I’m a visitor of Arabella of Kilgore daily as I spend time with a special friend who is nearing 100 years of age. No home (and no business) can ever be completely perfect, but Arabella’s leaders *and* the day-to-day caretakers all work hard to keep residents as safe and as content as possible. Arabella of Kilgore is a major asset to our community.

I have met many in senior living communities and the people at Arabella of Kilgore are very friendly, work hard and care for the residents. The residents seemed very happy and had lots of things going on, not just sitting around, but enjoying themselves and the activities i saw. I would recommend my Kilgore family to consider this as a great place to consider when the time comes for assisted living.

I come to sing at arabella at least once a month. The staff are super friendly and give a sense of family. Activity director Ta always has a great party for the residents and the director Wilda is always working hands on creating a brilliant vibrant home for the residents. I recommend anyone in the kilgore area to consider arabella. 10 stars

My grandmother moved in , in December, and I’ve been to two family nights since then. The staff and entertainment are both equally wonderful, and it’s no wonder my grandmother loves living there so much. She was able to bring her cat with her to keep her company, which made her very happy; and she’s made wonderful friends.

I had a problem with Arabella, addressed the director. This was taken care of within the hour. My father is very hard to deal with, they are great. Take very good care of him. Highly recommend Arabella of Kilgore.

I looked into every place around Gregg county and this place is the best. It might not be as fancy as Longview but they have the best staff. My grandfather is so incredibly hard to deal with and they are so good to him. It’s hard to even get him to leave the place to see family. We are so thankful for them

move in day, unimpressed, they acted as if we were not expected although furnishings were delivered a day earlier, Mom was ushered to her room and not given a tour of the facilities and the staff was not advised of her requirements. She was served a lunch which looked adequate but was cold and presented in a to go styrofoam with plastic picnic package utensils with a choice of grape juice or water. Not a good start, but will see.

NO LEADERSHIP!!!!! Understaffed. Residents complaining daily. Have some good workers that will go out the way to help even if it's not their job. No Maintenance to fix problems. No trash pick up for weeks outside. Private Sitters working floor .1 Housekeeper doing 2 person job.Directors more concerned about filling community then residents and staff for a BONUS.... Hope problems gets fixed soon because its a great community.....

The residents are great! They love short trips for ice cream with the maintenance director. Food is good, the Executive Director is top notch and the location is quiet.
