I almost never give a 5-star rating. Hawthorne House Memory Care was really good to my mom who passed away 9/23/24. The caregivers and med techs for the most part seemed to really care about meeting her needs. I was there twice a week and then at the end every day (the last three weeks). Most of the time they were good about calling me if trouble happened, I have POA for my mom. The Administrator was very approachable and easy to talk to about issues. The Office Manager was terrific. She listened well and got things done. She helped me through a tragic time with the business end of things and is super efficient. Unfortunately for them, they seem to be losing their best caregivers who have become unhappy with their immediate supervisor. It will be hard to hang onto any caregivers who are not shown appreciation and that they are valued.

My father moved into the Beehive in Forest Grove last November. He has been SO well cared for and loved by the entire staff! They go way out of their way to make assisted and senior living fun and happy. During this current pandemic, they were ahead of the curve by keeping all our parents and loved one safe. I feel like Im a part of the Hive family now too! Thank you all for what you do!

I have loved the friendly caring atmosphere at the Beehive. The cooks have worked hard to produce very good food meeting the residents individual needs as well as individual likes and dislikes.The staff is very warm and friendly and make time to visit with the residents. The maintenance man gives prompt attention to help the residents and can fix about anything.

When you walk in the door you are greeted by very friendly staff. The building always smells so good from thier amazing home cooked meals. The dining staff are so helpful knowing what the residents want without them having to ask. The caregivers are always so helpful and attentive to the residents. All the staff are very caring to each resident with thier individual needs and wants. This place really is a home like enviroment to be proud to live or work in.

I would definitely recommend this community. It is locally owned and has the loving home like atmosphere I would want my loved one to be. The halls are full of floor to ceiling plants giving a inviting happy feel. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are considering a place for your loved one, stop by and tour the building, enjoy a meal, and have a chance to interact with our loving staff and residents.

This is the third facility that I have lived in. One of the first things that you notice is the greenery growing inside the building. I became ill while living here I have been very well taken care of . My illness was nothing serious but all of my medications and food were brought to my room and somehow I slept through the whole thing, and with their loving care, I made it! We have our meals provided in the dining room and our medications are given to us as our Dr. orders.. There is always plenty of things to do if you care join in. I would highly recommend this facility..

The Forest Grove Beehive is a warm and inviting community. I have been in this building several times and have had a great experience. The staff is polite and the building has a nice odor and vibe. If you are in need of care, I suggest stopping in for a tour.

The Forest Grove Beehive came highly recommended to me before I moved my elderly father there, and I would say that it has lived up to the recommendation. My father has been cared for physically and emotionally. The staff is loving and considerate. The administration has been more responsive to my concerns that the prior facility where my father had lived. The environment of the facility is peaceful and unique with beautiful plants growing in the building. No place is perfect, but the administration and staff of the Beehive really strive to do their best.

This is a wonderful assisted living home. My father has lived there for 7 1-2 months, and the care has been exceptional. The care in the prior facility where he lived had deteriorated, and the Beehive was highly recommended to me as a better situation for him. The recommendation was right on, and I have had no regrets about moving him there.

For an assisted living environment, I think the folks that work there do a tremendous job. There are activities for all interests and life styles. They encourage independence in the residents which is awesome.

The Beehive Assisted Living and Memory care is a wonderful place!! Im a proud vet of 8 years and couldnt imagine a better place to work!! All the residents are wonderful people and we have a Grade A staff!!! Everyone that enters the Beehive loves it and we love them!!! Best place to call home!

The Forest Grove Beehive took amazing care of my Grandma Marion during her stay there. They were attentive to her needs and would keep up the communication with my family. The staff cared for her and were very comforting before she passed and after she passed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to place their loved one in a home. I will be forever grateful we found a home like this for my Grandmother. Thank you Beehive and Hawthorne House for everything you did.
