My mother's been there in the memory care unit for about a year now lately within month the staff must've hired a young lady by the name of Marina Ritacco She is the memory care unit supervisor from what I understand. I just want to reach out to the staff executive Director. I must say you hired a real good one. Marina is unbelievable very punctual with her face time calls with me and my mother. She is a great addition. She's very caring, thoughtful and extremely nice. Anytime there's a problem with my mother or in the room that my mother is in she takes care of her I have full confidence with her assisting my mother prior to the other visits when I've been there earlier, I wouldn't even recommend this place but now that she's there I possibly could recommend this place now. She's a great asset to the company and hopefully the executive directors will take notice of this letter thank you.

My mother transitioned to assisted living in October 2023. She and I have been extremely pleased with her new living arrangement at the Brookdale senior residence community in Jensen Beach, Florida. The medical care is top notch, the staff is consistently warm and friendly, and the facility and amenities are excellent. Her 1-bedroom apartment is the perfect size for her with her own furnishings and decor. There are many opportunities to engage in activities and provide socialization for the residents. My mom feels very much at home at Brookdale with an extended "family" of caring staff and residents. I highly recommend Brookdale to anyone interested in assisted living.

My mom has been in Brookdale, Jensen Beach Florida for 5 years. I have been pleased with the activities, care and compassion she receives The aides are cheerful and act like they like their job and the residents. It is not easy dealing with older residents who are set in their ways. They have more patience than I could ever have and have been trained to interact with the elderly. There are many activities for the residents to participate. They have a great game and craft program. Some of the residents children come once a week to run additional Bingo and Rummicub games. The residents enjoy interacting in this setting. Teresa is a wonderful activities director. Recently my sister and I were invited to share a dinner with our mom and another resident and their family. This is a new program that was reinstated after COVID. It was a nice dinner in a smaller dining room. It was nice interacting with another resident and their family in a quiet atmosphere and is available on Wednesdays by reservation. When and if I will need to go into an assisted living facility I will certainly consider Brookdale Jensen Beach.

My experience at Brookdale Jensen Beach has been very pleasant since my first day. Maybe a few glitches along the way, but nothing that wasn't dealt with in a timely manner. For the most part my 2 years here have been very impressive. I have always felt safe here and enjoy the great staff and their concern for everyone's well being. Staff members speak and most know your name. This makes for a very comfortable and warm atmosphere.

Debbie does an excellent job cleaning, Yenette does an excellent in the med office and Vicky does an excellent staying in touch with Dr.’s for patients

I been here for several weeks and i must say i it love here. This was after my wife researched assisted living facilites in the tri state area. I used to teach diving here when Brookdale was the Florida Institute Technology and it was nice to come back home. In my opinion you can't get to live in a living facility where you can get to beach in ten minutes, throw a fishing pole in the indian river and smell the open fresh air. The employees are great and Iove that the Director has an open door policy.

My mother moved to Brookdale and it was her first time in an assisted living situation so we were not sure whether it would be a good fit. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff is phenomenal. She has been in such good care and it's a huge weight off of our shoulders to know she is in a safe environment where she is eating healthy meals, having her medication dispersed correctly and being looked after while still maintaining an independent living situation.Aaliyah Hall, the program director, is absolutely wonderful! She is such an upbeat, positive person who is constantly engaging with the residents. She took the time, one-on-one, to get to know my mom and her likes & interests so she could figure out the type of activities that she would enjoy. Aaliyah is encouraging and kind, always joking with my mom and making her laugh and she is such an asset to the Brookdale team. Miss Olive, Dulce and the rest of the staff are angels. They are always very involved with the residents, always patient, attentive and kind. Anyone considering assisted living for a family member would be so comforted to know people like them and the entire Clare Bridge team are caring for their loved ones. The ladies at the front desk, Myrna and Carole are on the ball. They are so personable, friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question or concern for them, they handle it efficiently or pass it along in a timely manner so it is addressed quickly.I visit my mom frequently and I can say that the people who care for her on a day to day basis are the real deal.

It is now about 6 weeks that my mother has a new residence in Brookdale's memory care (moved from another location's assisted living). The process of making a decision for your elderly parents can be emotional and difficult. Alison Schratz the Sales Manager, Aaliyah Hall their Program Director and Indra Hanomansignh, Nursing Coordinator were key to helping me have peace with my decision. They all showed sincere care for my mother and my family. While I give the Lord full credit for stepping me through the decision making process, I want to say that meeting Aaliya was key to making our final choice. Her ability to be fun, creative in implementing activities and taking time to get to know her residents at a deeper level was very moving to us. As well, I remember the day that Indra assessed my mother. Frankly I was having a hard time accepting the fact that my mother could no longer live in assisted living and needed more 1:1 care. Indra was very thorough with her assessment and took time to gently but confidently explain to me her view of what my mother needed. The most important thing to me is my mother's consistent care and emotional well being and I believe she is receiving that holistic care now. Indra is beyond responsive when I email her with questions. If I call with something that needs addressed, I am immediately put in touch with someone who can assist. Everyone greets us with a smile when we visit.... everyone. A shout out to Myrna and Carol who manage the reception desk and answer the phone. These ladies are ON IT!

My wife and I moved to Florida from Illinois when we retired in 1994. We lived in a Condo on Hutchinson Island and lived there for almost 20 years but felt it was time to go to a retirement home.We had always heard very good things about Brookdale The Big Building on the hill.We looked at several other retirement homes in the area but always were drawn back to Brookdale.In mid-October of 2014 we rented a two bedroom two bathroom apartment atBrookdale. It was the best decision we ever madeThe Staff and nurses, resident attendants, dining room servers and everyone welcomed us with open-arms. It hasnt changed in the six years we have been here except we know everyone by their first name.We have a car which is kept in a semi enclosed parking area and I can go out for any items we might need.The meals have been a pleasant surprise. They are quite varied and cooked just right.Right now we are in the middle of a very extensive renovation. Which seems to be All New Everything!ou dont get bored here, it seems sometimes were busier than when we were working. Our very capable Activities Director is excellent and full of new ideas to keep us occupied.We have a B-fit exercise class every day. It is amazing the exercises you can do sitting in a chair.We have a beautiful billiard table and are always looking for new players. I could go on and on about how we feel about Brookdale, but what we said earlier, Moving to Brookdale was the best decision we ever made, covers it all……Bud and Carol

My Uncle is a resident of Brookdale Jensen Beach and has lived there for 2 years. I have nothing but positive words to say about his experience. He looks forward to each day with interest and enthusiasm. His dining options are varied and healthy, and mealtimes provide a welcome benefit of also being a beneficial social experience. Of course, the pandemic has curtailed and-or limited much of the personal interaction of residents and staff but Brookdale has always risen above the obstacles and remained a friendly and caring place.>> The team is clearly interested in the well-being of the residents and successfully fulfill the confidence of the families who entrust the care of their loved ones to them. There is never a shortage of intellectually-stimulating, fun-filled, and physical activity. My Uncle particularly looks forward to his swimming periods, as the pool and other facilities are always kept in very clean and tidy condition. The grounds and common areas are always well-groomed and welcoming, My Uncle is provided with several opportunities to be engaged in volunteer and service roles which provide him with a sense of purpose. The entire Brookdale experience is best seen in the friendly and caring faces of the staff and service team, and in my Uncles positive attitude with living and thriving there.

I would like to say in my experience I have seen a complete different side than what has been previously reported.First I would like to say the staff are probably the friendliest and most professional that Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. The previous management team has been replaced by hand picked proven dedicated individuals and it has started to show.The Executive Director is a very warm and caring person. The nursing and care staff are veterans and they go the extra mile. The business and concierge staff are all wonderful and devoted people.The food service team is what you would expect from like a upscale restaurant. The activity staff are fun and engaging. The housekeeping staff are neat thorough.How do I know all of these things? I am part of this awesome team. My mom was in a very fancy senior living community and she was not happy. The staff and the residents were not friendly and caring so she wanted to move out. I took her to Brookdale for respite stay, which is like two weeks and she loved it. So she stayed. Thank you, Brookdale for helping my mom find her place.

As with many families, We found a time where our mother needed that extra help that we as a family could not provide. We are so glad that Emeritus was there. We moved our mother from MI to FL so that she could be nearer other family and friends, Emeritus made this move easy. In addition mother with in a year of arrival required additional services and again Emeritus was there. Assisted living choices are never easy and with each decision we as a family struggle, however the Emeritus team has gone out of their way to assist us, educate us as well as just be a great help to us all. The care that my mother has is first rate, caring, as well as always professional. She has made friends and has been involved in the activities, although she will always wants to live in her own house, she now calls Emeritus her home, which always makes me smile.
