My Mom has only lived at Walnut Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care for a month, but it as been refreshing experience. We moved my Mom from another facility in another city. We have been impressed with the administration and staff of caregivers at Walnut Creek! Their team treats my Mom like one of their own family members. Concierge Priscilla is a ray of sunshine for friends and family members that come to visit!! She brings a smile to my face each visit. It has been such a pleasurable experience!

I will start with, the staff at Walnut Creek are so friendly and very helpful, they always have the residents dress to impress and ready to go! The place is beautiful and the residents seem happy here but the receptionist is extremely rude and carries an unfriendly demeanor. There are no pleasantries and does not make you feel welcome. I am a medical professional who visits tons of various facilities and this one is the most unwelcoming.

I had the pleasure of visiting Walnut Creek this afternoon to learn more about their services, and my experience was exceptional! I enjoyed my tour of the community with Ashley. Ashley's presentation of the community was impressive as I didn’t have an appointment with her and the tour was not staged to give the impression that the community was perfect - but it appeared to be perfect for anyone who is in need of assisted living services! The atmosphere of Walnut Creek is delightful, with engaged residents in both assisted living and in the secured memory care units. The community was inviting and the staff, from Nina at the front desk to the caregivers in the hallway, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm excited to recommend Walnut Creek to my clients for their respite services in the near future.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We have toured and had our loved one at multiple facilities before, and this is by far the best. The facility itself is clean, bright, and full of life. Ashley, the sales director, has the sweetest demeanor and has been helpful beyond words, not only when we were touring but even after committing. Cristina, the executive director, is extremely kind and communicative. When we took a tour she knew each resident by name and their habits/preferences. Sy, the head of nursing, is knowledgeable and accessible, and gets things done. We are overall so impressed with this facility, and feel so confident moving our loved one here!

This facility is great! Clean facilities. The staff is attentive and I feel that my dad gets great care. When taking a tour of the facility, Ms. Bobbie Outlaw went above and beyond putting our family at ease ensuring that they treat their residents like family. Me and My Dad love this Assisted Living Home. The nurses are very nice and caring. They take excellent care of my dad. The living area is beautiful. They have a chef who cooks for them, the have a movie room; my dad loves the movie room. There are activities for them to do everyday. The sales manager Ms.Outlaw is amazing. She was very informative, kind and great at explaining everything when and my father went for a walk through of the facility. The facility has also been recently renovated so even nicer then it was when my father first moved in.

Walnut Creek Assisted Living takes excellent care of their residents. My wife's grandmother has been living there since January, and our family has nothing but compliments about the staff and administration. Everyone who works there has been kind to multiple members of our family during each interaction, and they work hard to provide quality care for their residents. We highly recommend this facility and want to publicly thank them for the care they are giving our family member.

This place is amazing. All the staff took excellent care of my grandmother and was especially caring and kind before she passed. I would likely recommend this assisted living facility for anyone that needs help with activities of daily living. The atmosphere, the activities, and the food are extraordinary, and the caregivers are so loving, that they treat you like family.
