My spouse is adjusting and making acquaintances. Kenny told us he would find compatible seat mates for Tom in the dining room & he made good on that promise All staff are pleasant and I have a good feeling that Brookdale is a wonderful community.

Since [name removed] took over, at Brookdale, thefts have gone up, and she won't allow police to be called. She also shares YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION, against HIPPA laws, with a resident. The food is also awful, except when 1 chef cooks. The Food Director is all ego, and NOT A GOOD COOK at all. Many, many people gave moved out because of her ineptitude! She even called services BECAUSE I SOLD MY CAR, to a young man who used to work there.

If your reading this, then you are looking for a place for loved one regarding Asissted Living, etc. When I first walked in, it has a very, very home feeling. The staff are all very friendly and I could see that the residents were being taken care of with love and caring. You will not be disappointed. When I've left messages the staff returns my call immediately. My Dad enjoyed the food. They had a menu at every table.i looked no further after touring Brookdale Loma Linda. They have great activities everyday. Please go and check them out.

I have been searching for a home to place my grandfather in and absolutely overwhelmed at all the options. It's my first time having to deal with this so I was unclear on how everything worked. I made a phone call to Brookdale and spoke to a wonderful lady named Amber on the phone who was incredibly informative. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with her while she explained to me the benefits, amenities, and logistics of how everything worked for this community. Unlike the other phone calls I had placed to other places this one was incredibly genuine. I booked an appointment and can't wait to come and check this place out next week!

My 92 year old mother has now been at Brookdale for a little over 2 weeks and we are all very pleased, especially mom. I get enthusiastic calls from her regularly about all of the new things shes tried or in which she has participated; 1st it was the food (very good and she enjoys the restaurant-style service), then numerous activities (some socials, brain teasers, international interests), but the real kicker was her first shower with help; she was a bit nervous anticipating this as she is normally a very private person. Well, she called me later that morning, I just had the most marvelous shower Ive had in years! I got my hair washed, my back washed, and my feet washed; then she wrapped me in a big towel and patted me dry. My hats off to Brookdale for making her transition such a positive experience.

I enjoy living here. I have made friends with many residents and staff. Both are kind and helpful. I enjoy many of the daily events such as the art classes, craft classes, the flex your brain group and crossword jams. The only thing I would change is more variety and more choices in the lunch and dinner menus

Just dropped off my mil back home at Brookdale Loma Linda after a couple day stay in the hospital. The med tech that met us at door was so wonderful, it made me cry. She greeted my mil with such joy and caring. Said she had missed her and was so happy to see her. There is nothing like knowing she is well cared for here. Its tough to not go inside and stay with her for a while like we used to before covid. Knowing they care about her gives me peace of mind. Thank you to all at Brookdale. You are my heroes.

I have lived here for 3 1-2 years and have had a pleasant experience with the wonderful staff especially my nurse AJ . At first I was hesitant to Move from home but after my familys motivation I tried it out and I am it so glad I did. The meals and daily help are very important to me . The employees go above and beyond to help me with my daily needs and wants . The location is great , everything is nearby and the views are nice . Transportation provided makes life easier .

I am so happy I moved here. The staff is friendly and caring, and there are plenty of them. I enjoy eating the great cooking, and although I cannot eat everything, they arent shy about alternate meals. The facility is clean and cared for.

I know the resident programs assistant Celina loves her job. She is friendly and helpful. She loves to organize activities. He prescience makes this place a diamond. Such employees are precious. They help make this establishment a joy for the residents and visitors alike. Kudos to the management for employing staff with hearts that are full of love for what they do.

Brookdale staff was wonderful when having to choose placing our loved one in their community. They were great and very helpful. The entire staff is great they assist each patient and treat them with respect. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. They also made my family member comfortable and welcome which made the transition easier. My family member does love the place.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the Dining room leaves a lot to be desired. Portion control is sloppy, presentation of the portions are inconsistent and the items on the menu and what is served or available do not always agree.

I love visiting this place. I have friends that both live and work here so Im here often. The residents and staff are so friendly and welcoming to everyone. I especially love the courtyard gardens where they have these beautiful fragrant rose bushes in every color. Its nice just to sit out there and relax.

My mom has been there for almost three weeks so far. And I will say- So far, So good. It is clean... smells good. There are activities for the residents including exercise and outings. The staff has been - if not perfect- pretty good! They have been mostly responsive to everything we have asked for.. There are lots of opportunities for the residents to participate in what is going on from Menu chat with the head chef to craft and hobby times. Lovely library and computer room upstairs..

This is a brand new community. It is a huge community and it was just a little larger than what we were looking for. The people I met were nice and the community seemed clean.

My mother moved here and things are going well. She lived in another senior community and this one is so much better.They have many people on hand and they are compassionate. She has attended the events they offer and is adjusting well. I chose this community because many friends and loved ones told me about them. Since we had gone through this process before I asked many questions and they were forthcoming with information. They provided a schedule of activities they offer and their menu.
