The day we moved Dad in to Aspencreek he came in, sat down, and immediately told me that he felt comfortable. He has been there for over 2 months and he still tells me how comfortable he is there. I enjoy visiting him. The staff are fun, attentive and very helpful. I don't worry about him getting the care he needs at all. We have had no problems there. The food is great! Dad likes sitting out on the patio and engaging with the staff. It is a nice, clean, cozy, home-like environment.

I'm very happy with the care my mom is receiving at Aspen Creek. The staff are very patient, kind, and caring when interacting with the residents and each other. The food is great, the home is clean and well maintained, and each resident is allowed to live at their own pace.

There is no other facility in this area equal to the love and care my husband experienced while at Aspen Creek. He passed away last month and I am so grateful that the caregivers and nurses at Aspen Creek were the ones who cared for him in his final days. I truly feel they loved him! He had been a resident in two other "fancier" facilities and I never felt he got the proper attention and care. In fact, I have found that it is a practice for some of these facilities to send their dementia patients to a Behavioral Health unit at Gateway Regional if they are not behaving, and then not take them back. Aspen Creek does not do that. They understand the difficulties and challenges of an Alzheimer's/dementia patient and they continue to treat them with the utmost care and respect. I will be forever grateful to them for taking my husband when no one else would. I highly recommend Aspen Creek!

My grandmother has been in this facility for 2 years and it was the best decision I have made.It is very homey,well maintained.She is well fed and it always smells amazing when u walk in.They treat my grandmother like one of there own and go above and beyond,that means the world to me.She will be 100 in Jan I know that she has gotten the care she needs here

A homey, comfortable place with one on one attention to residents. Great homecooked meals, staff is amazing, and you know your loved is not only safe and secure but content and well taken care of. Available for respite care too. Knew when I walked in that this is a perfect fit. Visitors always welcome day or evening. You can see the loving relationships staff have and you will hear laughter, love, respect and kindness for the family and the residents. Does not feel institutional but more like a home.

The staff is amazing. They are so helpful with everything and not only makes my Dad feel at home but the rest of the family when we come to visit. Beautiful, clean facility and the food looks/smells amazing.

We moved my father from a memory care facility in O'Fallon to Aspen Creek of Troy about two months ago b/c he wasn't being taken well cared of as they promised. The staff at Aspen Creek is very pleasant and professional. Additionally, the staff is more than willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs for your loved one(s).

I searched a lot of places for my husband to go to and hands down no place compared to Aspen Creek. Everyone is so kind and caring to my husband. Best decision I ever made.

Aspen Creek is wonderful! The caregivers were all so awesome with my mom. I definitely would recommend it for patients with dementia. I don’t have any complaints for the whole time my mom was there!

I had been using this location for day care but as my husband's condition got more severe I decided that keeping him here would be the best thing. The staff is wonderful they treat him so good. The communication between myself and the staff is wonderful. They express genuine concern for the residents. They try and encourage them to participate in the appropriate activities. The community is always clean well maintained

This is a nice community for care. The staff is nice and attentive for the care that is received. The community is clean and the menu is good, but the menu could use some improvements. They have a lot of nice activities for the residents. We would recommend this community for good care.

Highly recommended, home like, private rooms, pleasant, diligent, caring staff, food service a special treat, always someone for my wife to talk with. Cost is competitive and facility licensed. Family always welcome and they have periodic entertainment.

Aspen Creek exceeded my expectations! They have a very caring staff. It is a beautiful new building and everything there is first class. Not only do they make my mother feel at home but they have been very accommodating to me and my wife also. I definitely made the right choice.
