My mother-in-law has received excellent care at Greentree! We could not be happier! The staff are so friendly and professional. They are observant and have alerted us to issues or medical emergencies right away. When we had questions about adjusting the level of care, Lana met with us via FaceTime to discuss our concerns and work out a plan for care going forward. Green Tree is amazing! We placed my dad there for respite care while we went on a family vacation and I was blown away at the extraordinary care he received! When my family walked in they couldn't believe how nice the entire facility was. My kids...even my 20 year old said "Mom this is like a beautiful hotel"! That made me feel so much better about leaving him. Knowing he was in a beautiful, clean, comfortable facility was so comforting to me. My dad struggles with his memory, but that was no problem for the staff at Green Tree. They went above and beyond each and every day! Dad loved it there. We loved it there. It was a Win-Win!!! In fact, dad even said the food was better at Green Tree than what we fix him at home. At first I was a little shocked, but the more I thought about it I am so thankful to know he loved the food! We like to eat so this was one of the BEST compliments my dad could give them! We look forward to having him stay again and one day calling Green Tree his home! Thank you Green Tree Staff for a job well done!

My life was literally saved by the quick action of staff and friends at Greentree. When I failed to come to lunch, a friend had a staff member check on me and I was unresponsive. She alerted other staff who responded immediately, called the ambulance, and got me to the hospital in time for the doctors to give me a clotbusting drug to prevent permanent damage from a severe stroke. By the next day, I was alert in able to walk around. I was admitted to the hospital on Thursday and able to come back to Greentree on Saturday. I highly recommend Greentree for independent or assisted living. The food is fantastic and staff are friendly and caring. I couldn't be in a better place. Thank you all.

As a professional Santa, I have the privilege of visiting several nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Visiting Greentree is always a treat. The facility is super nice, clean, and inviting to enter. Once inside, you notice the clean and pleasant environment. When making my visit with the residents, I notice that they are happy and well taken care of. I know, when Santa visits, you try to be your best, but this goes beyond that A very nice place with very high standards. Also, the staff is great to work with. All on the nice list. There are not enough words to express how awesome the staff is at GreenTree. My parents moved there and absolutely love it! They are very well taken care of and truly feel like it is their home. They are so good about checking on them frequently. They openly welcome the family and contact the family whenever needed. Their activities really make the people happy. They are able to socialize and make new friends. It is a blessing to hear all of them laughing. I cannot thank the staff enough for the excellent care they provide. Greentree is a fabulous facility! They take excellent care of their residents! The facility is beautiful and very clean. It reminds me of a 5 star hotel! The administrator, Shirley is very knowledgeable, kind, very easy to work with, and you can tell that she truly cares for the residents! The facility has so much to offer to the residents as well. All of the staff is very compassionate as well. If you are looking for an assisted living facility for your loved ones, I would highly recommend Greentree. They also offer a separate side of the facility for dementia and alzheimer's patients as well.

The Memory Care staff is very caring and compassionate. They take great care of our mom and have gone above and beyond in these uncertain times. My in-laws have been at Green Tree for a little over a month after being at another facility.....the difference is amazing!! The facility is beautiful, staff is wonderful!! My mother-in-law loves her apartment! There is always something for her to do whether it's an activity there or a scenic drive somewhere. The activities director does an awesome job. The bus driver is so helpful and will take her anywhere she needs to go. Shirley was so helpful when we needed to get my in-laws moved in quickly. She made the process so easy and smooth. Kim and Jerret and the staff we have got to meet on the Memory Care side has been very helpful and kind. It made a very hard decision a little easier. I would recommend Green Tree to anyone needing an assisted living facility. We are very pleased!!

It has been a roller coaster ride for my family since July 19th. My Dad had stroke #2 and he has several other health complications. Dad and Mom had been talking about what life might look like for my Mom when he is no longer living. One of the things that they did discuss was Mom potentially looking into Assisted Living. I went and checked out Greentree as a recommendation from another skilled care facility. I met with Amanda Santel for 1 1/2 hours to discuss the Greentree Facility. We discussed the financial part, health care, lifestyle and everything else. We also looked at several apartments to see which ones would work the best for my folks. 6 weeks later after a few mishaps with a nursing home and hospital visits, the time came to make a decision to look into assisted living. I moved Mom & Dad into Greentree 24 hours after Dad was released from the hospital. I moved them into Greentree with many of the Greentree Staff helping out. It was wonderful. The "Can Do" attitude didn't stop with the move in either. Mom has been very happy and really enjoys the staff and residents at Greentree. Amanda, Linda, Dallas, Connie, Bobby, Steve & Sierra are all part of Mom's life now. She frequently tells us about her day and the staff with a laugh and a smile. She is really enjoying herself. Greentree treats its residents with respect and care at all times. The facility is always clean and well kept. Special needs and requests are handled quickly and properly. No request is too great, help and assistance are available immediately with a push of a button. I live 5 hours from Mt. Vernon, and my brother lives in Bellevue, WA - 18-20 hours a way. I no longer worry about my Mom and Dad. If they need something I know they are in good hands. If something goes wrong health wise, I know they will call us. If you're in the market for an excellent Assisted Living facility, I would highly recommend Greentree of Mt. Vernon. Jim Morse

My mother lived at Greentree for ten years. She loved it and so did I. They are very careful about who they hire, so all their employees treat the residents with compassion, respect, and a positive attitude. My mother wanted to continue to live in her own apartment rather than move in with family, so it was great to never have to worry about her well being. I give Greentree a big thumbs up!
