We went for Thanksgiving dinner tonight. It was wonderful the food was delicious and lots of families there. The staff made it wonderful! We had a great evening and I enjoyed sharing The Westmore with my brother and sister. I know my dad is very happy at The westmore and is treated so well.

We are so pleased with Westmore Assisted Living! My mother has been a resident for a year and a half. Bert, the activities director does a wonderful job of planning and promoting activities for the residents - exercise classes, birthday celebrations, Happy Hour with entertainment, games, theme nights and more! The food in the dining room is good and all the employees are friendly and upbeat. We highly recommend The Westmore!

Our mom has been at the Westmore just short of two years. A decision for the Westmore followed a search that involved 11 different facilities. We made the right choice. Memory Care is something that we needed. What we have learned as a family is that in memory care your loved ones life is dynamic. It is not static. Things change often. Mom’s needs continue to be met. We look at the families relationship with the Westmore as a member of our family. We are very involved and it works very well with caring for our mother. That mom has been there now in her second year there are others who have been there longer. This is indicative of the level of care that one can expect for your loved one. Amen!

Mom has been at Westmore for over 2 years now and while her adjustment at the beginning was difficult, she is now flourishing in her new home! She has many friends and enjoys the variety of activities. I get photos from the staff when they have special events and they are exceptional with attending to her needs. Having PT on site has been extremely helpful to maintain her strength and mobility. Thank you Westmore for all you do!

Although I have little feedback on the caregivers, the nurses, executive staff and activity staff are absolutely wonderful. The environment is inviting and loving. There is ALWAYS a day full of various fun and activities. It is a warm home away from home for my Mother.

I can't tell you how happy I am to have mom at The Westmore. She wasn't sure she needed to leave her condo at first, but once she got settled in, she has made new friends, and the staff is so good to her. They are good to me as well. I had been coming to Westmore Assisted Living every evening 7 days a week for a month.The care on assisted side is not a place I would recommend if your live one needs some assistance in any area . The trash in the apartment was always full never picked up dishes from dinning area left on a daily basis the cleaning is vacuum change sheets .the aides were always sitting at the nurse station by dinning room talking. Meds were never given on time then missed doses and then get attitude when they was ask where it was. This place is suppose to be top notch assisted living but I'm wondering what they mean by assist for as much as they charge the person had no help at all...

The Westmore met all of our expectations and more and continues to do so. From the time you walk in the door, you feel such a sense of community. The staff is incredible. They truly accommodate your every need. We had many questions and many hard decisions and Pam, the manager spent hours and days with us helping with every little detail. She made sure that all our needs would be met and she continues to do that. I also can’t say enough for Angel and Rudy who helped my in-laws get set up in their rooms and did anything we needed in a timely manner. The caregivers, nurses and therapists are wonderful as well. If you are looking for a place with a loving and caring staff that goes over and beyond, this is it. It has been the best decision our family has ever made.

My parents have lived at the Westmore for nearly three years and it has been a wonderful experience. Management leads by example and has a great staff behind her. the covid time was obviously tough, but she and the team persevered. They all wore many hats, sacrificing their safety, for the benefits of others. It’s in tough times like that you truly find out about the character of Managment and I can honestly say the Westmore is a wonderful place for your loved ones, especially due to Curtis, Keke and Bert and Anne and the entire staff!

This is an absolutely stunning senior living community. It is beautiful and clean. The lifestyles/activities department keeps all residents active. I visit weekly and there is ALWAYS something fun going on! Several of the staff members have been At The Westmore 5+ years, and that speaks volumes. The consistency they provide to the residents is so important. I highly recommend the Westmore!

My grandmother lives at The Westmore Senior Living. The staff has been welcoming and kind to her. We, the family, are always welcomed any time we visit. Granny has lived there for a year now. There have been a few issues during that time. The staff has listened to any problems and always addressed them in a timely manner. In my experience, they are excellent in their communication to family members. We are pleased with the living experience my grandmother receives at the Westmore.

I am so thankful that we found the Westmore Assisted Living and moved my parents there in 2018. I cannot say enough about the loving, caring, professional help they have received in all aspect of their daily living. This extends to all levels of staff and management, categories or work or care, and all hours of the day and night. In addition, the residence itself is always clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable,. There are lots of different types of activities to appeal to al interests and create a social community. When things need to be repaired or installed in the apartment, it is done so quickly and professionally. If they need to go to a doctor's appointment, the car service gets them there and manages their wheelchairs and sees them in. I cannot say enough good or express my thankfulness enough for what they have done for my parents and for me.

My elderly parents will be moving into the independent living section within the next few months. We had a tour earlier this year with a lovely Hispanic man who was very friendly and had worked there for years. He knew all of the ins and outs of the place. The spaces seem clean, accessible and very functional. There seems to be a lot of different activities for the residents to participate in. I appreciate the precautions they take when visitors come such as taking temperatures and filling out questionnaires and other info for any contract tracing of the virus. Visitors are required to wear masks However, my mom and I are VERY surprised that the residents AREN’T required to wear them when using common spaces. You would think being a retirement home and the residents’ age having health issues, this would also be a requirement. My mom is very good about wearing her mask in public spaces (when I remind her) but if she sees others who are not I’m afraid she will follow. I am anxious and excited for them to move in I just wish they were more careful with their policies with residents surrounding covid. •

After touring several assisted living communities in the area I chose to bring my dear aunt and uncle to the Westmore in 2018. The core staff has remained much the same and I don’t know how our family would have navigated the chaotic past few years without the support of Jennifer, Bert and Amy among so many others there. The employees by and large treat the residents like family which is a blessing.

Westmore provided excellent care of my husband during a very difficult time. The staff is always available to discuss any issues. The facility is well maintained and cleanliness is excellent. The medical staff is exceptional. I highly recommend Westmore as a facility for yourself or a loved one.

The Westmore is a beautiful facility, as visible when you drive up. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff is first class all the way. Activities are going on all the time. Outings and in facility activities are well thought out and residents are happy to be there. The care in the assisted and memory care are excellent. The on-duty nurse and the care staff are very responsive to the want and needs of the residents. If there was a 6-star rating The Westmore would be deserving.

When you drive up you see an attractive building with a well maintained landscape. Once inside you are greeted by a professional staff member who will assist you in any way. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The dining area is extremely nice. Overall the Westmore senior living facility is a very clean and professional environment for seniors to live.

The staff at Westmore is fantastic. They tend to address problems quickly and have been a huge help to me and my mom as we transitioned through the various stages of her life. The staff has good interaction with the residents and gives them plenty of opportunities to socialize and plenty of activities to keep them busy and occupied. Many of the staff have gone above and beyond what they needed to do to help us along the way.

I would like to share my experience with the Westmore. I have been impressed with the caring and supportive staff across the board, I have just gone to Jennifer ( executive director) Darrell ( business director) or Ms. Pam when I’m needing support or someone else’s voice . Angel the maintenance diecror is on it. He has helped us move furniture, hang pictures or whatever else we need.They have been Fabulous! InI have high standards for what I expect out of assisted living. When I had to have care for my father I thought I choose the best place for him. I was wrong! After placing my father in law at the Westmore, I see all the things that were missed with my own Dad. I feel confident in the care and love that the Westmore gives to him. I’m so happy I found the Westmore family.
