Haines manor is such a great and beautiful place. Everytime I visit it always feels like my own home! I know sounds crazy lol but the staff there is awesome and very kind especially an employee named Celeste G. She always goes above and beyond and she's very dedicated to her work! That place is so lucky to have her!

Stephanie, the administrator, is a wonderful person. She is kind, respectful, and carying and takes the time to answer questions and share expectations. Celeste is very nice and welcoming. The facility is super clean, and the staff cares about their residents. I had my loved one there seceral months, and they took good care of him. This is one of the few ALF with a locked own unit. Thanks for all!

I been working with Haines Manor Alf for 10 years and this facility became a part of my family. When ever this facility grows, I grow with it. I am thankful for Raj, Stephanie, Raymond, Celeste and my co workers that help me out with situations. I love working here and helping out my residents. This is by far the best assisted living facility I have taken my grandparents to. They are able to make friends, socialize, play games, and most importantly feel at home. This place is very welcoming and the atmosphere is beyond caring and positive. I definitely recommend taking your loved ones here.

My niece has been a resident at Haines Manor since November, 2019. Shes comfortable, likes her roommate and staff members, and enjoys the variety of meals and snacks provided. Additionally, she looks forward to regular trips to Walmart, which are organized by the activities director.Dr. Amin, the facilitys director, has been extremely accessible. He has personally responded to all of my questions and requests in a supportive and timely manner.It is a pleasure to visit Haines Manor. It is clean, fresh, attractively decorated, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Were glad to have found Haines Manor for our niece.

I've seen the improvements in this building over the last year. New roofing, flooring, paint, and refurnished rooms. The staff seems to care a lot about each member of the community. It's not a high end resort but the quality in care is there. Thank You

In the last few months, I have had the pleasure of visiting this facility several times. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and smells fresh, even in both of the memory care units. The administrator and the front desk receptionist gave me an excellent tour; they are both very customer service oriented and you can see that they take pride in their facility. I asked a few residents if they like living there and got positive responses as well. The building has been renovated, everything looks new from the flooring to the paint on the walls. There are also two new gazebos outside of the building. The landscape and parking lots, however, are still being worked on.
