After about 9 months we are finally settling in. Most workers are very friendly. The food remains a problem. Most seniors enjoy simple foods, things they can chew easily. We need some mashed potatoes, soft green beans not crunchy stir fried, meatloaf, Mac and cheese, sandwiches, etc. There also needs to be a better way for residents to get their deliveries. We waited 2 days for the box of diapers. They were there but no one delivered them since the receptionist isn't allowed to leave her desk.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! My mother was a resident in the memory care section for three years. The staff was so caring and helpful. The director of the memory care section was amazing. I loved all of them for the wonderful care they gave to my mother. Food and activities were great. Communication between the Director and our family was always timely and professional. Most of the staff stayed the same during the entire three years my mother lived there.

I would like to rate this as a one star your staff [Name Removed] was very rude and had an odor of marijuana that I couldn’t bare. I couldn’t even stay to visit my friend because of the awful smell.

My mother was in Keepsake Gardens for a little over a year. She was 98 years old and had severe dementia. The staff was wonderful to her. They loved her and cared for her as if she were their own. Even though she was unable to participate in many of the activities, they still kept her involved and out of her room all the time. She shared in the incredible parties they had, such as St. Patrick's Day and Easter. All of them were good to her, but must especially thank Nancy, the director, Hannah, the program director and all of the aides who provided her with professional care and thoughtfulness. Also a thank you to George, her home care aide, who came in to check her for wounds and medical issues. I cannot thank you all enough. Thanks so very, very much.

The rooms are convienent and the courtyard is beautiful. The covered wrap arounds allow for outdoor enjoyment in any weather. They offer fine dining, multitude of activities and transportation to doctor appts and excursions. The atmosphere is friendly. Next thing to home.

I do not believe I have seen an assisted living facility better than this! Every staff member I have met is WONDERFUL. So many activities and honestly, the food is spectacular! I can only compare the qualifications the facility to a 5 star hotel, though the food is better and a 5 star hotel.

Great staff, very helpful! Lots of activities all day long for seniors to take part in. Great meals! Residents can have input of the meals they would like too. Staff are quick to respond to individual needs and I like the warm atmosphere here between staff and residents.A new theater is being put in and exited to see that once completed! I would definitely recommend this place!

The staff at Brookdale The Woodlands took amazing care of my mother in law for the last 8 months of her life. We will be forever grateful for the level of care and compassion that she received. We never had to worry that she was being neglected or mistreated. The staff went out of their way to make her happy and comfortable.

The care givers we got to know during the past year and a half went above and beyond in their kindness, compassion and care for our father. Especially at the end of his life at 90 years of age, they took great care of Dad but also shared their kindness to our family. We will never forget how they laughed and cried with us. When we had a concern about his care, the Director and Nurses were attentive and hurried to resolve the issue. We will miss Dad's Brookdale family..
