The home's environment is clean, welcoming, and warm with staff members who show genuine compassion, respect, and love for the elderly. All staff have many years of experience, and their expertise shines through in the way they have attended to my dad's needs. I could tell that they deeply cared for my dad, making sure he was as comfortable as possible and had everything he needed. This facility demonstrates the true definition of family care . They genuinely treat their residents like their own family . The amount of time and care that is given to their residents is outstanding . From doing pamper days including hair cuts and manicures to having cute events to celebrate their residents is so heart warming ! My family could not have asked for more care concern and loving attention than the staff gave us. It is a beautiful place very well kept very clean and knowledgeable staff. We thank them so much for their care and concern for our loved one. Their communication and reporting the status of our loved one was always on point and timely. The attention to their tasks was always immediate and always showing such Loving Care and concern for the situation with their patient. I recently had the opportunity to tour and visit Sophya's Assisted Living, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of care and attention given here. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure safety and comfort for all residents. What stood out the most to me was the genuine compassion the caregivers demonstrate. It's clear that they go beyond simply providing care; they build relationships and foster a sense of community. Esther and Lisa are angels. I am deeply grateful to the care and expertise here at Sophya's Assisted Living. Putting a loved one in a facility is such a daunting and frankly terrifying task, but this place brought us a peace of mind. The home is decorated wonderfully and filled with natural light and high ceilings; the room is comfortable and easily accessible; the entire facility was well cleaned and welcoming. The best aspect of this facility were the wonderful nurses who took their, sometimes, difficult jobs with great stride and attention. The meals were nothing like hospital, or even regular facility, food and they looked and smelled appetizing. Thank you to this facility for giving my family a delightful place to visit and my loved one a heavenly place to rest and receive the care she needed. Sophya's is the epitome of professionalism and kindness in the elder care industry. This home is beautifully appointed and inviting, immediately giving a sense of home with its central living and dining area and surrounded by a split floor plan that allows for privacy in the bedrooms while still being close to the center of activity. Natural light streams into the home and there is a beautiful patio to enjoy. The staff LOVE their residents as if they were their own family members. The home manager, Esther, is the daughter of Sophya, who started the home, and carries her mother's passion for caring for elders with compassion and excellence. Esther was always available to answer our questions, and expressed such kindness to us as family. We brought my mother-in-law to Sophya's after she began hospice care, and Esther coordinated with the agency to provide the outstanding round the clock care that ensured my mother-in-law's comfort in a peaceful setting for her last days. We were so very thankful for this wonderful care home and would recommend it highly to anyone with the need for elder care for their loved one. I've attached a picture of the beautiful room provided to us for my mother-in-law's hospice care. It was cheery and spotless and peaceful, and the staff were always attentive. Thank you Sophya's for everything!!

Words can't express how grateful I am to have found Sophya's Assisted living for my mother. Esther and her care team were so professional, welcoming, and experienced. The home was perfect for my mom. They keep the home so beautiful and clean. I never had to worry about the care of my mother. My mother wasn't there long before she passed but I was at peace that she was in the best place the last days of her life. My mom deserved the best and had the best. This place was heaven sent for us when we needed somewhere for my grandfather to live his final days. He lived here about a year in total back in 2017, and these ladies were family- they are amazing. When your world becomes uncertain and your loved one needs more help than you can give, it's okay, these ladies make loving your special person in their final days so much sweeter.

The absolute best care and at home environment for my mother. Freshly prepared meals along with a very clean house make you feel at home. The limited number of residents provides assurance that your loved one gets the attention required by the staff. This is hands down a better option than the large corporate facilities.

We were so thankful that we found Sophya's Assisted Living for Mom and Dad. The staff is extremely caring and most staff have been at Sophya's for many years. I was very impressed with how clean the facility is and laundry is done every day. Mom and Dad have wholesome meals and birthdays/holidays are fun celebrations. We found Sophya's Assisted Living after our mom fell and was not welcomed back where she had been living. We had no idea that a group home environment existed before that! We wish we had known sooner! The staff is so loving and so attentive. The home is safe, clean and very well managed. They cook 3 meals a day in a real home kitchen, and serve the residents seated together at the dining table like a family. The common area is so special - set up with recliners for each resident, complete with a blanket, and anything else they may require. The staff to resident ratio is perfect and they are trained for all conditions. Hospice is welcomed in if necessary. We cannot ever thank Sophya's enough for everything they did for our mom.

Our sweet mother was a resident at Sophyas for two years before she passed at the age of 90. Sophyas was recommended to us by a trusted friend, whose mother had been at Sophyas for three years before she passed. She said, Sophyas serves homemade meals, feels like home and they will love on your mom like she is their own. And, she was right. Mom was treated with respect and dignity, and the professional staff helped us through a myriad of medical problems resulting from a stroke as well as Alzheimers. She was always clean, they painted her fingernails every week, placed a bow in her hair and dressed her becomingly. I hope anyone searching for a home for a beloved parent who needs loving care will seek out Sophyas.

I can not say enough about Sophyas Assisted Living! The entire experience with my Mom there was exceptional! From the time I first visited with Simona, I felt this was a place where my Mom would be taken care of with the love and care I would be happy with. When I brought my Mom over to move in, she was greeted by Simona at the door with such love! My Mom had the biggest grin and smile and I knew she was happy and, of course, that made me happy. Sophyas Assisted Living is a place of nurturing care and compassion. They love their residents and truly care for them. The activities and meals are just like they were at home and this is what is needed when a loved one needs special care. I highly recommend you go visit when you are in the need of a place to take your loved one when the time comes for them to get special care. The love and compassion is far above anything you will ever get from a managed care facility. When my Mom went into the hospital, Simona and Sophya, came to visit several times. I knew they truly cared and were concerned. I loved that. Please call them and make a visit. You will be treated like family and will be loved. You can rest assured your loved one will get the utmost care and attention 24-7. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

If you are looking for a place that gives excellent personal care for your aging parents, this is the place for you. My mom was in terrible shape when she arrived at Sophyas from neglect at her previous place of care. From the moment she got there I knew she was in the right place! They are warm and loving with the people in their care. They give them healthy prepared daily meals, daily activities and personalized care. The difference in my mom in two weeks was amazing! My mother is a resident at Sophyas. We could not ask for better care. We had her in two facilities before we moved her to Sophyas care. They were beautiful facilities, but they did not ensure she was fed, cleaned, or loved. All that changed when we met Sophya and her amazing staff. The house is always spotless and the residents are fed balanced meals, bathed regularly, and loved dearly. You will not find a better facility anywhere. This is a fantastic place! The staff are sure to cater to my father's needs, so he is well taken care of! The meals are cooked fresh for him, and I see that he is starting to eat a bit more. I also like that the facility is smaller because my father has an easy time getting around the facility, or being heard if he needs help.

I am very very pleased with them, we really liked the house and the owner Sophya is just wonderful. All of the staff is just great. They are probably in the midrange they are not overly expensive, or particularly cheap. I can't think of anything off the top of my head, that could be improved or done better. They have done a great job.
