I had such a wonderful experience with the leasing team at this senior community. My first interaction was with Tanita, and she was an absolute jewel. From the very beginning, she made me feel welcomed, answered all of my questions, and was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She definitely gets a ten! When I returned, I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany and Dorian, and they were just as amazing. The three of them were friendly, funny, personable, and full of positive energy. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel comfortable and enjoyable. It’s not often that you meet a team that works so well together and treats people with such warmth and respect. On Friday, May 8, 2026, around 4:20 p.m., I visited the leasing office after confirming online that the office closed at 5:00 p.m. I also called three times beforehand, but no one answered. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. A female leasing agent wearing glasses eventually came out from the back and I asked if a quick tour would be possible. She informed me another guest was ahead of me, which I understood, so I waited patiently in the lobby. After completing the other tour, the leasing agent never returned to acknowledge or assist me, despite me waiting. Around 4:45 p.m., I approached the desk and spoke with Tiffani, asking for a manager’s card and expressing my frustration about being ignored. Tiffani appeared genuinely concerned and immediately addressed the situation. At that point, the leasing agent came from the back, stated she could still tour me, but after being overlooked for so long, I requested that Tiffani assist me instead. Tiffani was professional, courteous and provided an excellent tour experience. I also spoke with the manager afterward, who apologized for the situation. However, I remain extremely disappointed by how I was treated. As a prospective resident, I expected professionalism, communication and basic courtesy. Being ignored and dismissed in this manner was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

The presentation/experience at the Trowbridge Apts was definitely a ten star. The leasing agent Tiffany showed and displayed patience and understanding, she went above and beyond assisting us with our concerns. Management is everything. I live out of town and come to Michigan to visit my mother at Trowbridge who has been living here for many years. The new manager Keisha is like a breath of fresh air. We know that no matter what the issue may be, we will be greeted by Keisha with a smile and that she will do her utmost to help. I feel confident leaving my mom, knowing that the support staff is there for her. Thank you, Keisha for all that you do.

Kiesha is a hard worker. It appears her obligations are overwhelming but she always manages to get things done. Like repairs, administrative assistance and compassion with the elder. She helps solve all types of issues. Including filling in for absent people. She amazing.

My mother lives in the facility for almost two years now. It is a nice place but they seem to have many problems with the heat/air condition and now the hot water goes out often. They need a better system of making sure the facility maintains the items that the residents need.
