Everyone there is so sweet and they spoil my Daddy. He talks all the time about how goodd it is there. They picked up on symptoms quickly and sent him to the hospital last year when he had a hemorrhagic stroke. We love them.

Saw the community in the local paper and received mail from the community. It was tucked away and private in a very safe area. The building very well kept, looks beautiful, very soothing with a lot of smiling faces. Very important that it was very inviting.

My dad has been in assisted living for almost a year. The care and attention he's received have been amazing. Everyone is very hands-on, attentive and kind. The first time I visited this place, I felt like I had come to a beautiful, large cabin tucked away in a private wooded area by a lake. My family chose this place for my husband (a stroke victim) 2 1/2 years ago & it always seems peaceful when I visit & the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was Blessed to find this unbelievable facility for my Dad! The Staff is the best you could ever find. Tonia, Teenie, and Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure my Dad is comfortable and well cared for. This is a very difficult time for any Family to transition into. But, These ladies are ANGELS!! Their 5 star facility and care is exactly how you want your loved one cared for. The Waterford at Hidden Lake and their Staff are the BEST in the business. I am so thankful for who they are and what they do!

This community has had new management since April 2017 and is really a different place! The food is great w/a new Food Services Director, The new RN really focuses on resident care and the Exexutive Director takes care of issues and concerns on the spot; she leads a great team! You cant find a better view/setting anywhere in Cherokee County as they have a gorgeous lakeside setting/green space in back which includes the ability to fish! The community also has a lodge like feel when you enter that is welcoming. The apts are larger than others Ive seen and they are willing to work w/families to suit their financial needs. I recommend Waterford at Hidden Lake; you wont be disappointed w/the new leadership or the care and services your loved one receives!

We are so very pleased with the memory care here, there are always two staff members on duty and we feel that our Aunt is safe and secure and she is thriving here. She has a semi-private room and she and her roommate have become buddies. There is a nice private dining area and they keep everything nice and clean. I would definitely recommend a tour of this community.
