was in her best interest to have care around the clock. I will not lie the first month was not easy ... but now my mom calls it her home and when we take her out she is anxious to get back to "her place".Most importantly , the staff is like our family . We are on a first name basis and everyone has moms best interest at heart - that's most important! The administrator is so kind and down to earth, making it easy to talk with her . She has been so accommodating to our needs. Her smiling face and warm heart put our minds at ease knowing my mom is being taking care of .

We toured this community and the staff did not have time to answer the questions we had on the care. We were not able to see what is available for the care of a loved one. We had hoped to see the menu and if they offer activities for the residents. Other families might want to tour this community to see what is available. We did like that the community appeared to be clean.

Loved this community and can't wait for my Mama to move into her own beautiful one bedroom apartment we held for her yesterday. she loved it too. and the staff is excellent there and the food also. it's like living in an upscale resort.
