I have spent a year in skilled nursing and now in Assisted living. There is barely any care here whatsoever-they don't empty your trash -I usually have to drag mine behind my walker to push in the hall , my sheets don't get changed - anything you ask is somebody else's job - awful here!!!

I have had two family members at Grande Village at one time. A BIL in Independent Living and a sister who passed last month in the Nursing Facility. Both experiences have been very very good. My sister passed with caring nurses and aides-I will be forever greatful.

Our family were very pleased with the excellent care our mother received. The staff are all professional and caring and take their job seriously. The nurses followed all the doctor's orders and performed them in a timely manner which truly helped in her recovery. The Physical and occupational therapy worked with her twice a day to make sure our mom met her goals to return home. We are grateful that we chose Sprenger Grande Village for her care.

Was visiting a family friend and was greeted by friendly staff who helped me navigate the facility. Kevin in management was especially kind during my visit. Family friend was very pleased with the care they have received here. Would recommend!

I am very happy with the treatment of my dad during both his stays at Grande Village of Twinsburg. The staff there is phenomenal on his care, both in therapy and with nursing/housekeeping staff. Sprenger took very good care of my mom during the pandemic (unfortunately we lost her in '21 due to COVID & pneumonia), so I knew that dad going to GV was a very good positive decision. The staff love him so much, and he's made plenty of residential friends as well. I'm very impressed with the likes of Keeley Moore, Jessica Lipscomb, & Dawn Olson. Their attention to detail in both his care and the care of the other residents is very reassuring especially when so many other nursing facilities have so many faults. I recommend anyone in the surrounding area to have family members here. They'll be well taken care of for sure.

I was a patient in the Manor nursing home for 6 mo. I had the best Nurses and a very caring staff. It was clean and smelled good. I had excellent rehab programs. I would highly recommend the Manor if you need kind, loving care for a family member. I grew close to several of my Caregivers. I have now been in the Assisted Living for a few months and I am very happy here, everyone is wonderful and I love my apartment.

I have had my grandmother in 2 other facilities and I have worked at over a dozen skilled nursing facilities being an occupational therapist. I can spot a problem with a facility a mile away being in this profession for 20+ years. This is the best facility I have ever been to. They are on a small campus that has independent living apartments, assisted living apartments, long term care facility, rehab staff, and cognitive unit. They are constantly putting on free events for their community. The administrator and other administrative staff can be seen on the floor assisting their staff from time to time. The esthetics of this facility is beautiful. Smells are minimal, food is super, and nursing staff couldn't be more helpful. They treat my grandmother like family. I never have to worry about my grandmother knowing she is there.

Not good food all irat is breakfast all the other food is 200/percent said for the money you pay it is. Note worth it at all lam at south point hospital snd the food is really good so what does that tell you. Try it and find out for your self ok you will get a bad taste in your mouth,,ðŸ¤

Despite mixed reviews I read and was personally told. My experience was wonderful. The staff was great. Food was horrible and they could do better about this. The additional food menu…the staff caught attitudes when you asked for anything off the menu. They also refused to pick up or caught attitudes if you wanted an alternative to your meal. Overall the nursing staff and physical therapy staff was wonderful.

Excellent Place ! My 79 yr. Old Mother "Lois" was taken Care of by a Wonderful Staff of People. She was Worked with on a Daily Basis . They were Very Professional and Attentive to Helping My Mother in Her Rehabilitation ... It was Nice and Clean and She had a Comfortable Stay there. She is Happy to be back at Home and Thankful for All the Staff that Helped Her . We Totally Recommend Them.

The people are always nice and the buildings are always clean. My mother in law has really enjoyed her last year at Grand Village. Only thing which is disappointing is why can’t the maintenance group fix or pick up the brick lamp post that was hit early this summer at the entrance. Really looks bad when you pull in.

This is a resource for everything from Senior living to assisted to memory Care all the way to rehab. So a One-Stop shop and so far it has proven to me to be well worth it far better than many facilities that I've seen or looked at. Majority of the staff is fantastic the place is in really good condition considering I watched this get built several decades ago!

I first had trouble, on the phone, just finding out if my friend Maria was still a resident there. I had some extensions I pressed go to voice-mail. Since I live about 5 minutes from there, I decided to drive there to see if someone, face to face,could give me an answer. Luckily, one of your workers saw me & sent me in the right direction. I had a wonderful visit with Maria!( She once lived in my building in Arbor Glen Apts.) The staff (once I found someone) were very nice. I was assuming that they were short handed on staff. The nurse in the Manor was also very helpful in directing me to the proper building (The Suites).

The facility was very clean. The person I visited was clean, dressed appropriately, and hair neatly done. I was in the memory support unit and it was pleasant and secure for the residents. There were a couple of things to do with her belongings that needed sorted out but overall I would recommend this facility for any patient with memory concerns.

My mother was there only 5 days for rehab and this facility is under staffed. I observed nurses on their social media on their phones. I had to push the fall button to get their attention not only for my mother but her roommate as well. They also refused to give my mother her correct meds and she had to be carted of by ambulance because she couldn't breathe after telling them she needed her meds. I had to call several times to the desk for them to give her care. I would'nt send my dead dog to this place.

My mother was a resident of both the Manor and Suites. She was given Extremely good care at both. The staff is thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. I wouldn't hesitate to trust a love one's care to the administration and staff.

Very nice staff. Building is clean and well maintained. My cousin was admitted there Jessica in Admission and Joe in Maintenance went above and beyond to make it a smooth process. They both did a lot of extra work. Susan and Kathy were very knowledgeable and help with Medicaid application and Waiver. I'm pleased with the care and food. Overall great experience.
