The customer service is incredible. Jeremy was instrumental in helping my loved one adjust to new surroundings. He helped me make an informed decision about finding excellent placement for my family member in need and he did it quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful that this process was made easier by Jeremy and the staff at Escalante. I highly recommend this facility.

Darci Stark is the "Five Star Sales & Marketing Director for Escalante at the Lakes" - a "... Premium Senior Living Community..." This prospect was ushered to the sitting room off the lobby, where Ms. Stark assessed the prospective client for community fitness. She was attentive to my questions and listened openly to any response offered. One can have a vibrant life within this community. Integral Senior Living has defined seven qualities from which they build a well-rounded and meaningful living experience. Each touches the resident in various degrees developing wellness in intellectual, Spiritual, and physical activity. Offering various resident services for their "...interests, preferences, routines, and abilities." While on campus, I witnessed a group physical therapy session in the exercise room. Escalante employees aim to provide emotional stability for residents who dedicate their time to personal activities. They believe "home is meant to be a place of comfort and enjoyment." The structure is nestled below road level, approximately one-thousand feet off Lake Sahara Drive. Road noise is not heard. The second and third-floor levels are connected with sloping ramps providing an uninterrupted inside walking experience. Two second-floor-covered patios provide an outside experience at the height of more excellent airflow above street level. My tour ended. This individual is challenged to become a part of this community. Thank you for the inspiration in viewing excellence in Senior Care.

I am an entertainer and have worked many assisted living facilities for the past 30 years. While almost all of the Activity Directors are good at their jobs, occasionally one will stand out as being extra-special. Misti Nation is one of them. I watch her with her residents and it always amazes me to see her connection with them. She loves her people and it is easily conveyed to them. They LOVE this young lady and she returns the affection. While AD's are usually good with the residents, I have not seen too many exhibiting the kind of connection that she has with them. Her upbeat personality and sense of humor endears her to her residents. She is a rare find in an AD. I just wanted to convey my experience and endorse this young woman!

My experience with this community and it's staff has been nothing but positive. Under the new management the building feels clean, and the staff appear genuinely happy and engaged with the tenants. I cannot recommend them enough.

My mom is a resident at Escalante at the Lakes. Visiting her has become difficult having to deal with the young gal seated at the front desk. She is very rude and should not be the first person you run into. I am in my 50s and she lacks basic courtesy and respect for the elderly. I hope they make the necessary changes and she is removed. I pay ALOT of money and Myself and my family do not deserve this. 4/29/22

Wentworth is a beautiful place to live. I toured the community and I loved it. My loved one lives there and receives great care. The Staff is really friendly. Moreover, ALL of the Staff are Caring, show Compassion and Great Customer Service.

My wife and I travelled a long distance not knowing we could not visit my sister at Wentworth due to COVID 19. After explaining our situation the to the Executive Director Trina Anderson, she was able to make a special accommodation for our visit. We had to follow all the COVID 19 protocols which was fine with us. My sister was very happy to see us and although not very happy not being able to receive guests under the COVID 19 rules, she was glad we were able to visit with her under the circumstances. She said the living conditions were nice and the food was very good. We were pleased with the cleanliness of Wentworth and the staff was very kind in all respects. We considered this to be a safe place for her and pleased she is receiving excellent care.

I am one of the providers that have patients at the facility. I am very satisfied with the care my patients receive at Wenthworth. The place is clean, organized and currently with the pandemic, the facility had taken all necessary CDC guidelines-precautions to keep the residents, staff and essential workers safe . The Director of Health and Wellness and the techs work well as a team addressing issues that comes up regarding my patients. Family of patient tells me that they are routinely updated with status of their patients health. The family are engaged by the staff to be part of the patient care. The My patients have been receiving quality care from the staff which impacts my patients outcomes.

Cena the Med Tec takes excellent care of my sister in the Memory Care section. She deserves all the accolades she can get. She knows my sister like a book and is very respectful of her needs. I cant say enough about her, shes always available if I need her, and she is a wonderful and beautiful person.

As a healthcare professional, I visit communities around the valley, and have made many visits to the Wentworth over the years. The building is beautiful, and has gone through extensive renovations recently. Ive known and worked with their Executive Director, Trina, for many years and have always been impressed with her dedication and care for her residents and staff. She has the highest standards of care, and her residents always seem happy and very well cared for. The team has done a great job during the pandemic to go above and beyond in keeping their residents safe!

This is a very nice building. I have know the administrator Trina Anderson for the past three years. I met her when I was a nurse case manager at a skilled nursing facility here in Vegas. I had one of her residents who were ready to discharge and return back to the assisted living. We started talking, she knew the medications the patient was taking, her sleep patterns, likes and dislikes. I was extremely impressed when she told me she was the admistrator of her building. She is involved with all aspects of her building and expects nothing but quality care for her residents. I trust her 100% with my patients and continue to refer patients and families to her facility.

I was invited with my family to attend an event with the residents and Santa Claus yesterday at Wentworth Las Vegas. My kids were given gifts by Santa and were treated to pizza and sandwiches. It was a great turnout and the staff as well as the residents were amazing. The property is in great condition and we want to thank you all again for a great night. From our family to your Happy Holidays!!!

The place is beautiful. I love the entry-way. It's located in a nice and quiet area but really close to the Lake. Close to everything and I only live a mile from there so I get to go see my mom all the time. She has been living there for over 2 years and just loves it there. She has a couple of really close friends she met there and they eat together all the time. Her apartment is really cute and they were very affordable so we didn't have to worry about where she was going to live after living with my husband and I for almost 4 years. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
