Highly recommend The Pavilion Assisted Living in Portland, TX. Mom moved in about 5 years ago and wouldn't be alive if it were not for the care she receives from all of the staff. She is now 92 years old and loves the staff and all the activities.

Oh wow, what a place. Everyone on staff is so cordial and understanding. Lots of activities to do. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an assisted living home in the Portland area.

As the Director of Anthem Home Care- in home provider services I would highly recommend Pavilion Assisted Living. This facility has amazing staff that truly care about their residents. We have had a few of our clients move into this facility and they have transitioned well and have had nothing but positive feedback. From a personal level my own grandfather lived here until he passed away. He was on Hospice towards the end of his life and the staff were amazing with him and my family. Highly recommend!

If you ever need an assisted living for your loved one or yourself I definitely recommend Pavilion. Amazing staff. They love to have fun with their residents. 5 star quality facility!

My dad was at the Pavilion for approximately 2 1-2 years. I couldnt have asked for a more attentive and well trained staff. I was kept up on any little medical occurrences with dad. What further can I say other than everyone became like family to us. Holidays and birthdays were made special for each and every resident. I definitely would recommend the Pavilion for your loved ones care.

I highly recommend the Trisun Assisted Living - Pavilion in Portland TX. They took such good care of my mom for 2 1-2 years and continue to spoil my dad going on 3 years. The entire staff is very personable and treat the residents with upmost respect. Having both parents there, I have spent a lot of time there and want to thank Cheryl, Amber and all the staff for making my folks stay a positive experience!! Blessings from the Pressley Family

This is a top shelf facility! I absolutley love the staff. Everyone there is like family and treat my dad with respect and the best of care. They spoil him just like I would. He 96 years old and tells me all about his favorite girlfriends, which are all of them. He loves the food. I also admire the management. They are on top of every aspect of the business side of running an Assisted Living facility. From the grounds to the rooms they are kept exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility!

I have the privilege of visiting this assisted living often and absolutely love their staff! The place is always super clean, smells amazing, and Im always greeted with a smile. The residents always are happy, too! Love this place! 🙂

My Mother-in-law was displaced as a result of Harvey. We were blessed to have the opportunity have her stay at the Pavilion while we waited to transfer home to Rockport. The staff were outstanding from the administration to housekeeping. I would recommend this facility as they provide quality care with a warm inviting atmosphere. We are forever grateful. Baugh Family

My Mom stayed at this Facility for 1 year after Hurricane Harvey damaged the Facility in Rockport. We found the place to be friendly, clean and met all our Mother's needs plus. As Mom's mental health declined, we had to move her into a Mental Care Unit. It was a sad day for Mom and the Family. We highly recommend the facility, Cheryl, Amber and the entire Staff were outstanding. Thanks!

I have been blessed to have the Pavilion Assisted Living facilitate in Portland, Texas available to care for my mother and aunt for the past ten years. My mother, Helen, was there for five plus years and then my aunt, Mary Lou, for the next four plus. The facility, service and personnel were life savers. Their family atmosphere and loving care made many difficult circumstances of aging much easier for for all involved. The personal and observant medical attention made my loved ones waning years much brighter! I am indebted to the entire staff for their cooperation and efforts to provide peace of mind and care for both of my loved ones till the end! Thank you... Gods Blessings!!!

Caring. Empathetic. Attentive...and more....the staff is helpful and kind and were always available to assist in any way. My mother felt completely comfortable from the day she moved in and her apartment was a cozy place we could all come to visit. We had holidays and birthday celebrations....played bingo and watched the birds in the garden... A great place to call home.
