The staff there are always positive and pleasant to residents and their family members. They keep you informed on how your loved one is doing, They go above & beyond to help or assist both resident & family. They are very patient and understanding. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. It is a beautiful facility both inside and out, There are covered benches around building so you can sit outside in the fresh air and sunlight. Also, a Sunroom. For dining they have a good selection of foods to choose from and the meals are quite good. Well balanced.

This is a wonderful facility with experienced and caring staff. My Mother is adjusting well and the medication oversight is top notch. The staff is in constant communication with updates and activities for the residents. I highly recommend this community for Seniors.

Sunrise Flossmoor is a very warm and welcoming community from the staff to the residence as well. They made my mom Esther feel very much at home and I feel very secure knowing that she is in their care. Hannah, the Director of Sales, has been terrific in always being available to answer my questions. So many wonderful staff members! Thank you all!

I would like to thank Hanna and all of the staff at Sunrise of Flossmoor for the care that they provided not only to my mother, but to our entire family. Hanna worked very hard to get my mother transferred from a hospital directly to Sunrise when we were having difficulties with the rehab facility that had previously been caring for her. Hanna worked extra hours and did a lot of extra work to make the transition to Sunrise comfortable for my mother. The staff at Sunrise took excellent care of my mother. I am very thankful that they were there for us.

The owners of my dad’s former assisted living facility abruptly announced that they would be closing within 90 days and I was very concerned about other viable options in the area. Then I found Sunrise of Flossmoor and discovered the place where my dad should have been all along. Sunrise feels like home, the staff genuinely care about the residents and enjoy their jobs, and you feel like family.

I can not say enough good things about Sunrise of Flossmoor. This is the second memory care community my dad has been in and there is absolutely no comparison to the care he was getting before. The staff at Sunrise is incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. I am convinced that they only hire people with big smiles. We are so happy with our decision to move our dad here. He is comfortable and well taken care of and we have the peace of mind that he is safe. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, the food is homemade, and the care is second to none.

Nice place, well staffed - my mom is in their memory care facility. Pricing model can be a little confusing. They charge by the day, so the total cost can vary significantly from month to month, depending on the services received. Overall, I would recommend!

This place is absolutely fantastic. They have an ambassador dog on the premises who is sweet, sweet, sweet. The rooms where clean and beautiful. The staff(especially Hanna) were wonderful.

It's has been a good place for my family member. Overall, the care is there and the employees show it on a daily basis. They work as a team/family which is very appreciated, especially when I can't be there all the time. From the concierge to the dining staff, from the care managers to management, all are helpful. I have lived at Sunrise of Flossmoor for 5 1/2 years. It’s kind and competent staff, lovely facilities, and beautiful grounds are reasons for my happiness - in addition to the fine dining and entertaining activities. Anyone who is in need of an assisted living facility should definitely consider Sunrise. If you want to socialize, there’s always a group to join. If you wish some alone time, you can relax in your lovely room. If you are unable to be at home, Sunrise is the place to be.

This is an outstanding home for your loved ones! The staff are talented, experienced and very caring. The leadership is wonderful. Everyone is committed to taking care of the residents - this includes the care team, kitchen staff, receptionists, cleaning and maintenance people, nurses, the activity programmers, and the managers and of course HOWIE (the puppy) - they all pitch in to give the residents the best possible experience. They took great care of my mother during some very tough and dangerous times, and helped her have a happy and engaging life!!! They were also very kind and welcoming to the rest of our family. We looked very carefully at a lot of retirement homes before we chose this one. Sunrise of Flossmoor is far and away the best!!!
