My dad is very happy with this facility for his wife of almost 60 yrs. However my first impression saw 10-12 residents in memory care were placed in front of a tv rather than engaged in any kind of activity after lunch while the 2 employees sat talking to one another for over an hour. I'm hoping that was a just a lazy Sunday afternoon and not the norm.

Memory care: Large sunny rooms, it's a peaceful place for her to be. It took about a week to settle in. That was fast. They really have a caring staff. I would recommend you visit this one.

We have been so impressed with the sales staff as well as Gloria, the nurse that went out to visit my mom and assess her placement. Gloria is a real jewel, she quickly picked up on what my mom's day was like, she and my mom connected easily and she was very objective and honest when assessing my mothers abilities. Toni was fantastic about communicating with us, checking back with me and getting me any information I needed to make decisions. The facility was pleasantly quiet, yet, I saw several residents out and about as we toured and several playing cards. One resident stopped us and wanted to show us his room. The rooms are generously sized for a senior. The staff was so very friendly and welcoming, the courtyard was an added bonus and of course the location for North Arlington residents can not be beat.

The head Manager (Janet) knows her stuff and has a friendly demeanor/Bright disposition. Every Nurse/Technician (Assisted or Memory Care) I've spoken to is top self stock worthy of caring for my great grandparent. (In our experience the people/folks at work are worth their salt and (/in our experience/) are a better fit for our needs rather than hospice )

I happened to be visiting my mother during the tornado warning this evening. Their response to the storm was precise and caring. After moving the residents to the hallways for safety, they were kept hydrated until the storm passed, and they were able to serve dinner. The staff has gone out of their way to welcome my mother who is new to the community, and to ensure that she feels at home in her new apartment.

We are SO grateful for finding a forever home for my parents!! The staff are top notch and my parents are safe! It's the biggest blessing! Taylor has gone above and beyond and recently helped put on a special celebration for my parents and their anniversary. This was something I will hold onto forever! My mom, who is 103 years, has been in Magnolia Trails (memory care unit) at the Waterford on Cooper for 2 1/2 years. A caring staff sees to her needs daily. She doesn't communicate often; but, when she does, the staff listens! I am happy the Lord led me to this place.

They really do a good job. Four years in assisted living and we just moved to memory care, which I am really impressed with. The staff seems to really care and they have a good way with the guests. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a warm place for their loved ones.

My Mom moved to Waterford in March. She loves the staff, other residents and the food! Taylor offers the residents a variety of activities and outings and is so great about reminding my Mom about an activity so she can participate. My Mom has made quite a few new friends and loves the beautiful courtyard!

Wanted to give Warren some appreciation, he has been running the kitchen here for over 10 years and is always smiling and serving some great food !! But this Sunday I went to visit my Mom and have a cup of coffee in the dinning room. She informed me that her toilet was stopped up. Like all place the maintenance man needs a day off too. When Warren heard us talking about it, he finished serving everyone their breakfast. He went and found the snake and we went and unstopped my mother toilet. He is a TEAM player. thank you Warren. I LOVE working here! Having such a great group of coworkers who truly find purpose in their work is so valuable! And more than that, the residents are truly the most kind and loving people I know. We get to share a lot of laughs and they have truly made this more than just a job for me, this is my second home and I wouldnt have it any other way!

Relocating my 95 year old mother from Beaumont to Arlington at the Waterford was a fantastic decision. The process was challenging but the Waterford made this painless and welcomed her with open arms. She is very happy. The care is outstanding, and the staff goes out of their way to engage her in conversation and to be included in daily activities. She especially enjoys the wine socials and pet parade on Thursday afternoons. She refers to the Waterford as her new home. I recommend this facility without reservation. Steven J Seligman MD

From the moment you walk in, you can just tell that each and every one of the staff here absolutely loves their job and loves caring for the residents. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the facility is always immaculate. Not to mention their activity calendar makes my social life look boring! Would highly recommend!

This is a WONDERFUL place. I looked for a reason Not to place my father at this memory care facility, but I could not find one. The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the residents are very well cared for and happy. GREAT PLACE

Moved Mom into Waterford 6 months ago after recommendation from church friends with loved ones residing there, and unfavorable comments about other local options. We moved my wifes Mom in 2 months ago. We could not be more pleased with all facets of care. The building is clean and attractive; food is great; activities are available for those wanting to participate. I love the staff members. They have become friends. Highly recommend.

My mother-in-law moved here in April. She enjoys the food and has made new friends. We have been blessed to have the staff available when she needs help. There are 2 nurses on staff which is a real plus. If I could add anything it would be someone that could play Chickenfoot with her.

I have had several friends live at the Waterford on Cooper. I love visiting them, they food is always phenomenal and they praised the caregivers and staff. I have witnessed the amazing treatment and compassion that I have never seen before. I would highly recommend this community in both the assisted living and memory care units.

I recently moved my mother from a different facility to place her at Waterford on Cooper. Even while experiencing many challenges with coordinating the transition, Cheryl and Emma from Waterford were very accommodating and provided guidance as well as personal assistance with ensuring a smooth transition. Staff has been very helpful and attentive to our needs during the transition. The facility is great with many activities for residents. During our move the residents were warm and caring and immediately invited my mother to participate in activities. I've already witnessed a positive change in my mother's demeanor and am looking forward to my next visit with her. I would highly recommend The Waterford on Cooper if you are looking for a friendly, safe, clean and caring facility.

My mom and dad moved there in September 2017, and I have not regretted that decision. The staff is very caring. This was so very evident when my mother passed away in December. My father is an Alzheimer's patient, and the Waterford staff has been so loving and kind taking extra time to give him the attention he needs after her loss. I would highly recommend their services.
