U should look at the dates of the reviews before your loved ones move in and move on. I write this with all sincerity. I moved in around the first of November. Every amenity they said they offered is truly not offered. I do not hold grudges or dislike any of the staff. It also what it is! Visit and speak to the patients before picking this facility. I promise you will think twice before moving in or dropping your loved ones off. Also they do not allow you to change the number of stars you want to give them! (make sure you bring extra food to eat because they run out! Ha!)

Lenior Assisted Living in Pink Hill is a second home to my Mama. She loves the staff and they love her.I want to give a big Thank You to all the staff. The love you have Given to my Mother is definitely seen. The building is clean and Beautiful and that makes me proud to say my Mama is there.The fact there has been no positive covid19 just shows more the great job you are all doing. My mother passed at Lenore assisted-living in July . It has taken me a while to write this review but I want to let anyone who is looking for a place for their loved to know that I couldnt have asked for a more caring and compassionate staff . My mother was at Lenore for two years and during that time she received wonderful care. She had dementia and it was a bit of a challenge some days but I will never forget the patience and compassion they showed towards her. The care they provided was above and beyond. I saw that they truly cared about my mother and I will forever be grateful.

I liked this community, the feeling was warm and welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom were shared. The courtyard was not secured. I felt it wasn't the best fit for my husband.

I am very happy with the care that is given to my mother at this community. The staff are outstanding and caring and so firndly. The menu of the meals is outstanding. She is really liking the activities and is happy here. We always find that the community is clean and taken care of. We recommend this community for the excellent care and value for other families looking for great care!

We are very happy with the care that my mother is getting here. The staff is wonderful and caring. The community is clean on the inside very clean. The food is very good and a nice variety. She is involved with some activities. We highly recommend this community.y It is like a family home feeling.
