Brookdale has been an absolute blessing for our family. Over the course of 25 years, both my great-grandmother and grandmother received exceptional care there. Living out of state, it was incredibly comforting to know they were in such capable and compassionate hands. The entire staff at Brookdale goes above and beyond. From the gentleman who handled transportation, nurses and staff seeing to personal and medication management, to the activity coordinators who kept my grandmother engaged and happy, everyone was fantastic. The waiters, waitresses, and cooking staff provided delicious meals and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Brittany does such a great job managing the staff and ensuring all residence receive high-quality care. The on-site hairdresser was another wonderful touch, and someone I consider a dear friend. We were consistently impressed by the level of dedication and genuine care shown by every single person at Brookdale. They truly treated my grandmother (and great-grandmother before her) like family. I wholeheartedly recommend Brookdale to anyone seeking a safe, supportive, and loving assisted living environment. You won't find better care anywhere else.

Brookdale is a wonderful place to live! There are many activities daily and everyone is treated like family. The facility is very clean as well. My stepmom lives here and she feels safe. She tells me she is very well taken care of and loves all of her caregivers.

This is a wonderful facility! My father in law moved here from Florida and it's his 3rd retirement facility. Hands down the best place to be..The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is updated and well maintained. Absolutely no complaints.

This place is awesome! From the executive director Mrs. Howell, to the kitchen staff. The people that work here are outstanding. Mr. William, maintenance director, is a very knowledgeable person. Mr. JD at the front desk is terrific and can help with any and all Brookedale needs. The residents are even more superb, very friendly and welcoming! Staff has activities galore for the residents. This Brookedale community is very accommodating to the visitors of the residents. This is somewhere i would like to go when I retire!!

Hands down the most dedicated staff, clean environment, welcoming feel, and happy residents. A full service of activities, meals, laundry, social events, medical care, medication monitoring, housekeeping, home health, fitness, the list can go on and on for any resident from top to bottom!

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale Russellville. After a 7 day hospital stay, my mother wasn't quite strong enough to go home and we chose Brookdale for a 14 day respite stay. I wasn't sure we were going to convince her to go home. They shamelessly spoiled her while she was there. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. We arrived about 7:00 p.m. and not only was the admissions director, Michelle, waiting for us but also the director, Mindy. They had a welcome sign out and dinner waiting for mom. Her room was clean and ready for her. She never wanted for anything. Mom bragged about the food every day she was there and my dad said she had to come home b/c he was going to get fat eating lunch there with her every day. On top of the care the residents receive, the activities planned are amazing. There are multiple activities each day to suit anyone's tastes and guest speakers frequently. Everything is also kept spotless. I most definitely give Brookdale 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I would highly recommend anyone whose family needs assisted living to look into Brookdale. It's very much worth it.

I am in another state from my mother who is living at Brookdale Russellville. After spending an extended period of time here I can honestly say this is a safe, loving caring group of professionals caring for my mother. Some of staff gave become like extended family for my mom. The food is good too!
