Carriage Hill and staff are warm and inviting. My mother is at home there. The care and communication has been exceptional! This is not your typical Assisted Living facility.

My husband and I stopped in to check the place out for my dad. It's not like other facilities. More like a country home, antiques, soft lighting, nice practical decorated living spaces. We got a tour from Sara Nadeau and were able to talk about the process. She was so pleasant, incredibly knowledgeable, giving, and kind. The physical plant is very clean and they seem to give 100% in every way. It's a peaceful, calm, place you could visit a loved one easily and have no worries about their care. Ms. Nadeau also told us if we need any more info along our path we could always check in with her for advise. We toured 4 places that day and I can't imagine sending him anywhere else.

My mother moved to Carriage Hill from independent living in Florida, a medical condition forced the change and a move in the middle of the winter. My mother was so nervous about everything and that staff at Carriage Hill was so welcoming, caring and thoughtful. My mother liked that it was small, friendly and warm, as a family member. I always felt comfortable visiting, eating and being part of the Carriage Hill community.

Carriage Hill Assisted Living truly feels like a cozy home instead of a facility. My family and I are really happy with the close-knit staff and the level of care they provide. Once we got a tour, we were sold! Definitely worth looking into..

I have visited family and friends in numerous assisted living and or rehab facilities over the years. These terms do not give Carriage Hill justice. Not by any means. Carrige Hill is not what I expected nor have experienced before. It is not a "facility" but a place my loved one can, and is, calling home. One definition of home says it is where one lives permanently, especially as part of a family. May I say Sara, Cheryl, Fred, Jason and other staff we have met already have become extended family during a potentially toilsome time. Carriage Hill was created by those who have experienced "facilities" and knew a different concept was needed. It is a residence, a home, I highly recommend if you and those you love are looking for a place with a big heart.
