Our mother is a resident and we can't be happier foe her. We are very impressed by the staff. Our biggest concern for our mom was her wanting to go home and that hasn't been an issue mainly because she has so much to do with the daily activities. She is thriving and making friends. I want to especially recognize Sam O. She is fantastic and a big reason for this successful transition for our mom. Sam couldn't have made this easier for our family with her reassurances and availability to answer questions which were many. I also want to recognize Katie who is doing a great job coordinating and scheduling events. She is so pleseant and cheerful. My mom used to nap a lot at home and now her schedule is so full, she doesn’t have time for naps because there are so many interesting activities for my Mom to do. She is stimulated and happy. My sil is adjusting well . She is eating well and joining in activities. And much more relaxed than when she was living at home. The staff is fabulous. They all know Mary . They readily share stories about her day. And they always have the time to talk to me and my husband . The communication between the staff and our family is totally above and beyond . Questions are quickly answered. When we need help, the staff is always available. From the day we moved Mary into Evergreen we have been very satisfied.

I can’t say enough positive things about Arbor Terrace of Williston. My brother has been there for over month now. The sales Director, Jessica, made us feel welcome from the first minute. She has been so helpful with every detail of the move and with getting him settled in. The cafeteria director, Chris, introduced himself the first time that I came in. He has such dedication and a positive attitude. My brother loves the food. That is a huge thing for him, since meals are the highlight of his day. The enrichment Director, Aly, has kept my brother engaged from day one. Today he enjoyed the walking program. And he is hoping to go to the zoo soon. The RN on his unit, Tish, helped me get a doctor’s appointment set for him. She also took down some notes about what over-the-counter meds he would like to have. The process was so easy. The nurses on the floor, Aisha and Candace, are always available. Mort says every time he walks out the door there is someone there that is kind and helpful. The other nurses are just as wonderful. The room is always clean and neat. The desk staff, including Toni and Jenny, always say hello and are willing to help. The director, Alexis, is running a wonderful home for people who need a little help. We enjoyed her welcome presentation today. We are all just so happy to have found Arbor Terrace.

From the moment I walked in, Arbor Terrace felt different. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Samantha gave us the tour and was incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about my mom with genuine warmth and compassion. She helped me get all the paperwork together and within a week and a half my mom moved in. Mom jumped in with both feet and started doing activities from day one! Each time she enters her gorgeous room she says " Home sweet home". Every member of the staff here is wonderful and truly care about the residents. They've each taken an interest in getting to know my mom. She feels safe and comfortable here at Arbor Terrace Williston. I feel relieved to know she's receiving excellent care. Thank you all for taking such great care of my mom!

We moved my dad to Arbor Willistown about a month and a half ago and are very happy with the care he’s receiving. He’s over 90 and had never been in an assisted living facility before; but after a recent fall, he requires more support and care. He’s always had reservations about moving to a facility and we were concerned with how he would adjust. It’s gone better than expected. The aides have been fantastic. They’re patient, supportive and have greatly helped him feel comfortable. More broadly, the facility is clean, friendly and has a calm but active feel. As we evaluated other facilities, we were drawn to Arbor because of this welcoming feeling we saw on the visits; and I’m happy to say that this continues to be our experience.

Arbor Terrace Willistown was the first assisted living community I looked at for my husband. Immediately I felt it was best for his needs. Jessica gave me a lovely and informative tour. Our Residence is beautifully furnished, well-lit and very clean. receptionists are warm and friendly and well versed in the going on. They all treat the residents like family here. There are a lot of different activities. They are both creative and fun. Some of the favorites are bingo, crafts, poker, and singfit. There is live entertainment every week. We have holiday parties, and our families are invited. The Food taste good, there are a lot of options. We have monthly resident council meetings to address any concerns. There are both PT and OT staff here with a dedicated therapy room. They keep us moving! We also have group exercise classes several times a week. The care team are special people. They are helpful to the residents no matter how big or small the job is. I really recommend this place.

My mother, Zoe, is in the Evergreen section. From the very first meeting with the staff at Arbor Terrace Willistown (AT) my mother was seen as a person and was treated with dignity. The staff at AT works well with both residents and family to provide the best individualized care possible. From the moment we walk in and see the greeter at the desk to when we say goodnight the staff gives us space when we need it or helps when things get beyond our control. My mom has become much calmer since becoming a resident at AT. Special thanks to Debbie in the dining area making sure we got time for a meal on Thanksgiving with my mom. I'm very grateful for the love and care the staff gives my mom. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Wanted to thank everyone at Arbor Terrace - from the management to the staff for consistently provitmy dad in law with a dignified, quality and caring stay. He was a person to the staff - the therapists, the kitchen staff , the medical staff and administrators knew him, recognized him, greeted him, treated him as a personwith likes and unique abilities. He was a resident- a part of the family and they look out for him. That enabled me, his daughter in law, to rest easy knowing he was cared for. He had dementia and he was able and encouraged to do what ever he could. He could participate in everything, he received physical and it therapy and they saw to his physical and emotional health. The staff are really friendly. It feels obvious to me that the staff and directors truly care about the residents and each other. It warms my heart to see how the community interacts with one another. Walking through the community, you can hear the compassion in the care giver’s voices, the little jokes, and playful banter - you can tell the staff take their time to know the residents. The front desk is very organized, it seems like they have a very efficient communication system to stay informed across the board. The dining department shows great attention to detail, presentation and quality. The activity department is very visible and welcoming in the community - you will see them in between group activity times spending 1:1 time with residents and encouraging them to attend the next activity. What I like most about this community is that the directors are very involved with the resident and staff experience. They don’t lead from their desks. They are out in the community engaging with residents and working alongside staff many times.
