September 2025
There’s a sad story of an administrator there. She doesn’t need to be in her position. All she does is bring down her employees, does not make the work environment a happy one. Wants all her employees to be against each other and employees can’t even converse or hang with each other in the work place even when there’s down time. They have to hide to talk to each other when she is in her office. Everyone walks on pins and needles when she’s there. They don’t have access to the break room and break room refrigerator because she locked it up, we are forced to buy meals to eat everyday because there’s no place for us to put our home made food. Can’t even use the bathroom because she locked that up too we have to act as outsiders and ask for a key to our own employee bathroom. We can’t converse with the kitchen workers, it’s like we work in a prison. She has 1 aide working 2 halls overnight with no help to care for the residents. She’s sad. She’s happy one day, mad the next, she likes you one day, wants to fire you the next day. she doesn’t know how to control her feelings yet alone be professional about it. She’s immature and see herself trying to “make changes” to the work place but has not made any progress yet. She thinks by firing employees and bringing in new ones will help her new changes but that has been nothing but unsuccessful. She looses all her good employees due to her lack of professionalism and care for her employees. She loves to be unprofessional in the group chat especially when she is mad, loves to be indirect with her messages and gets mad when employees catch her drift and responds back than plays the victim and acts like she isn’t going to engage in “work drama” but she is the one who creates the drama by posting subliminal messages. She messes with employee schedules especially when she is mad at an employee, she fails to realize people have lives outside of this run down place and she expects her employees to pick up what mess she creates by employees getting fired or quitting because of her. she wants employees to help with coverage but doesn’t pay them what they deserve. She will take your hours away if you cover shifts so you don’t make overtime, she picks and chooses who gets overtime and who doesn’t & wonders why no one likes to help and gets mad when she is the one stuck working it (that’s the bed you made so lay in it) she is childish, unprofessional, immature, petty and a sad excuse of an administrator working there. She doesn’t care for the residents either, she yells at them when she’s is mad, she wants to suddenly follow “protocol” when it comes to feeding them and feeds them a sad amount of food at meal times and snack times like they are toddlers. Residents complain everyday because they aren’t getting enough food anymore and barely any snacks at snack time, bringing in a new cook definitely didn’t help if she thought it did. I would not want my dead family member living there. Residents and employees are scared to tell her how they feel because they will either get fired or their schedules will be messed with, residents will not get what they want so it’s a waste of time to complain to her she will only do the opposite. Can’t complain to HR because they will only listen to “her back up story” That’s why they do nothing. She will just say it’s someone who is mad they got in trouble or got fired and now wants to complain when that is not the case at all this is how all her employees feel about her even the ones that won’t admit it to her face, smile in her face but talk about her behind her back. This place needs to shut down, she is doing nothing for it even if she believes she is, she is NOT. Who wants to work for an administrator who messages the group chat telling her employees they’re the reason she is quitting and does not like her job but she still there. Talk about unprofessional right but HR won’t believe anything that is said but just to let their building go down in shambles. Sad there should be someone that will take the the time to actually investigate and do a run down of that place. Not just ask simple questions & Get simple answers than case closed, No! There needs to be someone who cares enough to really investigate, there is way too much that goes on for this to be excusable. If her job is so bad and miserable why stay and make everyone else miserable just quit and make the work place happy again. No one wants her there, literally NO ONE
