I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dear family friend at Brookdale North Naples, and I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the entire experience. Moving my mom to Naples after the death of my dad was a huge decision. She has MS and she’s wheelchair bound. Because of this, she needs a lot of care. The staff is kind and gentle and responsive. She has found so many peers at Brookdale North to socialize with whether it’s eating together or exercise class or discussing the Bible. She attends bingo and movies regularly and in one year she has built a strong network of friends. Moving her here was the best decision I could have made!

My mom spent the final 15 months of her life at Brookdale in North Naples. There are some very nice, competent and warm staff members. There are also some who are unresponsive and apathetic. But I guess that could be the case anywhere. There did seem to be a high turnover of staff. The chef changed three times in one year and the food and menu in recent months were pretty awful. I heard many complaints from the residents. The atmosphere and grounds are very pleasant, and the interior looks clean on the surface but the carpet and floors throughout the public areas are dirty and stained. Never once in the time my mom lived there were the carpets professionally shampooed. There should be daily vacuuming and floor washing but that was seriously lacking. Just one example was a bottlecap on the carpet remained in the same spot for a week. Not one staff member thought to pick it up and toss it. There were many friendly and warm residents at Brookdale and my mom enjoyed the happy hours (especially when there was music) and she loved bingo. Both activity directors during my mom's tenure were wonderful. My mom also enjoyed her time on the lovely front and back porches. I was disappointed that when my mom passed away the residents were not offered the Brookdale van and driver to take them to the service about a mile away. A few of the residents told me they wanted to attend but they had no transportation. After my mom died, I had questions about emptying her apartment etc., and my phone calls and emails to the director went unanswered. And no words of condolences from her. One final comment, the staff are honest and trustworthy. Never once did anything go missing from my mom’s apartment. Staff administers meds and make the beds and make repairs, do laundry, and nothing was ever touched or missing from my mom’s place.

I have been a performing musician at Brookdale for several months.. During that time, I have had the opportunity to meet the residents and staff. The residents are active, full of life and engaged. The staff are professional, concerned and focused on providing outstanding care. From Holly, the executive director, to AJ the Activities Director, to Joanna who makes sure I get paid, to Lauren and Salina the marketing team, to other people I have not yet gotten to know on a first-name basis, all are first-rate people. I would not hesitate to send a loved one to this assisted living home.

A member of our extended family needed to move into an assisted living facility. After visiting various options and doing some research she chose to move into Brookdale North Naples. Turns out it was an excellent decision. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They honestly go out of their way to make her feel welcome, not just a number. These people are real. I visit Ludi numerous times on a weekly basis and therefore get exposed to the environment in which she lives. Each time I'm greeted with that same welcoming atmosphere. Her apartment is perfectly sized for her needs, Everyone has made her feel welcome including other senior residents. I am very comfortable knowing she is in a healthy, happy and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this location to others.

Management doesn’t respond to resident apartment corrections, e.g. Ants in kitchen and and bathrooms, bi-fold doors falling down, lights need replacement. Privacy is an issue as staff continually proceeds into apartment. I am independent living.

I can’t thank Brookdale North Naples enough for taking care of my loved one. I moved my mom from another community because we weren’t happy with the care she was receiving. Salina answered all of our questions and it just felt right from the moment we walked into the door. Holly, the executive director was also just amazing and so involved. The care my mom received here was night and day compared to the other place. They have a full care staff and have for the whole year my mom was there. The receptionist Linda and Jeanne are the absolute best and just so helpful. The dining staff, so polite. Every staff member loves their job and you can feel/see that. If you want your loved one to be taken care, treated with dignity and respect, this is the community for you.

My mother was a Brookdale North Naples Community resident for over 7 years. Community best describes Brookdale NN because the staff and other residents interact as a family and community. My mom was always given respect and great care. Activities were such that she made many friends through the years. They played games together, attended musical presentations, went to events around town, went shopping, and looked out for each other as they all had done in their neighborhood before moving to Brookdale. The staff was always there to be helpful and caring. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The food was great and well-presented. It was a joy to visit her and bring along family members of all ages. With the support of AVOW Hospice, working in conjunction with the Brookdale staff, she was able to spend her last days in the comfort of her apartment. They were also helpful and caring to me. Interacting with a staff that is so caring is a great reflection on the superb management team. Brookdale North Naples was a wonderful place for my mother to spend her final Golden Years.

An excellent first impression followed up by first rate care for my mother. My introduction was with the sales director; , Salina; an intelligent and personable young woman. She gave my mother a tour of the facility and was able to address her concerns and put her at ease about this major move at this stage of her life. All of the front office staff (Holly and Johanna) contributed to the ease of transition. The staff and medical staff who attend my mother are efficient and thorough ensuring her health and safety. I feel we have made a wise choice.

Hands down the best Senior living Facility in SW Florida!!!! I needed a place for my 85 yo mother to live after my father passed a couple of years ago and through a bit of research I found Brookdale. My mom was a bit sadden at first and felt like I was abandoning her so it took a little convincing to get her to go. On our first visit we met with Patty who was so awesome that by the time we left my mom had signed a lease! She moved in around four months ago and now I can't get her to leave! She is the happiest I have ever seen her and I can't even begin to express my gratitude and thanks to the staff! Not only is my mom happy but she is well taken care of! Holly the Executive Director is constantly in contact with me, and although I live near by I never worry and I always know what is going on with my mom. My mom gets individualized attention from nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, the on staff physician group and honestly there are to many to remember. Each and everyone of the staff go WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty! My mom is now active everyday with activities, outings, and with the most amazing friends that are her neighbors throughout the entire facility! The pricing is way within reason and affordable for anyone. Brookdale is AWESOME with making sure I get a quarterly meeting with everyone to go over my mom's care plan and well being and simply to see if there is anything that I need. The facility is immaculate, well maintained and feels like your at home from the moment you enter the front doors. The food is amazing and tailored for my mom who gets served three meals a day in their beautiful dining rooms and served in her room if she is not feeling well. The chefs always consult with me personally to see if there is anything my mom would like on the menu and trust me, when she asked for grits they gave her grits, lol. Brookdale I wish I could give you fifty stars, you have changed mine and my mother's lives and I can never repay you for being such amazing people! EVERY SINGLE ONE of you! Transitioning my mom through this stage of her life has not been easy and it never is, but you have not only made it easy but you have made it a pleasure. I can now enjoy my mom without the pressures and guilt that comes with making decisions like this. You have made your facility a home and a family within! My praises go out to BROOKDALE!

My mother was a resident of Brookdale North Naples from January, 2023 until she passed in August, 2024. Every staff member from the receptionist, wellness center, housekeeping, maintenance, dining and administration was extremely helpful and caring. The rooms are larger than most of the assisting living facilities in the area and laid out well for mobility. There are plenty of engaging activities available, the building is well maintained, and has many open spaces with plentiful natural light. The location is great, close to NCH North and many physician's and diagnostics offices. Any concerns for our mother's well being were addressed immediately when brought to the staff's attention. My brother and I are very happy our mother made the choice to live at Brookdale. If you're considering assisted living for a loved one, I highly recommend Brookdale North Naples.

My mother has been at the Bonita and now the North Naples Brookdale. We are very happy with Brookdale. We moved her to North Naples to be closer to our home. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. It is very clean, the residents are happy, the apartments are bigger than most that I have seen. There are many activities for all interests. I only hope they get more wait staff in the dining room. It is busy and sometimes there is a wait for service that can be hard on a senior citizen. But we realize that is a temporary issue. I know they are moving toward an "all day" dining set-up.

My husband’s parents moved into Brookdale North Naples over a year ago. The amenities are wonderful but as a retired nurse, I have been most impressed & reassured with the availability of prompt medical assistance when needed. Not long after moving in, Dad requested nurse to check on mom. Nurse assessed her to be ok but Bebe noticed dad not looking well. After quick assessment, called ambulance. He underwent emergency heart catheterization & placement of 3 stents! She saved his life! Had they still been in their own home, I believe they would have delayed reaching out for help. Holly, the director & her staff are attentive to both residents & families. Mom has now passed away & everyone there has been kind & supportive to dad. We are blessed to have found Brookdale.

He especially enjoys all the activities offered there from the B fit classes to Bible study and of course happy hour every day. The staff led by executive director Holly Stevens is very excellent and caring and the medical services are there immediately when you need them. My sister and brother-in-law reside at Brookdale Senior living in Naples and it is by far one of the nicest senior living residences I have ever seen. It feels like you’re at the Ritz Carlton hotel and the service is excellent. All of the staff is so very nice and caring for the residents and the Executive Director Holly runs a wonderful organization. She is personally involved in every situation and is always available to address any issues we have. I’m not ready for a senior living residence but if I was this would be my first choice!!

I feel compelled to write because the North Naples Brookdale has gone above and beyond for our family and I want to share our experience of the last two years. My parents chose this particular facility because assisted living is mingled in with the independent living. This was important to them because once one may need assisted living, it’s nice not to be separated from friends you have made. Many other places do this once you have needs. It was also important for my parents to feel like it was a nice place to live with a vibrant and interesting community of people. They moved in the Fall 2019, not knowing what to expect, and right away my mother especially blossomed with the friendships she quickly formed. Then the pandemic hit shortly after and, like everyone else, they were quarantined. Brookdale did a really great job keeping spirits up and virus free. Sadly, earlier this year, my mother had a health event and she declined quickly…but they were there every step of the way. My dad has since formed friendships which he treasures and is genuinely grateful for the warm atmosphere they provide. Breakfast with friends, pizza nights, happy hours, and music activities are all really important to him. We just feel like they care which is so comforting. In a day when it’s well known that assisted living facilities are faced with challenges, we are pretty impressed.
