I like the kiosk it takes a minute to get used to but it's OK and much easier the second time with the updates with not so many questions can't wait to get the QR scanner then it will be even easier I work the reception desk and it has been a challenge.!

We enjoy walking around the gardens and across the street at the park. Everyone is nice and says Hello. Friendly dogs live here too. The lobby and dining room are nice, but the hallway carpet in the Independent Living side needs to be replaced. Overall we like it here.

I cannot say enough about Avalon and Tracie. Their willingness to work with us as my mom needed time to make the huge decision to leave her home of many years yo move to independent living. We were able to see multiple spaces, never felt pressured, only kind understanding for my mom.

The staff was courteous, professional, and caring throughout the process of touring the facility, explaining the amenities, providing cost information, and working with my father and me to get the best results. Avalon Lionheart your sales assistant was remarkable. She expertly guided us thru the process and my Dad and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and professionalism. We also met a nice lady working at the welcome desk. One of the chefs, and got to see a lot of satisfied Tennant's enjoying activities. My initial contact was with Tracie Schimikowsky the Sales and Business Director. She set us up for a tour but my dad wasn't up to it at that time so I had to cancel. She opened the door to us and let me know she would keep in touch. Yesterday we made a secondary tour to select my dad's apartment. We met with Jerod, I think he is the Operation, he was very competent and started getting things done to expedite getting my dad into his new the facility ASAP. The team is warm and caring. The patients have active programs so they're not always stuck in their rooms. The activities coordinator Diana H(?) idk her last name, anyway she was really sweet, with an energetic and fun loving personality just made it feel like they would never be bored/ lonely. I just want my family members to feel like they weren't forgotten and if there's something there to keep them busy and engaged during this hard time im happy. 2 thumbs up!

I visited Cottonwood Village multiple times as part of my internship for my Chaplaincy degree. I can attest that the Activities Director there, DiAnna Hardel, has a huge heart for the residents and goes above and beyond! They have multiple activities every day ranging from social activities to exercise to Bible studies.

I have never been to Cottonwood Village but I get to see whats happening there on FB. The Activity Director Dianna Hardel is a very good friend of mine for many years. I enjoy the pictures and activities Dianna post on fb. She puts so much into her activities, and All I see are smiling faces of seniors enjoying themselves! Isnt that what we want for our love ones enjoying their senior years! If I were older and looking for a place to live, Cottonwood Village would be my first pick, as long as Dianna is the Activity director. I know I would not be bored. Dianna has a heart and really cares for the people she serves. Keep up the good work Dianna!

I just experienced a wonderful weekend in Cottonwood Arizona I realized after working with the marketing director that my mom would be in a very safe comfortable clean environment one that is so necessary for her and everyone else. The marketing director Jan weiss was friendly outgoing and sincerely interested in my mom her feelings about this location and how she would be able to assist in anyway possible to make this move an easy and emotionally comfortable move for her. I am beyond words to tell you how Jan made such a difference in my mom‘s life. We now will be joining the rest of this community.

DiAnna Hardel continually engages with the residents, treating them with dignity, compassion, and love, as if they were her own parents! Every Holiday is celebrated! Cottonwood Village is warm, welcoming, inviting. The peer to peer support and welcome to the neighborhood is the best Ive ever seen. The food, amazing. Ingredients are fresh and the fellowship so sweet. Even though we all wear masks, the laughter under those masks is real. Folks are happy here, despite the news or whatever is going on, so much JOY is had. The calendar is full of excitement from massages, movies, card games, to sud z sensory and silly things like peanut butter ping pong and happy hour, mix it up with a sock hop, come espresso urself its a latte fun, margarita madness and so much more. Im so happy Im here! Come join me for a tour any time...

This retirement home for Independent, , Assisted Living and Memory Care Residents has a very homey atmosphere. Staff, available 24-7, strives to treat all Residents like family members. And, activities in the facility and outings to area restaurants and a nearby casino are scheduled to encourage interactive relationships.

They really are settling into this community. They are doing well here. The people are really nice and helpful. They keep it clean and kept up. It has a nice courtyard area for Veterans day they had a barbeque out there. The food is good for the most part but it's not bad. They have lots of daily activities they enjoy like the music and the socials and they have an exercise class too. On Wednesdays they have a happy hour that people get up and dance my parents enjoy watching them. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

My Dad was here and it was enjoyable for him. This place was really nice. He was only there for a couple of days but he was very happy and when we picked him up, he had a great big smile on his face. He can be pretty picky, but he didnt have a single complaint about his stay. The facility is cheerful and it doesnt make you feel like you just walked out of a 50s school building, it doesnt feel institutionalized. He was happy with the meals and didnt complain at all; there was a lot of flexibility as to when he could grab food and would even take some of his first meals around noon. They have a Vets meeting there and hes a Veteran and that was just wonderful for him. My Mom used to organize meetings with friends and small parties and when she passed away, it was difficult for him so it was really nice that he was able to do something that felt natural and comfortable for him. Now he knows a few people there and we want to be able to get him in for happy hours there so he can socialize. It really lived up to the reviews. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them.

My dad is doing well with his move to Cottonwood Village, the biggest issue is that they are still doing a remodel. The facility is very clean and the staff is quite friendly. My dad seems happy there. Dad said he likes the food and since my dad is a picky eater that's saying a lot. There are lots of activities and field trips for the residents that want to participate even trips to the near by casino and BBQ's. There is a shuttle for the residents to go to their doctor appoints and shopping as well. I would definitely recommend Cottonwood Village to my family and friends.
