Our Residence is beautifully furnished, well-lit and very clean. receptionists are warm and friendly and well versed in the going on. They all treat the residents like family here. There are a lot of different activities. They are both creative and fun. Some of the favorites are bingo, crafts, poker, and singfit. There is live entertainment every week. We have holiday parties, and our families are invited. The Food taste good, there are a lot of options. We have monthly resident council meetings to address any concerns. There are both PT and OT staff here with a dedicated therapy room. They keep us moving! We also have group exercise classes several times a week. The care team are special people. They are helpful to the residents no matter how big or small the job is. I really recommend this place.

Sam has gone above and beyond - taking paperwork to my mother's home, stopping in to make sure she was OK when she didn't answer the phone, and just making my mother feel so welcome. When my mother hugs Sam at the end of visits, I know it's going to be the perfect place!

My husband Steve's mother, Suzanne Keenan, spent two years at Arbor Terrace until passing away recently. While leaving her home at 98 years old was a big adjustment for her, the Arbor Terrace staff couldn't have been more welcoming and loving to her. Whenever we visited, we always felt that she was content, safe and well cared for. We will always be thankful to Arbor Terrace for their kindness to Mom.

The Arbor Terrace Willistown community provided peace of mind that our mother was cared for like family. We observed all the staff engaging with the residents in the Memory Care unit. Umu was a wonderful, sweet primary caregiver! Pilar's passion to create engagement activities was wonderful! Tanya and Lakia were always responsive to questions and requests. Wanted to thank everyone at Arbor Terrace - from the management to the staff for consistently provitmy dad in law with a dignified, quality and caring stay. He was a person to the staff - the therapists, the kitchen staff , the medical staff and administrators knew him, recognized him, greeted him, treated him as a personwith likes and unique abilities. He was a resident- a part of the family and they look out for him. That enabled me, his daughter in law, to rest easy knowing he was cared for. He had dementia and he was able and encouraged to do what ever he could. He could participate in everything, he received physical and it therapy and they saw to his physical and emotional health. The staff are really friendly. It feels obvious to me that the staff and directors truly care about the residents and each other. It warms my heart to see how the community interacts with one another. Walking through the community, you can hear the compassion in the care giver’s voices, the little jokes, and playful banter - you can tell the staff take their time to know the residents. The front desk is very organized, it seems like they have a very efficient communication system to stay informed across the board. The dining department shows great attention to detail, presentation and quality. The activity department is very visible and welcoming in the community - you will see them in between group activity times spending 1:1 time with residents and encouraging them to attend the next activity. What I like most about this community is that the directors are very involved with the resident and staff experience. They don’t lead from their desks. They are out in the community engaging with residents and working alongside staff many times.

Arbor Terrace Willistown is a beautiful senior living community right on Rt 3 in West Chester. The community is vibrant, the residents always appear happy and well cared for, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. In addition to the personal care apartments, their memory care is bright and well tended. It even has a beautiful patio where residents and families can spend time outside in nicer weather, which not all memory cares have!

WOW! What a great experience. We visited a few prospective residences for my dad and this one really stood head and shoulders above the rest. The staff there was so friendly and knowledgeable and the residents all seemed upbeat and engaged. It really felt like a place I could see him loving. I am very happy with the care that my mother receives at Arbor Terrace Willistown. She has been a resident for three years now and has always been treated with respect by the friendly and caring staff. They always have smiles on their faces and greet me by name any time I come to visit. The maintenance of the facility is top notch and someone is always available to solve any problem that may arise. There is a true sense of community and inclusivity that assures me that my mom is never alone. It is a wonderful feeling to know that if I cannot be with my mom all the time, I know she is well cared for. The activities and amenities make her feel useful and like she is part of something. I started working in this community in February of this year. I love the staff and the residents are amazing. The staff i worked with were absolutely amazing and caring for all residents. You will not find a better place to send your elderly loved ones. I also want to add that i had the opportunity to work in the Life Guidance department and its specifically for people with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I worked as care staff and program specialist. I loved every minute of it. I would definitly recommend my loved ones to live here .

This resort-like facility and top-of-the-line management and staff differentiate it from the competition. The activities, meals, and amenities have my mom asking why she couldn't have moved to Solana sooner. Solana Willistown should be a the top of anyone's list when considering assisted care for a loved one! Donna Rachlin, the Engage Life Director, is a wonder with the residents and made my mom's transition seamless and perfect. Thurman, the chef, is incredible and mom has long forgotten my culinary delights. And Chrissy Derizac was a whiz at helping you navigate the myriad of financial and administrative issues.

I moved into the Solana Willistown a few months ago, after visiting a couple of other communities I found that the Solana "agreed to me" the best. I was drawn to the décor and how up-to-date it is here. I think the food is great, there are always things to do if I want to do them. The movie theater is wonderful and I really enjoy watching old movies. The people who reside here are friendly, as well as the staff. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is happy here. The location is good and there is transportation available when needed. It is convenient to have visitors and I my family and friends can visit whenever they want. Overall I am enjoying my time here.
