When searching for a memory care community for my parents I found Candace, Senior Marketing Director, to be very informative and welcoming. She answered my many questions and explained how my parents' needs would be met through their resident-focused memory care program. Candace did a wonderful job giving me and my family a tour of Bayside Terrace Memory Care! We haven't yet decided on memory care but I certainly feel that Bayside would be a great choice.

I absolutely love Bayside Terrace. Candace is an absolute jewel. She knows her job and does it very well. It doesn't matter what your situation is she will make you feel at home right from the start. She is so compassionate and whether it be the first person or the 100th person, she makes you feel like you are her only concern. I love her so much. She always greets you with a smile and ends the visit with a hug Everyone is family there. The staff works well together and helps eachother out when needed. The food is not bad either. I love the many activities you can do there or if you want to walk outside they have a beautiful landscape and lots of beautiful and colorful flowers to look at and smell. You cannot go wrong with Bayside Terrace. Just a wonderful place to call home. With warm wishes for all,

I want to say that Jessie Caywood and her Memory care team were fabulous in the care of my uncle. The staff was approachable and kind. Often going out of their way to communicate with us ways to improve the quality of his life. I truly cannot thank them enough.

My dad was in Memory Care at Bayside until his death 4 years ago, so I already had a great feeling about this facility. We had a need and an opportunity for mom to move into Assisted Living and we are so happy she is there! The staff is friendly, professional and very responsive, from the Caregivers to the Executive Director. They are respectful of indivdual rights and abilities, encouraging and supporting personal choice and independence. The food is excellent, the living spaces are clean, and they have a range of activities and outings for many interests. I worked in a profession where I was regularly in these types of care facilities and this ranks among the best. I give my highest recommendation to Bayside Terrace.

My mother-in-law moved into Bayside Terrace a few months ago and it has been an excellent experience for our family. She has received compassionate and respectful care. She loves the meals and all of the staff. Everyone has been very responsive to her needs and her apartment is lovely and welcoming for friends and family.

I couldnt ask for a better work environment. The employees are hard, dependable, caring and loving workers. All the employers care so much about the residents and how they live to update this review I still think bayside is so wonderful it felt like family to me. I moved states but still work for frontier management I feel part of the family still

Never spent more than 10 minutes here but it is clean and the staff I have encountered were polite and friendly. One of the few places with a locked front door AND a directory to page the resident.

After many responses to this facility as a 1st responder I have witnessed great care for residents at all times of day & night. When it came time for my parents to find an assisted living facility, they toured this facility and others and chose Bayside as their place to stay. Staff is wonderful and hoping they save a place for me when I'm ready.

My 90-year-old father has been living at Bayside Terrace for 1.5 years and it has been a wonderful experience for him. The staff is so patient and loving and it's a truly lovely place. And it has been wonderful for me (I live out of state) because I can call the staff at any time and they are always friendly, kind, gentle and helpful. Love it!

This community is one big happy family. Amazing staff and friendly residents. This is not your normal assisted living, everything they do is elevated. From rafting to crafting there's something for everyone!

I couldn't ask for a better work atmosphere. The staff truly care for the people who live their and getting to enjoy the daily events with the residents is a real blessing. I would absolutely recommend Bayside Terrace to anyone looking for an assisted living community.

It is by far the absolute best place my Papa could be. I love him so much and I adore that the people treat him with such kindness n they take care of they're residents very well and pay attention to each one of they're needs and try to understand each of them ona personal level. It's incredible and a true blessing.
