My Mom has lived there in all 3 modalities over the last 5 years. Memory Care is where she currently resides and it has been great for her and our family. Communication is key and this has made the difference for her care. All of the staff have been very caring and very competent. There are events happening frequently and it’s a very welcoming environment . We’ve worked with Jen for all 3 of Mom’s placements within Russellville and it’s been so streamlined and friendly!

Russellville is always clean when I visit. The residents seem happy and engaged. I recently had a meal there. The presentation was beautiful and it was truly one of the best lunches I’ve had. My husband’s Aunt lived there and I know others who have been there for years. They are happy as are their families.

Very clean and well staffed assisted living center. The apartments are very nice and they have restaurant style dining rooms with wait staff.

I don't have any pics at this time but will take some soon. My parents live here in the 55+ building and are very happy here. Across the street is the second building which is assisted living. So between the 2 buildings there are 2 restaurants, a cafe,a bar, a theater, beauty salon, library and there's also a therapy pool. There's under ground parking and a beautiful court yard and so much more. They are right on the Max and bus line and close to shopping and pharmacies. My parents are in their 90s and I wouldn't want them anywhere else. You have to check in at the front desk before you have access to the rest of the building. They are very Safe at Russellville.

I visited an old friend in assisted living, found him comfortable, in good spirits, and well cared for. Staff was dealing with some ice storm related damage to the building - cheerfully and competently. As usual my visit was enjoyable.

The unthinkable happened this last Thursday and the fine staff from Carin to Bill helped me with procuring my phone after falling down an elevator shaft. I am taken aback that it was in good condition and I have no issue getting my life back on track. It also seems to be a lovely establishment for those over 55 and I would feel great if my folks were here. Thanks again for saving the day and if you drop your phone here they’ll have it ringing in no time

My parent and i recently toured several senior living facilities. Several were ones I could see my mom living in. However, we're choosing Russellville for several reasons: Residents gave it glowing reviews. "It's Paradise", "Best place I've ever lived in my life", "Move your mom in here if you love her". They have transportation shuttles and the property is next to the Max Transit line. The staff did small little things: putting up a welcome sign for us when we were arriving for our tour; Treating us to a dinner in their restaurant; inviting my mom to one of their weekend parties. Things like dining room tables had seating for 4 and we didn't see anyone eating alone (one other facility we looked at only had seating for two at each table with many eating alone) The kicker was a nurse i know who works in elder care. When i asked where she recommended for my mom, she immediately stated Russellville, calling it the best senior living facility in Portland.

Issues with staff, issues with management, very poor communication. Unless your loved one is completely immobile and mentally incapacitated they struggle to provide a safe and enjoyable environment.

Choosing an independent living facility is something of a dice-roll. Ask the residents. If they say "it's ok" or "I'm happy" beware. If they say "I feel extremely fortunate that I chose Russellville Park" believe them.

This is where my grandma lives in her own apartment. They have dining, bar, laundry and a garage for her car. They have special events and they take really good care of the residents. My grandma is very happy here and is involved in some of the activities they have weekly. It's a really nice place and I'm glad she is happy here.

My mother lived at Russelville for the past year. They provided excellent care, well cleaned/managed facilities, and fabulous food options. My mom has lived at a few other facilities and none provided what Russelville did. They also supported me with a difficult and abrupt move she needed at end of this year due to progression of her illness. The attentiveness from Adrienne, Travis, Shelley, Sarah, and Nikki throughout my mom’s time there and my needs recently far exceeded interactions at prior facilities. I highly recommended their facility for anyone considering an assisted living or independent living facility!

My mother-in-law lives at Russellville, and how I wish my own dad could have spent his last years there. It feels more like a classy hotel than a retirement center. Meals are top notch; staff is kind and eager to help. Rooms are very nice.

Russellville Park has been a very welcoming and active place for my mom. Everyone is very professional and kind. They all seem to know every resident. My mother is happy there, and that means the world to me.

I visited a relative at Russelville Park a few weeks ago and overall I thought that the staff and the facility were great. The only complaint I have is that the larger elevator next to the cafe smelled terrible. My relative told me that she saw some of the resident allowing their small dogs to urinate on the carpet in the elevator. I think that if the company cleaned the carpets it every so often maybe it would smell better.

My grandparents moved here about 4 mths ago. It's an elderly home but like having your own apartment. They eat their dinners in restraunt and their lunches in their apartment. They have help with their laundry. It's a very nice place and the residents are all very friendly. My grandparents really like it and so do I.

My father moved to Russellville Park's memory care in February, and although he only lived there a few months due to increasingly frail health, I can say that it was an excellent experience. The facility is really first-rate, both in the amenities it offers and the quality of care. The nurses and caregivers were extremely kind to Dad, and all of the residents seemed happy and engaged. This was important to us, since we'd toured other memory care facilities where this wasn't the case. Everyone on Russellville's administrative side was also absolutely great to work with, including the rental/marketing staff, who were understanding and helpful as we worked to accommodate Dad's changing needs.

My 87-year-old mother has lived in Russellville Park for nearly two years, and it has been wonderful for her. There is a wide range of daily activities and weekly field trips to accommodate all interests and physical abilities. The place promotes itself as "five-star fun," and it is. She is more active than she has ever been. The staff knows the residents and their families well. We highly recommend checking it out.
