She is always kind and thoughtful and will stop what she is doing to greet me with a smile and say hello. In my experience, senior care is a complicated universe. All things considered, Magnolia Springs is an exceptional choice. The facility, staff, and atmosphere are very cheerful and accommodating. Staffing in this industry is very challenging, but I truly believed that the vast majority of folks interacting with my parents truly CARED about them - and that is not easy to find. Even when my parent's were struggling with their health, I knew that they were in good hands and they were happy there.

Lois and Tiffany were in constant contact and made multiple visits to offer assistance and support. My mother has lived at Magnolia Springs Lexington for 3 years now. We are so glad that she landed here. The staff is very attentive and they put 100% of their efforts into making life easy and fun for the residents. This leads to an overall positive lifestyle for the residents. My mom was a resident in Memory Way at Magnolia Springs. Unfortunately, she recently passed away due to complications from Alzheimer's. I cannot thank the administrators and staff enough for the excellent care my mother received. The communication from everyone at Magnolia Springs was honest, timely, transparent, and given with care and respect. I can say the staff truly cared about my mom, especially Langdon. He is a prize. Thanks again Magnolia Springs, you made a difficult year much better.

Magnolia Springs is a beautiful facility where my parents get the care they need. The staff is always friendly and working hard to accommodate the guests that are staying there. There are always activities that the staff gets the guests to participate in, as well as outdoor trips. The guests get three well-prepared meals a day along with snacks and drinks throughout the day. I feel that Magnolia Springs is a wonderful place for my parents to feel secure and safe and get the activities they need to live a healthy lifestyle.

I recently toured the Magnolia Springs Memory Care Unit. Upon arrival I was greeted and signed in and met with the Director of Community Relations. The Director of the Facility reached out to introduce herself also. Tiffany provided an enormous amount of information, everything I could possible want to know in order to make an educated decision about care for my Mother. The facility is beautiful and well kept. Upon entering the Memory Care Unit, staff greeted me and also greeted each resident they came in contact with, calling each by name. This facility is obviously skilled at caring for their residents. I feel the facility is safe and you could tell the residents felt safe being there. I'm very appreciative of the time Tiffany spent with me and I can now make an educated decision for care. When I left the facility, the Director came over to me again and thanked me for touring MS. This is definitely a five star facility.

Probably one of the best ALF in town, very clean , friendly community of residents and staff. The staff are so welcoming, and very helpful in a lot of ways. My dad has been here 6 months and I can not sing their praises loud enough. If anyone knows if this place is good or not it's me. I visit my dad very, very often and have to say the atmosphere is very loving and homelike. They really know each resident, really care and my dad has made good friends here. My dad was hospitalized recently and was welcomed home by friends, and staff so warmly. He was delighted. I am so happy he is at MS. It has been a superb choice we have not regretted once.

Magnolia Springs has been a blessing for our family. The professional staff is helpful, thoughtful and genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of each resident. Along with the great staff, residents are frequently involved in planned activities like yoga, painting and chair volleyball. I sing high praise because there are lots of smiles at Magnolia Springs.

My husband and I visited many assisted living facilities in Lexington trying to find a place for my mother. A few were nice but none had the "feel" of Magnolia. We took Mom to see a few of the places. When she walked into Magnolia, the search was over. My mother moved into Magnolia Springs in 2017. We love Magnolia. The facility, the grand piano , the food, the big kitchen, the activities, (I could go on and on) are tremendous. However, the staff is what I love most! I know it sounds hokey but they really do feel like family. They care about Mom. They care about her family. They make sure she is safe. The caregivers really care!! As you can probably tell, we feel that Magnolia Springs is a wonderful home for Mom

From the day we toured Magnolia Springs, the management and staff have been wonderful and so helpful. It can be a tough transition to move a parent(s) into assisted living but they really make the change easier on the resident and family. I had two visits in my search to find a place for my mother. Of all the communities that I visited Magnolia Springs was far above the rest. The staff was very personable and friendly. The most important was that the residents were all happy and interacted with us and the staff. The facilities were all neat and clean. Magnolia Springs of Lexington is a magnificent environment for my mother. She continues to maintain her independence with the wonderful oversight of caring and compassionate staff. She even has her pet dog Snoopy by her side. From the many daily in home activities to her chauffeured outings, she her emotional and physical health has blossomed. She has found a New Quality of Life again, all while making new friendships. I have to add; she brags on the daily menu and the delicious food Magnolia Chefs provide. From living alone in her home to moving into her independent apartment at Magnolia Springs she tells me, I have found my home and purpose again, theres stilll a lot of life left in me.

My father and I looked at a lot of assisted living and memory care facilities in the Lexington area. My mother has Alzheimers and my father has Agent Orange Syndrome and COPD, he alone cant take care of her. Theyve been married close to 60 years and Dad insisted they be able to stay together. Magnolia Springs is the ONLY place that would allow them to stay together in Memory Care. The folks there are amazing! Especially Diane in Memory Care, shes a true angel! I honestly cant say enough good things about Magnolia Springs Lexington!

We chose Magnolia Springs for our mother after she fell and broke her ankle requiring temporary assistance. She agreed to a short term stay, but after meeting the residents and staff she fell in love with the community and chose to become a permanent resident in just 2-days. It is a beautiful facility with spacious rooms, but the services and staff are what make this community a 5-star location.
