My dad lived at Brookdale Pearland for about a month and a half. I was very impressed with all of the staff there. They were all very caring and helped my dad be happy while he was there. Also, the facility was kept nice and clean. I definitely recommend Brookdale Pearland as a senior living facility.

My mom has done great here. She has lived here for over 3 years. The staff has been amazing. I love the more at home feel at Brookdale.

It has been almost a 10-year journey with my mom at Brookdale. I cannot say enough good things about all of the people that have helped her. Has it been perfect? No. But it's been 95% perfect. You have to have realistic expectations. She started with independent living and after a surgery had to go to assisted living. Then she went back to independent living and then in her later years back to assisted living and ultimately to memory care. All along the journey the staff has been amazing. They're truly caring and tried to make everything work for the resident from a comfort and dignity perspective as well as financial perspective. I am constantly amazed and in awe of the staff. They definitely have a calling and ministry to help our aging population. I'm so glad that we chose Brookdale. They have been strong supporters for my mom and myself and have made the journey significantly more joyous for my mom and her quality of life.

Brookdale Pearland Facility is clean and lawn maintained. The buildings are clean and fresh smelling. The Management Staff members are courteous and professional. If there are any issues or concerns, they are addressed immediately. Residents are treated with respect and dignity.

Leaving your parent at a facility is one of the hardest choices a son or daughter will have to make Brookdale Pearland has made that choice into a blessing for our family! The facility is clean, and the people working there are kind and caring, very knowledgeable about how to care for the elderly and those with dementia. My dad is getting the best care of his life! My brother was in the Brookdale Pearland Assisted Living Facility during his rehabilitation from hip replacement surgery and received excellent care, great tasting low sodium food, and medication management. The staff are all very friendly and caring. This facility was a game-changer for him.

The staff at this community are very welcoming, helpful , supportive and friendly. They showed me and my family how they care about their residents and employees when we went on a tour of the facility for a possible move in of my Grandmother. I was impressed with the genuine teamwork and dedication shown during the short time I was on their property. The residents here have an outstanding team caring for them. My family would like to thank Nurse Angela for her knowledge, support and helpful information we needed clarified pertaining to her medical needs. She helped us feel comfortable we were touring a right choice for our precious lady. I moved my mom, who had Alzheimer's, into Brookdale Pearland from another facility where she was declining rapidly. It was easier for us to be able to visit her at Brookdale. Within weeks, she showed improvement in health and was putting on weight, talking more, and acting like her old happy self. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They cared for my mom as if she were their own until the day she passed. Brookdale Pearland's staff gave us another year and a half with mom, and for that I'll always be thankful!

Brookdale Senior Living in Pearland has a great caring staff that sincerely care about the residents living there and do whatever they can to meet the residents needs and let them know they are loved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Original: My grandma stays here. They do a good job, but there was a string of thefts from the care attendants that residents were never reimbursed for. (Gold jewelry, cash, credit cards missing, etc) Update: In worse news, even though the 40+ residents each pay ~$4,000 per month, we learned that they only keep 2 overnight staff for the 7 floors of patients across 4 buildings. This means if 2 residents have fallen in the same night, there is not enough staff. In this case since a resident fell in my grandma’s building and was screaming bloody murder at 3 AM and no one was coming to help. This stressed out my grandma who left the room looking for help and caused her blood pressure to spike from the stress. She ended up needing overnight hospitalization

My Mom moved in to Assisted Living two months ago. Management was very flexible to work with us on some unique move-in logistics. After a few weeks Mom settled in nicely to the community, learning the ropes and figuring out the optimal level of care we needed. All Staff members have been very caring, helpful, responsive, and nice to work with. The medical transition went flawless. This is a quieter community overall, but there are always plenty of activities going on and the layout of the four buildings fosters interactions amongst the residents and care workers in each building. The room is a really nice size that allows for ease of wheelchair movement. Two months in we are very happy with the total experience here at Brookdale. Thank you!

My mother has been in the memory care for the last two years. She loves it and constantly talks about how nice the caregivers are. Mom has gained some much needed weight because they make sure she gets to the dining room. I've visited at all hours of the day and have always been warmly welcomed by the staff. The holiday celebration meals are great and the musical entertainment they have is really enjoyable for families. I have only had one or two concerns in the two years Mom has been living there and they have been addressed immediately. I would give Brookdale Pearland ten stars if I could!

My mother lives in the assisted living. It is the best assisted living that I could find in the area. The homes have 20-24 residents with private apartments. My mother lives in a large studio and has quite a bit of room. The meals are tasty and the residents have a menu to choose their food. The activity director works hard to provide a variety of activities and programs.

Both my parents are in this facility. One in memory care and one in assisted living. It is a great facility and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested. The patients/residents are taken care of wonderfully!
