Death is very frightening part of life. Our mother lived comfortably at the Waterford on the Bay Senior Living Residence. She had lived there about 3-4 years. The years went quickly and now she has passed on. We wish to thank the staff and the Caring Hospice for always going the extra mile. She was fed, cleaned, dressed and kept as comfortable as possible. The fifth and fourth staff met Mom's needs. Staff on both floor treated her and her family with respect and dignity. From the administration, nurses, Hospice team, housekeeping and maintenance workers were all involved. We made the right decision to move mom; when her needs were more than family could handle in her home. Our sincere thanks.

My mom was just moved into Waterford on the Bay Memory Care on January 6th from a nursing home. And just in 1 week her quality of life has improved 1000%. My mom has alzheimers and it the most heartbreaking disease to see a loved one go through and to know that she is safe and well kept is so amazing. From my first phone call to AnnMarie in admissions it was just the best experience I have had with any facility. AnnMarie has been a lifesaver for me and my family. She gave my mom quality of life back and I will forever be thankful for her and the amazing team at the Waterford. I went yesterday for our first visit, and from the moment I walked in the door it was amazing. The Security guard was so nice. The receptionist was so friendly and really made us comfortable from the time we stepped in the door. Then I went up to see mom and she was Glowing.... she was so happy and so well kept. I actually cried happy tears. I spoke with all the Aides on her floor and they were so amazing with all the residents in Memory Care. It really takes a special person to care for someone with Alzheimers/Dementia. This one woman Patricia who was helping my mom yesterday was just outstanding. She went above and beyond to help my mom and had such a beautiful caring way.... So I just wanted to Thank Everyone at Waterford for making my moms 1st week truly amazing... Thank you !!!! We have been so happy with Waterford Assisted Living. The staff is very pleasant. They go out of their way to make their residents comfortable and feel at home. They are quick to respond to any concerns a resident might have. They show genuine concern for everyone. They have a beautiful view in the back where residents can sit with family and friends. Thank you AnnMarie, Marie and all the staff for helping to make a tough adjustment easier.

I went to see this facility as my husband is in need of more care. The facility is beautiful and clean. The residents all look so well taken care of. The staff is so nice and the rooms are breathtaking. This is a hard time in my life and they were so patient with me and able to answer all my questions. If i could give more stars I would.

My father was a resident before he passed away. The Waterford took the best care of my Dad. I have fond memories of him in the dining room in awe, enjoying his meals. The staff are the most caring and considerate people. God bless all of you for your patience and kindness to the elderly.

In the past year, we've had two family members residing at the Waterford and our entire family considers ourselves lucky to have found such a caring staff. Sitting right on the water, the location is desireable and the ammenities are more than adequate. We sleep well knowing our loved ones are in such a comfortable and safe place.
