There are not enough words to express how awesome the staff is at GreenTree. My parents moved there and absolutely love it! They are very well taken care of and truly feel like it is their home. They are so good about checking on them frequently. They openly welcome the family and contact the family whenever needed. Their activities really make the people happy. They are able to socialize and make new friends. It is a blessing to hear all of them laughing. I cannot thank the staff enough for the excellent care they provide. If you are looking for a warm and loving home for your parents, don't hesitate. Love the staff and thank them for making my parents feel loved and happy.

Greentree at Mt Vernon is a beautiful facility in our community. Great staff, clean, warm and welcoming. I've had the privilege to working with Shirley Henderson on some project in the community as well . She seems to truly love what she does and cares greatly for the folks living at GreenTree .They are also generous in helping in our community with other events and projects . I certainly would recommend letting my loved ones be cared for and live there.

I am so thankful that my parents were able to move to Greentree. It eases my worries about living so far away from them, knowing how well they are cared for. The facility is beautiful and is well maintained. The director, Shirley, was wonderful to work with and eased my parents mind about making the transition to assisted living. She truly cares for her residents and it shows!

Greentree is a fabulous facility! They take excellent care of their residents! The facility is beautiful and very clean. It reminds me of a 5 star hotel! The administrator, Shirley is very knowledgeable, kind, very easy to work with, and you can tell that she truly cares for the residents! The facility has so much to offer to the residents as well. All of the staff is very compassionate as well. If you are looking for an assisted living facility for your loved ones, I would highly recommend Greentree. They also offer a separate side of the facility for dementia and alzheimers patients as well.

The Memory Care staff is very caring and compassionate. They take great care of our mom and have gone above and beyond in these uncertain times. Were so appreciative of all they have done and continue to do to make mom feel at home. We recently lost our dad. His time at Greentree was a very positive experience. The staff developed a great rapport with him and made his last months the best we could have hoped for. Due to Covid 19, the staff became his surrogate family. It was heartwarming to see how they truly cared about him. We are so grateful!

My in-laws have been at Green Tree for a little over a month after being at another facility.....the difference is amazing!! The facility is beautiful, staff is wonderful!! My mother-in-law loves her apartment! There is always something for her to do whether its an activity there or a scenic drive somewhere. The activities director does an awesome job. The bus driver is so helpful and will take her anywhere she needs to go. Shirley was so helpful when we needed to get my in-laws moved in quickly. She made the process so easy and smooth. Kim and Jerret and the staff we have got to meet on the Memory Care side has been very helpful and kind. It made a very hard decision a little easier. I would recommend Green Tree to anyone needing an assisted living facility. We are very pleased!!

My mother, who is 91, has been at Greentree for almost a year. She loves it there. The facility is always exceptionally clean. Amanda, Shirley, Kim, Dallas, Connie, Bobby and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend Greentree!!

My mother has been a resident for the last few years. After staying there after an illness for a couple months, she loved it so much she sold her house and became a full time resident. She loves that she can do things on her own, but when help is needed, its always there. Amanda makes everyone feel like family, from the residents to their relatives and we dont worry about how mom is doing.

The activity director, Mrs Baltzel is the most caring individual I have ever watched in action at this facility. I recently had the opportunity to take a tour of this facility. What a beautiful home.. all the new renovations are making it that much more inviting. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and extremely dedicated to making Greentree an excellent choice for anyones loved one.

1st of all let me start off by saying my family member has been @ the Mt. Vernon GreenTree facility for 4 yrs now and has received EXCELLENT care. When we 1st HAD to send her there she went to the Assisted Living side. Her main issues were her memory and falling problems. Gradually her memory got worse and when she started " losing her way to and from her room ", then it was time to move her to the Memory Care side of the center. She STILL remembers she has a "farm" and reminds everybody everyday THAT'S where she wants to be. To her falling issues ( that is how she came to NEEDING help every day that she wouldn't get @ home. Every time she has fell,1 of the staff would call. If the Nurse thought she needed to go to the ER then that's what we did. I better get back to WHY I'm writing this..................I don't know HOW to get a hold of GreenTree's Corporate office, so maybe someone can send this on to them: To whom it may concern, Since our family member has been in his Facility this long, we have come to know your staff,your VERY CAPABLE staff. Now I know any time " NEW OWNERS" arrive in a corporation, changes are sure to follow. THAT said I'm SURE you have your reasons but for the life of me I CANNOT figure out WHY the changes to the entrance of the Memory Care side was made. Speaking for myself and I have seen other family members of your residents that are disabled 1 way or another. Do you not realize the hardship you have imposed on us to #1. Park @ the Memory Care end of the building ONLY to have to walk DOWN to the Main entrance JUST so we can walk down that long hallway to get where we need to go. THEN if we have enough energy and breath we can make the walk down ANOTHER long hall to her room! THAT said, on to the next subject : Like I said before,you have an excellent staff working for you. I hope you see and appreciate the worker's you have. To date I have seen VERY little turn over here in employees. GREAT CARING PEOPLE!!! Please reconsider locking that door and making us walk all the way around to get to where we need to go! Sincerely Claudette Porter

I have to say as someone who has had a loved one live and pass at green tree in the assisted living side and then move to the memory care side . Also to have a grandparent that still lives there . I'm completely happy with this facility . We have had small issues arise as you would anywhere but they are always handled and handled very professionally . Thank you to all who work there !
